As I said before, the claims that one of my scouts reported shall be investigated. However, due to the severity of the claims (siege weapons and mages) it is for the safety of my investigators that I send military escort. Oren views apostate mages anywhere near Oren as a threat and investigates thoroughly any of reports of them for the safety of the Oren citizenry.

((This warclaim was set as a conquest as a worst case scenario. If we see an army there then we would assume you had hostile intentions and we'd be forced to attack and take over the city.

However, riding out with a white flag for talks prior to the battle is heartily welcomed, I might add. Good diplomacy is always welcome and the more RP that we can get out of this the better. A deal can almost always be brokered.

Whether land would be taken should Salvus win is highly dependent on the RP that occurs during the event.))

As the Mori being our 'ally' I believe Tiburon got a PM from one saying they were interested in diplomatic, I don't know if he ever got back to them or even if it was an RP thing. I must confess, I do believe I told Galender directly in RP about us possibly being respected by Mori when he asked our Allies, I don't believe I was told this in RP either so, I suppose that's a fault on me. I wish only to clear a few things up, and to make sure theres not too much confusion in this. Let's see how it goes in RP? And no Hard feelings to Anyone. Thank you!))

And yes...clearly you underestimate Doone's lightning fast ability to kill revolutions. Oocly, this war claim is exactly why joining you guys seemed to be a bad idea (and since I was not here for it..I can't change it anyway) at the time. However, it seems I was wrong and there are actually decent people in charge of the empire. Icly, Aelor'onn has never disliked anyone, only ones who are irrational and prejudice. For good reason.

Also I have a question..how is an outpost going to be able to launch an attack on Oren given, time, location, and minimal resources (Thanks to Vander somewhat)? Not to mention out of the 20+ people we have...5-6 are only ever on..

To be honest, oocly, never wanted to join purely knowing something like this would form. Icly, while I dislike the current situation...I will abide by Doone. This is not to say I want revolution...I just wanted to be a free place for all.]]

((My apologies to all. After a good nights sleep and a little time thinking about it, I know that I reacted in the wrong way. I was just shocked and suprised. After reading Mograka's post, It makes a little more sense now. I was just completely blind sided and I reacted the wrong way.

Multiple issues have cropped up recently. We were Xrayed by an individual with perms and lost a lot of resources. Members who had not used Xray were caught in a blanket ban that is still being resolved. I know that these things happen, and the mod staff has been taking very good care of us. Shortly after my Xray ban was lifted, another problem came up that is still being resolved.

I know that the RP comes first, and RPly it must be very difficult for outsiders to understand how we do things. If given a chance to resolve things RPly, then I will take it and use it to the fullest.

I misunderstood the situation, and thought that we were going straight to a surprise attack without any diplomacy or a chance to clear up the misunderstandings. I will not be available friday as I am making the 12 hour drive back to college, so I wouldn't be able to defend my people, or our right to the land.

again, I apologise to everyone involved. I will be on every night this week, and I will make a trip to Oren every night. If I happen to be aprehended, arrested, and therefore given a chance to protest these claims, more the better.))

Agreed ^ I just wish to cut these claims of metagaming and stop it from happening. And I'd like to know why a leader of Sabbet decided suddenly a day after a warclaim goes up on them all of a sudden, and apparently quite angry at that.

I was going to ask you and Godfrey to come and view Khabbi's progress. My character had not left the confines of Khabbi for a long time, and felt the need for some fresh air. Since no one has seen Khabbis progress in a while, I thought it a good idea to show what we were doing to some of the nobles of the empire.

((yes this decision was influenced OOCly, but RPly it could happen at any time. It's not Meta as it was a simple gesture of good will, which my character has a lot of since being absolved of his crimes and spared death by Godfrey.))

I was wrong for starting it, and I thank you all for helping me defend our beloved city, but it was a mistake. We will handle this RPly. We will wait for our summons, or the army, and defend ourselves peacefully when the time comes.))

^ good RP? I mean sometimes there's confusion and things not true are said in real life. All my information could've been a lie from Tiburon but from what Galendar witnessed a lot of that seemed true. Also I don't think Tiburon said anything of the Mori being an ally, maybe to doone who Galendar asked of these "alliences". Anyway I suggest like agreed we all just RP it out. Differences can be met and we can continue on doing whatever needed.)) ((anymore questions?))
