Hmm...sorry but I am not familiar with you so I give you some direction, our current base of operation will be at the camping grounds near the construction site of Sarun...I am looking forward to meeting you because this effort to liberate this region from the bandits will be a huge goal, we must find the cause of these corruption and strike it down...only defeating the bandits will mean nothing, I mean there were once civilians so they must've came from villages or kingdoms but, however some fight for their own cause but some fight for pleasure and greed, these types of evil bandits we may not be able to guide to the light...but first I must discuss if King Renati is comfortable with the location...

(Well, it was lore breaking, but i had a talk to an admin about it, i made a new char etc, I came back because someone without VA killed me without Emote, Your crew started a War against Magnolia without makeing a war claim in ANY way, and some of you Griefed (Aerilyn) without VA, even if its with emote.)

I've been talking with Renati and we've came to the conclusion that this charter is Denied.

Reasons:

Your Guild Doesn't Exist Yet.

It Breaks Lore, you say that you saw a Dragon because of a mod that changes the view of some of the mobs. Granted, there was an existing Dragon in Asulon, but it was located in Hanseti and Renatus (Not Sarun) also-- there has not been a multitude of them enough to base a Guild Upon.

You didn't correctly answer the questions, in the political system question, instead of determining a hierarchy, you wrote some of the guidelines and details to your up and coming guild.

Overall, the charter is quite hard to follow.

While this overall is not a part of your verdict, some of the individuals who have posted below disclosed that you have engaged in powergaming, while this may not be verified, your charter requires a bit more information, lore, and structure.

Indeed, best wishes. Some tips:

-Form your guild first.

-Have a purpose for your settlement. (Farming, Lumber, Mining, Hunting, etc.)

Also I have thought of the name "The Rising Phoenix" to symbolize a revolution to defeat the corruption (Just a starter)do you think that sounds good?

Hm.There ws already a phoenix revolution,led by Tarus,which lead to the separation of Oren into Renatus and Hanseti.
