Because of its close location to Salvus and then other big cities close to it it will be become a bustling trading port (If ruled by me) and secondly I want to make sure the church on the island is not built because my character really thinks that it will teach people wrongly and the religion itself has no facts to back it up.

There are several reasons why I believe you are unjustly doing this. Firstly, (to my knowledge) you have no villain app, which would disallow you from seizing my land. Secondly, contested territories (including my island) are for nations to compete to gain. To my understanding, you do not represent a nation, and you do not even have an accepted town charter. Thirdly, you don't have a legitimate rp reason for attacking, nor have you spoke with me in-character. So, if you still plan on attacking, I hope you're ready for a ban report.

First of all I have a villian app secondly I have a town charter all I need to be accepted is to either pick a spot or gain land this way. Thirdly I have tried multiple times to contact you message you in-game as well as on the forums and you have read those messages and still not replied to those. For seizing land you do not need a villain app nor is it required but I do have a villain app. Lastly if you want to speak now or set up a meeting now that would be great because I have tried to contact you in-order to talk about this but you continued to ignore me so now pm a time when you want to meet and discuss this in-game.

However I am still amazed how badly this was planned out, and the RP reasons are invalid because:

There is an island not far from ours, you could use that, so your character (or you) is being a spoiled brat by wanting THIS island. And he will cry if he doesn't get the toy he likes the most.

So, really, your character's atheism is the only legit reason here, but still, it is one lousy reason. There are many churches, and you choose this one. Derply derply derp.

EDIT: The time doesn't suit me either so.... :/

Change it, or there will be no battle.

EDIT 2: I see that if you win you get the island for yourself, and if we win, we just keep it. I suppose your character's perma-death would be nice a loss if you lose, which I am sure you will.
