Xeru has a to do list with some open projects, everyone should go take a look and see if there is anything they can help with.

I'm going to continue concept sketches, and anyone who likes can help me figure out and define Kharajyr anatomy and genetics.

There could also be people gathering materials for building when it comes to that point, if nothing else.

My question about the interference with Mori'Quessir lore still stands. This question is for you, Mogroka. The Mori lore states that they are the ONLY natives to Asulon. Is this fixed by your reasoning: A volcano erupts on our far-away home island, and we migrate to Asulon?

Elaborate on kharajyr anatomy? Their feline men....what else is there to create about their anatomy

Digigrade legs or plantigrade? Skull and neck structure to compensate for upright spines? What about jaw structure to compensate they would have to have in order to speak like you and me? What about the hands? How is the thumb set, how is the wrist set? How is the tail set?

What about the females? Normal female felines don't have one set of mammary glands, are we going to cover their entire front, or make it human with one set and cover just that?

How thick is the fur? What about hair? Is humanoid hair uncommon or common, where is the hairline? Does it set into their normal coat?

What about diet? They are felines, but some of their lore suggests they do eat fruit, meaning we'll have to change the teeth and internal anatomy to compensate for that.

I could go on but.. yeah..

As for the thing with the Mori. Well.. maybe because the Mori were always underground, and the Khara are in a more secluded island, they never touched upon each other. These kitties are so secluded, that we're only just now finding them, they have no idea what we are, and we what they are.

Oh yeah, and before recently, the Mori were unable to travel off of the Elven island, so they wouldn't have been able to search for the Kharajyr anyways. Thanks Deco!

No problem! That was actually a concern for me as well until I started thinking about how humans look and talk differently because of locations.

Oh sweet lord, all these characteristics I've overlooked.

Firstly, the new lore indicates we're from a land distant to Asulon... so technically not a native race. We will be arriving after a natural disaster, essentially as refugees

I would say when it comes to all things physical characteristics as catlike as possible is what we're aiming for, except when this interferes with practicality, so for example tooth structure would be very similar to a cats, but perhaps with some molars towards the back, we would have furry pawed hands with retractable claws, but with longer "fingers" and a more developed thumb. Let's just say you have complete artistic license with this... I want to see what you come up with as its something I've not thought about at huge length. I would say only one set of mammary glands though - can't cope with boobs all over the place :P

Xerdun im going to write lore for the metzli stone but first i need to know yoir creation lore because i dont want to mess up anything or get lore wrong, what i was thinking is that the kharajyr had a huge. Civil war because a group of kharajyr refused metzli's teachings and seceded and the war was a stalemate until 10 radical metzli kharajyr priests and priestesses gathered togethe. At a dormant volcano and literally sacrificed their souls to the volcano causing it to erupt and lay waste to the island, as the molten lava poured down towards the metzli kharajyr city the souls of the 10 priests and priestesses did one last favor and merged with the lava, the lava rose and instantly hardened into a monolithic statue with the souls of those ten priests and priestesses trapped inside, the kharajyr took the stone and migrated. There will be more to this if you like the idea.

Keep in mind that i just thought of it on the spot it was improv
