Conquest:

Syrila, through her constant training of her daggers. The constant training to learn the art of the perfect kill... had taken her well deserved break, resting near the tombstone of Tassel as she heard a White Raven's Caw, this one seeming more distressing as her eyes bolted awake. She took a handful of seed for the raven, throwing her hair over as she read. She had sent a merchant contact to help Barias with trade and control of the Ravens. She had worked hard, bringing in Mina that was locked away in a chest below her home. Where Mina was gained, internal conflict in her allies had arisen as well.

The letter read.

Syrila,

Recently in the city of Aliquam Purus; a rot has been discovered lurking amongst us. A man by the name of Relgard of the Spectres had recently come to the city. We had spoke and he had wished to set up a homebase for the Spectres in the city of Aliquam, hidden from the world. Relgard had promised defense for the city, acting in as a type of guard for when the city was to ever be under attack, in return he only asked for an area under the city in which the Spectres could roam safely and freely.

The White Ravens had known the Spectres from way back to Aegis when they assisted in liberating the White Raven city of Animus Corvus, many have come to trust Relgard over many others.

Within the past few days, multiple attempts have been made at my life; an assassin had tried to take me inside the jail cells, and as quick as he drew his sword to fight, I myself had ended the life of the assassin. The city was put on lockdown until things could be sorted out and the one who had hired this assassin was to be weeded out and brought forth. I was within the farm when a second attempt was made at my life, Relgard had been speaking to me and as I reached to pick up a melon, he had swung an axe at me, piercing my chestplate and chest, fracturing three ribs. In the time of my recovery he has spread lies through the city, many believeing that I was possessed.

Trials were held against me whether I should be removed from power, very few stood with me as they knew me best. They went against me believing I was bringing this city into a downfall, and how wrong they were.

As you know it has been recently just over one month in which the city of Aliquam and its alliances and you; Syrila, along with your alliances, were about to wage an all out war against eachother. We have seen past this and all has been forgiven. Although before this had happened I had kept us out of another war in which Seventis and Ascella were fighting, in order to keep us out of this I, at the time having little power as Marius Gracchi was the lord of the city at the time. I had forcefully cut off all supplies the city had in order to fight. Along with recently keeping us from war with Roseus Aquaila.

Relgard and many of the citizens and other Ravens of this city do not know how close we are to destruction, they constantly believe that all problems will be solved by making stronger swords and sticking our noses where we shouldn't be under the premise that we are "Keeping peace" in the world of Asulon. While digging through books and letters of Relgard, we had discovered a kind of journal in which he was going to use the city of Aliquam to set up his home, he was going to use any means necessary in order to erradicate the Dark Brotherhood; which included sacrificing countless lives in order to bring it to an end. It is suggested by I, along with what few supporting friends I have left, is that Relgard aims to take Alvaskas place as leader of the White Ravens as he has been gone for more than a decade. He has corrupted the other Ravens into believing that I am "worthless".

I ask of you Syrila to show them what it truely means to have your city held by a thread, I know of all the alliances you have formed together through your rule. I have told the White Ravens that if I was to be removed from power or killed by any type of assassination or attempt at my life, that the city of Aliquam Purus would be leveled flat. They do not believe this, believing that many will come to our aide to protect our city, I know for fact that none will come.

What I am suggesting here is that you are to come to the city of Aliquam and prove it to them how close we are from destruction. If fear cannot change the minds of the Ravens and try Relgard for hiring an Assassin and attempting to assassinate me himself. Then there will be no other possible choice but to end his life. Although if this succeeds I would like to discuss with you an alliance. It is unlikely that we will be able to pay for your service as currently many supplies have been stolen from the city; most likely the cause of Relgard and his followers trying to leech off the city for their own personal needs. If we do discuss this alliance and if you wish I may be able to convince Seventis to join your alliance aswell.

Currently our city is on the edge of a war within itself, Relgard; along with the Spectres who have tried to reside within the city, must be forcefully removed. I hope you consider this Syrila as right now you may be the only outside help we may ever get, if considered we can discuss a date in which you may come to the city. Relgard still roams free and I feel my life slowly reaching an end if he continues to roam.

That something was wrong and that she would need her Allies to clip the wings of a few "Plagued" Ravens, as well as eradicate the spectres, the first and most visible enemy to Lord Barias. Internal conflict had brought forth Syrila's rage... She then called for her three Blood Hawks their bodies a light brown as their Red Ruby like eyes glinted in the hot harsh sun. She had sent out three letters, ones of High Importance. These letters read.

The Final Bird reaches it's mark, dropping it's letter to the gate of what Syrila has learned in her days of being an information broker, trading information to get to this point. Syrila had found them.
