These are mye little pet projects I have been working on for the last, forever so I hope you enjoy them. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE comment with improvements or derp mistakes . I will not be posting them until completely done so bear with me if they are blank.

# 1 Treasure Hunt

What is the general gist give schedule for the event

There are clues hidden around the city leading to a “ Treasure “ each clue will lead you to the location of the next one, there can be multiple “ Clue paths “ that lead to the treasure. Each one will have a false clue. After all of these Clues are placed. And everyone is assembled, all participating members will receive their clues and be read the rules.

1) If you give a hint to another competitor you and that competitor are disqualified

2) There will be no violence between competitors what so ever

3) All laws still apply

4) once the treasure is presented to the head of the event the search is over

Then the search will begin. I want there to be no treasure in truth, well nothing tangible that is. At most a book, or something of the sort. It will be hidden very well.

If needed they can be split up into groups

How long will the event last

Unknown, 30 min to unlimited. Until the “ Treasure “ is found.

Where will it take place

Haelun’or

What is the OOC and Rp reason this event should occur

The RP reason. To determine who amongst the crowd is the best at interpreting clues, and who is the most cunning. So in short There is little rp reason. Probably a BS one like A famous philosopher was said to have hid his last work here. In an attempt to let others know of it he left clues around the city. However if one cannot understand the clues they will never hope to understand his final work.

OOC reason. I have wanted to something of this nature for some time.

I’m not sure, maybe Ellir, and Lucion, maybe me. I will definitely assist in creating clues. If needed

who will participate / be involved ( What is the player range needed Max and Min )

Most of the High Elf population so 15 + and around 12 + who are “ seeking “.

Will there be key figures if so what will their roles be

The people running the “ Search “ The people listed above. Restating their job description would be redundant

What special things are required for the event, buildings, writings , items , Etc.

Interesting Clues in well thought out spots. This is mostly writing that will be involved

How long will set up take

Everything could be completed in under 6 hours. Likely less than that. This would include writing, design and of course placing the actual “ Clues “

#2 Exposition of Haelun'or

What is the general gist give schedule for the event

The High Elves open a part of their city to the rest of Asulon. Guided tours will be given, and our greatest achievements will be displayed. In short

Architecture, Art work, Grandeur, and etc.

Gates – Fountain – shops / square – inn – residential – boat / bakery – theater – Mages tower – College~ maybe

At each site, historical facts and prominent features will be pointed out.

How long will the event last

Ehh maybe a day or two with about 5 -6 tours in that time frame

What is the OOC and Rp reason this event should occur

RP – to appear more open and less hostile to the other races of Asulon, to show our own Grandeur, to observe the reactions of other races to our city,

OOC – to be frank we look like assholes rejecting entry to everyone so we should have a time where we let people into CERTAIN parts of the city. To witness certain events or tasks being carried out.

Who will execute this / lead this / run this IC

The Servants of course. Most would leap at the opportunity. And those that do not are not fit to be amongst their ranks.

Who will participate / be involved ( What is the player range needed Max and Min )

Two guides or more per group. And five outsiders per group minimum. And no more than a 2 to 5 ratio for the guides to tour guests.

Will there be key figures if so what will their roles be

Well the leaders of Haelun’or assuming they are not giving the tour, maybe a shop keeper, a librarian, or a black smith. Each will be expected to explain what they do from day to day. They will also give a demonstration. Also the tour guides, will be very familiar with the city. They will stop at several key parts mentioned in the schedule. Also prominent figures will say what they do on a daily basis, so that the guests become comfortable with them.

What special things are required for the event, buildings, writings , items , Etc.

Not much, just a good knowledge of the city, a well polished speech / route.

How long will set up take

Not very long, maybe 3 hours of work total, though it could be done in less, I fear that we would sacrifice quality if we decrease the time for working on this to any lower.

#3 High Elven Jeopardy

u]What is the general gist give schedule for the event

The name gives enough info for the gist.

Contestants are chosen or volunteer, the three are assembled in front of a crowd. They will have the option to choose a question from either the categories of

Logic – these are simply logic problems be they math related or just a logic puzzle .

Ex. If a plant is planted in a garden, and it overtakes half of the remaining free space left in a garden how many days will it take the garden to be completely overgrown, if the garden is a 20 ft by 20 ft square ?

Knowledge – these are facts about Lore or about the city or just Asulon in general.

Ex. When was the city of Haelun’or founded ?

Or Riddle these are very simply riddles

Ex . what gets wetter the more it dries ?

The question are ranked by points from hardest to easiest. Points will range from 100-400 . Everyone will answer if you get the question right you get the points. If you get the question wrong, you gain no points. Each contestant will have 30 seconds to answer. These contestants will be special selected to avoid META, Choice of the question rotates every turn. So in effect everyone will get a chance to choose.

The audience can take bets on the contestants adding to interest

The person with the most amount of points at the end will receive an award of some form.

How long will the event last

An hour or two, depends on the interest.

Where will it take place

Likely the College in the assembly hall.

Rp – To add sport to the dull humdrum of daily life, and to determine if the “ Scholarly “ citizens are really as knowledgeable as they appear.

I would be honored if Lucion would run this it seems up his alley, I would love to see him reading the questions to the contestant. And if not him Ellir, or myself.

4 people involved in the jeopardy – and hopefully the remainder of the HE population would be the audience, maybe we could invite wood elves or some other races. So hopefully a crowd of 15 +

Yes, the three contestants and the Host.

Host – this person will red the questions to the three contestants and with a little luck sneak in some witty comments here and there

Contestant – they will compete to attempt to amass the most amount of points at the end the winner will be decided. They will need to form an answer to every question in 30 seconds.

What special things are required for the event, buildings, writings , items , Etc.

Not much special a little rearranging in the Assembly hall and that is it. A lot of writing though.

How long will set up take

Depending on how original all of the questions are the time will range. My estimate is 1.5 hours to 3 hours. Anything less or more would be an underdeveloped product or an waste of time

#4 " Festival of Ancestors "

(( This is not my favorite idea to be honest ))

What is the general gist give schedule for the event

Alright this idea kind of came to me on a whim. It is a gathering of the High Elf families in Asulon. Each will display their lineage, and by this show how their house is “ Superior “ .

All families gather and “ Display ‘ their lineage scrolls / tree

To be honest this is one of my weaker Ideas. But there is more to come.

After these displays, toasts will be made, and there will be a feast with song and dance, to celebrate the ancestors.

Players will need to create their own lineages, these can however be posted on the forum. They should look REALY nice though for a forum post.

How long will the event last

I don’t think the interest will last for over an hour honestly

Where will it take place

The college likely and then the inn or assembly hall

RP – This just kind of makes sense, that high elves would like to “ Brag “ about their ancestors. Also this information should be known

OOC – an excuse to drink wine. And brag about how awesome our families are.

Who will execute this / lead this / run this IC

Leader of Haelun’or or head Librarian, so Ellir who ever the librarian is, unless Ellir wants someone else to run this.

The High elves of course. I would like 10 + more around 15 +

Will there be key figures if so what will their roles be

Yep the “Head Researcher “ – they will basically go around and take “ notes “ about all of the records of Lineage. Should prepare toasts and stuff of the such for the after party.

Heads of Family – these will represent the family and assemble the Lineage.

Bards and Cooks – essential to the feast afterwards they need to prepare song and food.

What special things are required for the event, buildings, writings , items , Etc.

Lineages, FOOD, songs so mostly writing, and maybe a re-work of the assembly hall.

How long will set up take

Well actual set up will take an hour, though the post telling the families to make their lineages should go out about 5 -7 days before the actual event begins. Each lineage will of course then be posted on the Forums.

#5 Masquerade

What is the general gist give schedule for the event

Well people will arrive with their costumes, a meal will be served and “ dancing “ will begin then one hour later ( maybe 30 or 10 min in reality ) all “ masks “ will be removed. There will be musicians that will play they too shall wear masks, and if there are no musicians and music is played through other means so be it.

How long will the event last

1.5 hr maybe less, a lot less, due to the fact that no one wants to just hop around in some lame dance floor for an hour.

Where will it take place

The college and the whole city of Haelun’or.

What is the OOC and Rp reason this event should occur

RP – The high elves need a break from their serious lives, and this is a perfect outlet.

OOC – this has been attempted many times but no one got the ball rolling, and I want to see what people can do as far as skins go with a masquerade,

Who will execute this / lead this / run this IC

Well a host will be chosen, and they will as well be masked, So I suppose we will find out when the masks are revealed.

All the high elves 10 + min

Host, they will deal with the presentation of the meal

What special things are required for the event, buildings, writings , items , Etc.

Yes the College will need to be modified if that is the building for the dance hall, and Costumes of course.

I would give a weeks notice, but the college transforms in under an hour

#6 Murder mystery

I regret to inform you this will not be posted here until after the event, only a few people will actually see the plans. So please just enjoy it when it comes around.

A notice will be given out an elven week ahead of time, call all of the greatest bards to the Theater / college. They will need to report in ahead of time, so that a program can be made and they can be given times. They will line up completely prepared, and perform at the theater or where ever the event is. A panel of five judges to evaluate the
