It should definitely be prominently known that cybering is against the rules, but adding it onto the application would be going rather far. If I'd seen something like that on the server application when I was joining, I'd have run away. Quickly. It indicates that the server has lots of issues with cybering, and some people would conjure up images of creepers (the human, IRL kind.) everywhere.

Also, I never understood why people would break the rules for this at all. If someone wanted to ICly...engage in such activities, they could just fade to black in the server and use a third-party client of some sort to conduct their business. That way, it's no skin off our proverbial backs.

Yup, on some level I was trolling. But it is something that new players should be aware of in some form, because its something far worse than power/metagaming.

Rape = Forced sex.

It doesn't make sense that casual sex fade to black is allowed, while rape fade2black or not is bannable.

Rape is bannable by all means when f2b consensual sex isn't. Why? Because in this world we live, there are players that have possibly been raped. Underage children that have been raped. The act of raping leaves not only physical but emotional scares. So if a player were to log on to play and than is forced RP to be raped, what do you think will happen? When F2b the player can easily say "no I'd rather not" There are so many things wrong with it I can not even fathom to explain it all. That fact that I have explain this much to someone again.

Just to summarize it, Cybering is bad, for everyone, if you think one banned is enough then think again, these actions could even get the WHOLE server banned, by this I mean NONE of us will ever go on again since it would have been sued and no longer in business. They don't accept actions such as this, that's why there's FTB (Fade to black) so no one sees anything that shouldn't be seen.
