I see no need for perks at this level other than the character reset.

As you said, this is a rare state to get to regardless, if somebody continuously donates then they will get recognition for it, but there aren't many perks you can give after bedrock that are good. The particle one is just ... it would work on a server that isn't an RP one, but now people have this magical particle effect following them in game, it isn't very RP and will draw OOC attention. Just my 2 cents.
