THis is currently the original charter but since then it has been converted. It is no longer a camp and it is no longer a town plot. You yourself extending the plot to a city plot and we have already taken down all the tents (4-5) to make way for actual housing. Does this still qualify?

Honestly, this is ridiculous. Yes, your trying to compensate but that doesn't make up for the fact that some people have been working their butts of to get even 1k and now we lose 500 Mina. Honestly, I would rather the server be down for much longer just go retain my money.
