I'm seeing a lot of things about the benefits and I have to wonder if you all read the whole post. Vaq stated very clearly that this was just a taste of donor perks for the Onyx Level. I mean, the last perk is listed as "etc.,etc., etc." I'm sure they're still looking at possible perks for the Onyx level. This isn't the final set. I'm sure once they release the Onyx Level for the public to donate up to fully, we'll know ALL of the donor perks for it. Til then, don't worry about what the exact perks are and don't complain on how it's too little for the amount donated. You don't even know the full perks yet...

I feel like I'm the only one rather fond about the particles being implemented for Onyx donators... Will it need an official lore behind it? Plausibly. That depends if they want the reasoning to be mutual, or of it can simply be decided by the player on how they shall give reasoning for them.

...And $500 seems fair to me for a legendary rank... But IRL benefits would be nice as well. Perhaps an exclusive T-Shirt, plushies, an autographed LotC poster... I dunno, but that's something to delve into.

Hrm... I think that those upgrades are worth the extra $300 from bedrock but... I really don't want ALL of the VIPs to go up so much, that will discourage others from getting VIP.

It hurts my heart to see so many people upset that they don't get more for donating. It's supposed to be a donation for the betterment of the server. They are perks because they are extra cool things the server gives you as a thank you.

I dunno like I said for 500 it would have to pack a nice punch (not saying I wouldn't donate for the sake of helping out the server but as we all know, not many people are willing to give away money, specially that much just for nothing) I'm okay with sparkles (maybe changeable colors if able? not sure) but if you raise the price of the other VIP ranks, atleast make small filler ranks (with a little bit of perks like lwc) so people can still donate small amounts and get a bit of a reward for helping out.

Edit: maybe a rank could be something like 100% free no charter no signatures, ask a gm to set it up town sized plot? (or city if you feel generous ) for people to set up say, a grand estate or manor or farm land that they can manage some where (not a major city of course)

Keep in mind though that 80% of 100% of the donors, me included, donated for our personal interest - We know the server will do well either way. The server HAS to give donators things to make them want to donate, because that's how a server runs, unless one of the admins are rich and can pay for all of the upkeep themselves. I'm personally happy with what we have at the moment, but I can also understand a persons frustrations when they spend hard earned money on something "written" that they expect to get, only to have it changed or meddled with because of other people complaining of change.
