Citizens of Renatus!

Recently, the decision was made among several Noble Houses of the kingdom of Renatus to declare war against the kingdom of Salvus. The Houses Silverblade, Tarus, Elendil, Therving and Hightower have all confirmed their desire to march on Salvus. Anyone who is affiliated with any of these Houses must immediately speak with their leaders to determine their role in the upcoming conflicts. As King Godfrey I of Oren has not yet declared war on the part of all of Renatus it is only these Houses that will be participating thus far. Anyone interested in joining the war who is not part of these Houses may want to speak to the leaders of a House or the Royal Scribe.

Why does Renatus nobility choose to war against Salvus? For many of the same reasons that the Realm of Hanseti, nation of the Orcs, kingdom of Alras, Seventis and peoples of the Twilight Alliance do. Salvus once held great promise, claiming to be a nation of peace and stability as Aegis fell to Undead. In Asulon, they continued to say so. This proved to be greatly untrue as their peacekeepers grew more and more corrupt and bandits began to attack regularly. They proved their hypocrisy in wanting peace by joining in war against Renatus. Queen Dawn has become ever more strict over her people. Claims that she is a witch seem to be unfounded, however. Specifically to Renatus, the daughter of a Renatus noble was badly beaten by Orcs in Salvus nary a few years ago and no one in Salvus did anything to prevent it. Only a few days ago, after dragons ravaged our capital Arethor, a group of Salvans arrived with a ridiculous request, insulting Renatus. This cannot continue.

Salvus will pay for their crimes, their sins. They are a fellow nation of Humans, and must be brought back to the light. Together, the coalition can defeat this hypocritical nation and restore honour and dignity to the Human race by ridding the world of Salvus once and for all!

Renatus! You dare accuse us of hypocrisy? You who are so willing to forge an alliance and attack us when not so long ago it was you who felt the sting of isolation! You, who were attacked by a combined force which sought your destruction but then deigned to grant you the freedom of existence. And yet now you would simply turn and do the same as that which you condemned?

If Godfrey has not declared then what are his noble houses doing? Truly this nation is not ruled by divine right but by wealth and privilege! Godfrey, if you are truly a King with authority and power over your own lands, then you should reign in your attack dogs! Your nobility moves autonomously to war with a neighbour while you simply sit on the sidelines. Should they succeed, I do not doubt you shall simply step in and share in the spoils of war. Should they fail and limp back to you humiliated and bleeding, then I don't doubt you will simply deny all involvement and walk away without consequence. The actions of a coward!

Remember the Battle of the Boot. Remember the coalition that rose against your people then. Remember the isolation. Remember the mercy WE deigned to bestow upon you and grant you your sovereignty. Retreat into neutrality. Do so and you are a man. Allow your nobility to run wild and unfettered to attack Salvus, and you are not just a coward but an impotent fool.

Have not done anything? A large group of lads from salvus which we know since one of them blurted it out. Came to the capitol seeking some "crown" And in the process they assulted 2 nobles. And threatend and harmed our Bishop. And The mercy duringthe war was never given by salvus since in the war of the boot that thier milary was nothing but a milita. It was the Dwarfs, Orcs and hanaseti that gave renatus that chance. Which kinh godfrey got them to do.

We asked if we could retrieve the Dwarven crown peacefully and yet we were greeted with insults. Might I ask why you would wish to steal something that rightfully belongs to the Dwarves? That crown lies as the last relic of the old Dwarven kingdom and yet you somehow feel that you have more right to it than the Dwarves themselves? Ordinators watched as that crown was stolen by humans... Do not deny that it is still in your kingdom's possession.
