The Tale of Zelphar Autumnfire

Zelphar was born in the legendary land of elves

that Lorican came from, the land of Detronoe. Zelphar was born

into a humble family that lived in the tree village of Rutinoe.

His dad Calsphar was a famous artist in the village and he was

loved by many villagers. Zelphar's mother Wecsomia was a

priestess of the Patron god of Rutinoe Earweius and led

villagers in prayers and ceremonies at the grand shrine. Zelphar

started to go to the Rutinoe temple of knowledge for his

education at the age of 6 just like the other elven children.

Zelphar was taught the history of Detronoe, the history of

Rutinoe, the arts of Nature, the guidelines of nature, and how

to Astral project. At school Zelphar didn't talk to the other

children much, he was really into his studies and didn't want

distractions. When Zelphar was 7 something life changing

happened. One day he was reading a book on the history of

Detronoe in the garden, and two elven boys were setting fire to

a bundle of branches and some flowers. Zelphar closed his book

and approached the boys. Zelphar told them that it was againest

the guidelines of nature to do that. The boys laughed at Zelphar

and continued. Zelphar took some water from the fountain and put

out the fire with it. The boys got angry and approached Zelphar.

One boy restrained Zelphar while the other one punched Zelphar

repeatedly in the stomach. Zelphar elbowed the kid holding him

and approached the kid that was hitting his stomach. Zelphar

dodged the kid's punch and grabbed his neck. Zelphar threw the

kid by his neck into the fountain. Zelphar then stood over the

kid and mercilessly whailed on his face with his fists. The

child was bleeding. Blood turned the fountain water a dark red

color. The other kid looked in terror and did not try and stop

Zelphar. Zelphar realized what he had done... the kid was dead.

Zelphar ran out of the garden and ran out of Rutinoe. Zelphar

ran for miles until he was tired and he reached a swamp. Zelphar

fell asleep in the swamp. Zelphar had a dream where there was a

man with long pointy ears longer than any elf he had seen, black

holes for eyes, black hair, green leather shirt, and brown pants

sitting on a log in the swamp weeping. In the dream the man

stopped weeping and turned around to look at Zelphar. Zelphar

was terrified at the sight. Zelphar screamed and the dream

ended. Zelphar woke up to whispers in the swamp. The whispers

were calling his name. The whispers were of the man in Zelphar's

dream. Zelphar called out and asked who was whispering. The

voice said "I am Velkarith the man in your dream, I dwell in

this swamp forever bound to eternal loneliness, I cannot leave

this place unless someone lets me be their spirit guide, but all

the elves who venture in this swamp are terrified of me when I

show myself in their dream." Zelphar was so confused as to what

was happening. Zelphar said "Why are you trapped here?"

Velkarith said "If you really cared you would let me be your

spirit guide." Zelphar said "I am not a fool even though I am

only 7 years old, I still know that you could be trapped here

for a good reason." Velkarith laughed and said "You are a clever

young boy what is your name?" Zelphar replied "Zelphar, tell me

why you are trapped here." Velkarith said "Ok Zelphar get

comfortable because this might be a long story. When you astral

projected for the first time you saw beings that were only there

in astral projection but not when you were in your physical

body, well those beings were born in that plane of existance and

to you thats called the astral plane but to my people it is

called Zecraimux, Zecraimux is a plane of existance that is one

step higher then your plane of existance, if you astral project

into Zecraimux you could imagine something and it would be

there, but you only see it because it is within your aura. If I

were to astral project I would end up on a higher plane then

Zecraimux but if I were to lower my vibrations I would end up on

your plane of existance and I could imagine something and it

would be there but you would only see me not the thing I

imagined. So far far away in Zecraimux there is a world named

Xraisfar and there is a race of beings that look like me and

they are called the Chiropterrans. I was the prince of a large

chiropterran empire and obviously my father was the king. My

father was murdered and a secret organization that planned on

taking over the throne and implementing a republic framed me and

gathered false evidence that I killed my father so I could be

king. Then of course the new king exiled me and bounded my soul

to one specific spot in time and space, here. This all happened

exactly 80 Centillion years ago... so it was basically three or

four universes ago. I just sat in this spot in space and time

for 80 centillion years watching empires die and revolutions

succeed, I saw many wonders of technology that would blow your

mind, I've seen robots, rockets, spaceships, teleporters,

cloning, cars, planes, artillery, guns, aw forget it you

probably dont even know the meanings of those word. What I am

saying is I watched this very world form around me, I watched

this swamp form around me. Please just let me be your spirit

guide, I don't want to be here any longer." Zelphar was

overwhelmed by all of this information and he said " Ok your my

spirit guide so what happens now?" Velkarith said " Well now I

read your mind to see what I can guide you on and I will see you

in your dreams from now on... don't worry I will hide my face."

Zelphar said "Read my mind... wait." Velkarith read Zelphar's

mind and knew about what just happened. Velkarith said " You

just killed a child your age?" Zelphar said with sorrow and

regret "Yes... yes I did... but I had no intentions of killing

him." Velkarith said "Alright... your obviously wanted now... I

suggest you run to the nearby tree city of Frotanoe and live as

an orphan, do not worry I will watch over you." Zelphar was in

shock and he cried in the swamp for hours at the thought of him

having to leave his parents. Velkarith said " Zelphar it is your

only safe way out of this, the city states in Detronoe are not

under an empire, they are independant that means that Frotanoe

will not know of what you have done, go now the skirmishers of

Rutinoe are coming, I can see their torches." Zelphar ran

towards the city of Frotanoe, he knew where the city was because

Velkarith was transmitting directions into his mind. The

Skirmishers were running after Zelphar. Zelphar fell through a

pit in the ground and was knocked unconcious. The Skirimishers

lost Zelphar and returned to Rutinoe. Zelphar awoke in a pit

with a small beam of sunlight beaming down on him from above.

Zelphar heard a weird beast like noise coming from the

surrounding darkness in the pit. A 10 eyed purple beast with

spikes on its head and a big black spotted slimy body emerged

from the darkness and roared in Zelphar's face. Zelphar screamed

and tried to climb the dirt wall out of the pit. Velkarith

lowered his vibrations and appeared in the pit. Velkarith winked

at Zelphar and burned the beast with a strange device then faded

away. Zelphar climbed out of the pit. Zelphar continued on the

path to Frotanoe. Once Zelphar reached Frotanoe he immediately

went to an inn and acted tired and hungry. The innkeeper felt

sorry for Zelphar and gave him food and let Zelphar stay the

night. Zelphar had a dream where Velkarith was talking to him in

a strange sancturary in a snowy mountain place. Velkarith said "

Zelphar I observed the village of Rutinoe, they have given up

searching for you, but you cannot come back because they know

you fled to a different city and will kill you if you try and

come back." The dream ended. Zelphar awoke in the inn's

basement. Zelphar joined an orphanage and lived there for 2

years while having dreams of Velkarith and getting advice from

him. When Zelphar turned ten years old Velkarith came to him in

his dream and said "Listen Zelphar I know we bonded for these

past two years but I have to leave you..." Zelphar said " No..

please don't go... your my only friend... why do you have to

leave?" Velkarith said "Because its time you learn to live on

your own and to figure things out yourself.... sorry Zelphar but

these are my final words of advice, Whatever the future brings

always know that your aura will stand through the tough times

and the easier times, goodbye Zelphar." The dream ended...

forever. Zelphar woke up crying in the orphanage. Zelphar was

lost and had no guidance whatsoever. Zelphar continued his life

as an orphan until the age of 20 when he left the orphanage.

Zelphar worked as a local fisherman and salesman. Zelphar would

have a routine life of waking up, catching fish, selling them,

meditating, then going to sleep. This was Zelphar's routine life

for 30 years. Zelphar was 50 years old and still strong and

young. Zelphar became depressed because of his routine life

style even though he was the wealthiest man in the city of

Frotanoe. Zelphar owned the biggest tree home in the city.

Zelphar was lonely though, he always wished his spirit guide

would come back, but he knew it would never happen. When Zelphar

was 54 years old he decided the only way to see he spirit guide

again was to commit suicide. Zelphar stood on the ledge of his

tree home balcony looking down upon the humble torch lit city of

Frotanoe while crying. Zelphar was about to jump off until he

felt and hand on his shoulder. An old voice said "Great

fisherman of Frotanoe please reconsider this, your aura is one

of regret and sorrow with a faint trace of peace and love from

your childhood." Zelphar said "Who are you?" Zelphar turned and

saw an old elven man with a long grey goatee. The old man said

"I am Dalridor the sage, I live out in the forest, I came here

as soon as I sensed a aura that was going through great pain and

sorrow." Zelphar stepped down from the balcony and said "

Dalridor how do you plan to help me?" Dalridor said " Well I

started helping you by making you step down from the ledge hm?"

Dalridor then said " Listen I want to root out the Sorrow and

regret in your aura and bring to light the Peace and love that

you once had." Zelphar said " How will you do that?" Dalridor

said " First you will have to abandon this life of material

goods and luxury, then you must come with me to my sancturary."

Zelphar agreed with Dalridor and travelled with him to his

sancturary. Once Zelphar reached the sancturary he set up his

room went to sleep. In the morning Dalridor brought Zelphar to

his garden and talked about Zelphar's sorrow and regret. Zelphar

admitted that his sorrow comes from his lost spirit guide and

that his regret come from the murder he commited when he was 7.

Dalridor told him in order to clear his aura of this guilt he

would have to astral project and seek out the person he killed

when he was 7. Dalridor told Zelphar that sorrow is a personal

matter that will go away as you help people and when you get rid

of the guilt. When Zelphar was 60 years old he was still young

and he had mastered the ways of Astral projection, so he was

ready to seek out the person he killed when he was 7. Zelphar

astral projected and he travelled the astral plane searching for

the person he murdered. Zelphar saw a orb of light zipping

through the astral forest he was in. Zelphar chased the orb of

light all the way to a beach where the moon was shining bright

above the ocean and the moonlight glared upon the waters.

Zelphar was in awe at the astral sea in front of him. The orb of

light was stationary also watching the moon. Zelphar walked up

to the orb and felt that it was the person he murdered. Zelphar

asked what is your name? The orb illuminated the entire beach

and the light filled Zelphar's mind with events that happened

since Zelphar murdered him. The orb sung playfully and happily.

Zelphar was confused and asked why do you forgive me for what I

did? The orb said "Because as soon as I died my cares were no

longer of the physical plane, but of the astral plane, I have

met many beings along the way and have had many adventures with

them... I know it sounds strange to your ears but I thank you

for killing me." Zelphar cried so much at the words the orb

stated. The orb illuminated Zelphar with a warm light and said "

There there, we all make mistakes." Zelphar said while weeping

"I am sorry, please forgive me!" The orb said "I forgave you as

soon as I died Zelphar, I feel your feelings right now... I know

you are truly sorry." The astral projection ended and the guilt

of the murder washed away. Zelphar was no longer sad or guilty.

Zelphar learned a valuable lesson and that was that it is right

to forgive people for what they have done." Dalridor knew that

Zelphar's aura was cleansed and it was filled with peace and

love. Zelphar stayed with Dalridor for 50 more years. In that 50

years Zelphar learned many things and he had a child with a

Frotanoe village woman named Busckwen. The Child's name was

Xanpher, the child was named after the person Zelphar murdered

when he was 7. Zelphar loved that child with all the love he

had. Zelphar was now 110 years old living with Dalridor and

Xanpher in Dalridor's sancturary. Zelphar was living the dream,

he would meditate with his son and Dalridor then he would tend

the garden and learn with his son from Dalridor. 20 years later

when Zelphar was 130 years old and Xanpher was 24 years old

Dalridor died of natural causes at the age of 302. Zelphar and

Xanpher did not mourn Dalridor because they knew he was floating

around and living in eternal happiness. A month later the lord

of Frotanoe declared that a trade embargo be established

againest the village of Rutinoe because Rutinoe was trading

Earweius art and Earweius Religious texts. Frotanoe did not

believe in Earweius as their patron god so they put a trade

embargo on the village of Rutinoe. Rutinoe was offended and took

it as a sign of disrespect to Earwius so they assassinated the

Lord of Frotanoe. A full scale war between Frotanoe and Rutinoe

took place, many lives were being lost. Zelphar decided that he

had to do something. Xanpher being young and filled with passion

wanted to fight on the side of Frotanoe since he knew that

Zelphar was wanted by Rutinoe. Zelphar urged Xanpher to not go

to war but Xanpher already became a skirmisher for Frotanoe.

Zelphar tried to figure out a way to stop this war. Zelphar

astral projected on the night of a giant battle between the two

cities and he was above the battle watching it play out. He

spotted his son amongst the men slaughtering Rutinoe

skirmishers. Zelphar got so angry that he imagined himself as

the major god of Detronoe that everyone believed in. The god was

Saelerus. Zelphar took form of a 100 ft tall Saelerus and

lowered his vibrations just enough for the two cities to see his

imaginary Saelerus. Zelphar disguised as saelerus yelled with a

booming voice "THIS WAR IS POINTLESS I WILL ADD ONE FINAL

GUIDELINE TO THIS WORLD, ALL GODS SHALL BE RESPECTED WITH

EQUALITY, NOW STOP THIS PETTY DISPUTE TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED

HERE!" Then Zelphar went back to his physical body in his bed at

the sancturary. The war was over and Frotanoe and Rutinoe

respected each other's patron gods. Zelphar was in his bed and

all of the sudden the real Saelerus came to him. Saelerus said

"You have did a good deed uniting these two cities, but I will

have to exile you for an undetermined period of time from these

lands, for you have impersonated me, spread peace and love to

the new world you appear in, do not worry for I shall open the

portal back to Detronoe while you are still living... but it

will be unexpected, goodbye." Saelerus instantly sent Zelphar to

Aeonis. Zelphar found an elven town led by Lord Galath, Galath

built Zelphar a tree home which he lived in for 2 years.Zelphar

then decided to join the Tetra to train to be a Loremaster and

document the races and factions of Aeonis.

When Zelphar was 136

years old he built a large sanctuarary in the snowy mountains of

Aeonis where he would go on to be a philospher and Tetra

loremaster for three years. When Zelphar was 139 years old the darkness plagued Aeonis. The sancturary was destroyed and Zelphar was in pure sadness, all of the things

that happened in his life were not good, within those three

years his guide Velkarith came back to him but then he died of

old age and many other things happened. Zelphar couldn't take

it... how he tried to do so much good but all he got in return

was devastation. At that moment Saelerus appeared to Zelphar in

the destroyed sancturary and said "It is time to go back to

Detronoe... step into the portal Zelphar." Zelphar in

anticipation stepped in the portal.

A wave of warmth and freedom

rushed through his soul as he went through the portal. A strange

god that Zelphar never had heard of or has encountered

interfered with the aura of the portal causing it to transport

Zelphar to the world of Aegis. Zelphar arrived to the sight of a

large orc city, he had never seen an orc and was terrified at

the sight, he ran for miles until he reached the elven capital.

Zelphar travelled for one year and was 140 years old.

Zelphar was ready to enlighten and solve Aegis's biggest problems but then after two years of trying to help, he came to a startling realization that Aegis was a totally different world then his ancient home. Zelphar was now 142 years old just struggling to do what he can to survive in Aegis while also trying to spread his views and tell of his tales. Now Zelphar was 143 years old and was starting to regain the view on Aegis he had before, that there is hope and that he can change this new world.

Zelphar then became a Dedicant for the druids and completed tasks and learned the druidic ways from Ice druid Jameson. After a year of learning and training to become a druid Jameson made Zelphar a druid. Zelphar chose his totem to be the astral. Zelphar was now 144 years old and was now Astral Druid Zelphar. Within the Druidic Order Zelphar met a very nice elf woman named Vanyariel. Her title was and still is Fey Druid Vanyariel, Zelphar and her came from distant worlds so they could connect with eachother and they did. Zelphar developed a strong friendship with Vanyariel.

After Zelphar was comfortable with Vanyariel he told her about his dire problem. Zelphar's dire problem was that at the time Saelerus opened the portal for Zelphar when the darkness was about to consume his sancturary on Aeonis the darkness actually split Zelphar into two seperate timelines when where the portal is tampered with and he is transported to Aegis and one where the portal works and he waits out the darkness on his home world and then goes back to Aeonis. The version of Zelphar that stayed in Aeonis eventually gets assassinated so this means that That version of Zelphar still reincarnates which makes it inevitable that the Aegis version of Zelphar inhabits Aegis with the Aeonis version of Zelphar's latest incarnation.

Now the problem was that Zelphar couldn't come in contact with this incarnation because time would recognize him as an error and simply destroy him. Zelphar thought this and Vanyariel helped him through this and listened to what he had to say. Later on Vanyariel found out that her tiara wasn't in fact her true family heirloom but instead it was a darker version of it that contained a gem identical to her true tiara. Vanyariel didn't understand how this fake tiara appeared to her so Zelphar inspected it and kept it with him in order to protect Vanyariel.

One night Zelphar was in Vanyariel's living room examining the tiara while Vanyariel was tending to the wheat farm in the basement. Zelphar pushed the gem on the tiara in and Zelphar started to see yellow energy appear from his mouth. Vanyariel came into the Living room to talk to Zelphar and then Zelphar was paralyzed and he was spewing yellow energy from his body. The only words he could make out were "Push the gem in" Vanyariel pushed the tiara's gem in and Zelphar was back to normal. Zelphar was confused as to why this gem controlled him like this. Zelphar knew that if Vanyariel came any closer he would have died, so he concluded that Vanyariel was indeed the Aeonis version of Zelphar's latest incarnation. But Zelphar was still confused as to how the gem could control whether the time energies consume him or not when he is close to Vanyariel. Zelphar told Vanyariel that she was the latest incarnation of his Aeonis self ages ago. After a fateful past life regression meditation that showed her that she indeed was the Aeonis Zelphar's latest incarnation she believed Zelphar.

Zelphar set out to find out why this gem controlled him like this. Through past life regression meditation and astral projection he came to the conclusion that ages ago 10 past lives before his current life he was Relidu Sparling a Detrononian General that led his forces to the steps of the dark queen of the Abirichee Vonsiblia's Citadel to end her reign of terror upon his people, while he held his sword to her neck and there was no chance of her victory she binded his soul into the tiara's gem, this was meant to follow his soul through all of his incarnations and eventually destroy his soul at a set number of incarnations but Relidu interuppted the process of this and killed Vonsiblia before she could complete the binding. So instead the Gem only followed him throughout his incarnations and kept some of his soul energy within it.

Zelphar did not know how to break this curse so he was about to give up and let this gem control him forever but while strolling one cold night in laurelin he fell into a lake and into a hole at the bottom of the lake. This hole led to a vast cavern, Zelphar explored this cavern but then suddenly was being consumed by time energy. Zelphar was confused because he knew that the gem was not pressed in and that Vanyariel was not anywhere near him. Zelphar crawled to the entrance of the cavern while time energy flooded him. He was paralyzed and defeated at this moment. Zelphar sees life flash before his eyes, he slowly exits his body and screams for Vanyariel to help him. Then all of the sudden Vanyariel comes down through the hole at the bottom of the lake and looks for Zelphar. Vanyariel breaks through a dirt wall and tells Zelphar that she sensed that he was in danger. The Time energy stops consuming Zelphar and instead goes to consume Vanyariel because Time now sees Vanyariel as the Unlikely duplicate soul. Zelphar notices this but Vanyariel does not. Zelphar takes a big risk and shatters the tiara into pieces and then hugs Vanyariel. The two are embraced in a cyclone of time energy. It all stops and there is silence.

Zelphar and Vanyariel are both confused as to why they didn't perish. They just embrace eachother and laugh in great joy. Later on Zelphar figures out that not all is right and that the tiara just contained enough time energy to fend off the rest of the energy that was trying to consume Vanyariel because that would declare Vanyariel as consumed for a short time. But Vanyariel was now the dead elf walking and time wanted Vanyariel to be consumed along with all of her past lives up to the Aeonis Zelphar. Zelphar breaks the news to Vanyariel and she was in dire distress. Zelphar swore that he would fix this all some how.

One day from the night that Zelphar broke the news to Vanyariel about her imminent death and non existance Zelphar was in the Druid grove thinking of a way to fix all of this when a peculiar sheep with yellow wool walked infront of him. Zelphar thought hard and eventually got an idea. Zelphar told Vanyariel to pet the sheep and wrap two strands of her hair around each of the Sheep's ears. Then Zelphar fed a piece of bread that was bitten by Vanyariel to the sheep. Zelphar then lured the sheep to the lake that held the opening at the bottom of it where Zelphar was about to be consumed. Zelphar tied the sheep to a tree near the lake and told Vanyariel to come to the lake. Zelphar explained his plan to Vanyariel.

This was the plan. Zelphar was going to push the yellow wooled sheep into the lake where he was being consumed and the sheep would attract residual traces of time energy within the cavern since time energy is yellow and the sheep has yellow wool, also mainly because the sheep contains traces of Vanyariel's genetic residue because of the food Zelphar fed the sheep and because of the strands of hair on it's ears. So this jolt of time energy cannot consume this sheep since it does not have a duplicate of its soul in aegis so instead it would have enough power to send this sheep back in time exactly 1 second, this would duplicate the sheep's soul making two of the same sheep in Aegis. Then Vanyariel would go down into the hole at the bottom of the lake and the residual traces of time energy would start to consume her. Vanyariel would then swim up to the surface of the lake and touch one of the sheep that was duplicated while being consumed, this would transfer all of the time energy to the sheep and it would consume one of the sheep for the sheeps are duplicates of the same soul. This would make time register its job as finished in eliminating a duplicate soul so time wouldn't try to consume Zelphar or Vanyariel ever again.

The plan went as expected and Zelphar and Vanyariel embraced eachother in the lake while it rained hard. It was finally over. They were safe and Zelphar told Vanyariel their soul name so that when either of them dies they could recognize the reincarnation. Now Zelphar was 145 years of age and he was still known as Astral Druid Zelphar while he still led a happy friendship with Vanyariel.

A year later when Zelphar was 146 he entered the Laurelin gates after a journey to Galahar and he witnessed a nether portal inside the Gauntlet at the entrance of Laurelin. Zelphar went to go see what was happening and saw a crowd of armored people waiting to enter the nether portal. Zelphar went to the Laurelin Druid Grove at the time to go see what the druids were doing about this, he noticed a sign that told the druids to leave the Laurelin Druid grove and meet at the new main grove, the Rose grove outside of Galahar for Laurelin is not safe anymore. Zelphar was saddened and reflected on all of the good times he had in the Laurelin Grove while he packed up his stuff from his room and walked to the rose grove outside of Galahar.

Once Zelphar got to the Rose grove he set up a room with Time Druid Argos in the new grove and was truly happy with the new grove. Zelphar built last wall of their room at first with normal wooden planks but then in the astral world that night when Zelphar Astral projected his guide Velkarith appeared to him as a spirit once again, Zelphar was in awe and utterly ecstatic. Velkarith then explained to Zelphar that all is not well and that he is being forced to reincarnate soon and that Zelphar has to contain Velkarith's spirit into a physical object for him to stop the reincarnation process and still be able to watch over him. Zelphar was saddened but he enchanted the last wooden plank wall of the room with Velkarith's spirit and felt safer and happier. All was thought to be well butt only two nights after Zelphar built his room with Argos he came to his room at the sight of the enchanted wall utterly destroyed and the wooden planks gone.

Zelphar was so outraged because whoever had done this forced Velkarith to start reincarnating for they destroyed his last physical medium into the physical world. Zelphar was outraged and caused a giant scene at the rose grove, Zelphar then ran away from the grove while being chased by Flame Druid Argon. Zelphar climbed the steps of a tall building near Galahar where Velkarith Appeared to him once more. Velkarith said "Zelphar this is the last time we can talk for I am being forced into the Reincarnation process."

Zelphar was in utter sadness and asked if he would be able to recognize Velkarith in Velkarith's next life. Velkarith said that Zelphar would be able to recognize him but he wouldnt recognize Zelphar. Zelphar cried and Velkarith cried as they embraced until the sunset and Velkarith had to reincarnate. They said their final goodbyes and Velkarith faded away into the afterlife where he reincarnated.

Zelphar was 146 and went back to the Rose grove and is still Astral Druid Zelphar, his room is rebuilt but he will never stop loving and missing Velkarith.

Zelphar was still living in the Rose grove and was still Astral Druid Zelphar and has created a new section of his room below it called the catacombs where a Stone Memorial to Velkarith rests, Zelphar was now 148.

A Year later there was much conflict and struggle, Galahar was attacked by undead, New terriko fell to the undead, and Vanyariel... died. Zelphar is saddened by this and will recognize Vanyariel's next life for she told him their soul name before she died but her next incarnation wont recognize him. Now Zelphar was 149 and thought he was going to be taught by Jameson to become a Guide for the Druids for Vanyariel has passed but apparently Jameson despises Zelphar's way of life and orientation so he decides to come up with excuses over the days as to why Zelphar cannot be a guide even though Zelphar has been studying. Zelphar then found out that the guide spot was "taken" as jameson stated it. But there is only one guide which is Tiger Druid Alan, and theres four spots... Zelphar thought of this and knew that Jameson had something againest him so now Zelphar was 149 and was contemplating leaving the druids.

A Year later Zelphar travels out to the Alrasian Adventuring guild outpost in the wilds with his Friend Kain, Kain lets him have a room in the outpost. Zelphar decided to stay at the outpost to get a break from the druids, he was now basically taking a vacation at the outpost where he was writing his lores and reflecting. Zelphar was still 149 years old. One more month and Zelphar is 150.

A month later Zelphar decided to leave the out post and go back to the druid grove where he would continue to be a druid but in the back of his mind he knows that if things go wrong with the arch druids he is leaving. Zelphar arrived at the Druid grove near Galahar and found it empty except for Eowyn Vanyariel's niece,Eowyn had news for Zelphar, the news was that Vanyariel put Zelphar in her will that he should own her home in Laurelin, Zelphar was in excitement and thanked Vanyariel through his words. Eowyn handed Zelphar the key to the house and also told him that in the will it stated that Jameson take Vanyariel's arch druid position and that Zelphar take Jameson's Head Teacher Position. Zelphar was also happy of this so Zelphar decided to take a walk to the Alrasian Refugee camp outside Laurelin with Eowyn before going straight to his new home. On the way to the camp he told Eowyn that Jameson didn't obey the will and that Jameson refused to let Zelphar even be a guide at the least...and definately not the head teacher, Eowyn was angered that Jameson disrespected her Aunt's will. Once they arrived at the Refugee camp near Laurelin they saw Jameson. Eowyn went up to Jameson with fury and yelled "You dare insult my Aunt's will by not letting Zelphar become a guide...at the least ...when he was supposed to take your position as head teacher?"

Jameson was caught of gaurd and said "I respect your aunt but we arch druids have talked it over and we decided he just isn't ready."

Zelphar was annoyed by that statement and said "No I know why you didn't want me to be a guide...it is because of my way of life and my orientation...your so close minded and ignorant."

Jameson said "Let us speak in a less noisier place."

Jameson and Zelphar walk out of the camp and go into the forest while Eowyn is behind at the camp and loses Zelphar and Jameson in the forest.

Jameson and Zelphar wait in silence for Eowyn to catch up but she never comes. Instead Delsaelva the seer is seen walking around, Zelphar has had a few arguments with this man before. Jameson says hello to the seer and they start to talk as Zelphar waits for Eowyn. The seer informs Jameson that Zelphar threatened his life which Zelphar didn't do. Jameson confronts Zelphar about this and Zelphar denies the accusation and says that the seer basically called his life story a big lie. THe seer then continued to insult Zelphar's past and say that Zelphar was dropped on his head as a baby. Jameson then wanted to hear zelphar's past again. After Zelphar told Jameson his life story Jameson said "Yeah...I think me and Delsaelva are going to go now..." Then Jameson and the seer walked off completely ignoring zelphar's life story. WHile they chuckled and walked off Zelphar couldnt stand Jameson's pure ignorance so he walked up to Jameson and punched him in the nose and yelled "TO NETHER WITH THE DRUIDS, IF YOU ARE AN ARCH DRUID AND YOU ARE THIS IGNORANT AND CLOSE MINDED THEN THERE IS NO POINT TO WASTE MY TIME WITH YOU DRUIDS!" Zelphar ripped his druid pendant off and stomped on it. Then Zelphar walked away as Delsaelva helped Jameson get up while Jameson held his bloody nose and yelled in the distance "YE ARE SHUNNED!"

Zelphar was now 150 years old and was living in Vanyariel's old house that she granted him in the will.

Only after a few days of living in the house Aegis was utterly destroyed and the denizens of Aegis were forced to flee to the Verge where they would sail off to a new land far away. When Zelphar made his way to the dock in the Verge he met Native and told him his entire life story, Native said that Zelphar should take the Malinor ship and become a council member for Malinor in the new land since the elves needed guidance. Zelphar was touched by this advice and hugged Native. Zelphar then went to Native's personal ship in the docks and met a human by the name of Manoth, Zelphar told Manoth his life story and all about him...they really connected. Zelphar and Manoth agreed to work together to buy a house that they can both live in once they entered the new land.

Zelphar was still 150 years old and entered this new Land called Asulon, many adventures await Zelphar. Zelphar was lost and confused in this new land, he was hungry and unarmed for all of his belongings were lost during a storm on the way to Asulon. Zelphar travelled for hundreds of miles before reaching the Asulon cloud temple, once Zelphar reached the temple he saw four archways each leading to a different nation. Zelphar of course chose to walk through the Archway with the sign "Elven Kingdoms". Once Zelphar walked through the archway and the long tunnel leading to the Elven lands he noticed that there was only a small village and no huge capital city. Zelphar asked around the village for people to lead him to the Elven capital but sadly no one knew where it was. Zelphar was a bit annoyed at the fact that this small village was the only village in the elven lands but Zelphar had to make use of it. So Zelphar bought some food from the shops with the remaining minas he had and satisfied his hunger.

Zelphar decided to build a small home in the village but didn't have the supplies to chop wood and make himself some wooden planks. So Zelphar paid an orc girl named Luarna in a raw slab of beef for her to chop down some trees and give him the wood. While seeing the orc girl chopping down the trees Zelphar developed a physical attraction to Luarna and started joking around with her and basically flirting after she gave him the wood. Luarna finally said that Zelphar was too weak for her and that she needed an orc man not a twiggie. Zelphar is actually very strong for an elf but orcs are brutes of strength and no elf could match their strength. Zelphar was a bit dissapointed but Zelphar asked Luarna "If you want an orc man...why are you in elven lands?" Zelphar thought he had caught her in a lie.

Luarna then responded with "Me Nub Know where Uruks Be." So Being the elf Zelphar is he leads her to the orc lands and walks for miles trying to find the orc capital city. Zelphar hits a point where the path stops and there is no visible continuation of the path to the orc city, at this point Zelphar is tired and hungry so him and Luarna set up camp in a field of tall grass and wild flowers. Luarna puts an instant sleep powder in Zelphar's pork and water so he falls to sleep while Luarna can sneak out of their camp and find the orc city by herself for she did not trust that Zelphar was actually going to lead her there, but instead she thought Zelphar would try to harm her.

When Zelphar awoken he was confused and dazed, he got up from the wool bed roll he was in and brushed some grass off of his orange wool coat. Zelphar couldn't find Luarna anywhere so he packed up the camp and headed back to the small elven village. Once Zelphar got to the Village he decided to ask around one last time if someone could lead him to the Elven Capital and this time a boy by the name of Falthor agreed to show him the way. This elven boy was only 10 years old and Zelphar knew he was taking a chance trusting this boy. Zelphar watched over the boy closely while he led him to the Capital. Zelphar Protected the boy from creatures of Asulon and the roaring seas for they had to take boats to the island the city was on. At one point in the journey Falthor and his boat were abruptly pulled underwater. Zelphar dove into the water to find a giant sea creature with tentacles about 4 miles long and 3 miles wide. This beast was gigantic and it resembled a squid, it was blue with black spots and had two pronounced bulging eyes. Falthor was getting pulled down to the dark abyss of the ocean. Zelphar decided that he had to do something quick so he swam down after the beast and took out his stone sword then he stabbed the tentacle that was gripping Falthor numerous times. Zelphar was about to run out of oxygen but he still managed to bring Young Falthor to the surface and get him back on his boat.

Falthor continued to lead Zelphar on the journey and after numerous days they succeeded. They arrived on the island that the Elven Capital is on but when they were a few miles away from the city Zelphar spotted a torch lit city behind a hill and heard voices, Zelphar's curiosity took him over and he walked over to the hill and saw town with marble buildings and a giant castle made of marble overlooking the town, it was a sight to behold truly. Zelphar was in awe but then a blonde elf with blue eyes and a black with gold trim robe walked up to Zelphar and said "Leave these lands half bred elf, this is the land of the Mahi'Aheral and this is the town and college of Haelun'or."

Zelphar instantly knew who these people were... they were the high elves, a very racist and conceded folk. These High Elves believe that all other races are inferior and that they are the purest elves. Zelphar knew that it is true that they are pure elves but his kind is the true purest elves, the Detrononian elves, for in the Mystical Age of Detronoe a Detrononian elf by the name of Larihei Lomahnih encouraged his followers to bathe in rare natural springs infused with enchanted gold. It was this practice that altered the length, hair, and skin tone of their kind, as well as bolstering their natural magic ability. The High Elves and the Detrononian Elves are both pure elves. Zelphar Explained this to the High elf he was speaking to and how he is truly pure. The High elf was named Nelecar, Nelecar asked Zelphar if he believed in gods or religion? Zelphar knew that the High elves hated religion so he said that he did not believe in gods or goddesses but Zelphar really does believe in it for Saelerus has helped him alot. Zelphar lied about the religious views because he wants to slowly rise up in the ranks with the high elves and eventually become their Marahel and lead their people out of bigotry and racism.

Zelphar accepted a job working the mines while slowly trying to work his way up through the ranks of the high elves to eventually become Marahel. Zelphar was still aiming to become marahel in any way possible to change the High elve's ways, Zelphar was now 151.

A few monthes later Zelphar and the high elves encountered a visitor at the gates of the High elven town. This visitor was named Jon Evangio and he was an elf but wasn't sure if he was a high elf since his parents died and he was raised by dwarves. Saadiya preformed a magical high Elf sensing to see if Jon was actually a High elf. The Sensing was positive and it turned out that Jon was in fact a High elf. Jon was let into the city and given a free tower. Then Saadiya decided to do the same sensing on Zelphar for Zelphar's skin is a light purple and everyone already was suspicious about him not being a true High elf. Saadiya sensed Zelphar and found no traces of gold in his blood so she found out that Zelphar wasnt a high elf. But Saadiya went on to say that she didn't find the contamination that other elves have such as wood elves or dark elves. Saadiya concluded that Zelphar was the purest form of elf. Zelphar smiled and winked at the high Elves as they were in amazement. Zelphar explained to them that his people are the Detrononian Elves, the first elves ever to breathe, and that a group of them split off and bathed in the golden springs and that group became the high elves we know today. The high elves said that Zelphar wasn't a high elf therefore he wasn't allowed to get a tower but he was allowed to mine and gather smoothstone as basically a slave. Zelphar went to his mine room but on the way there he decided to leave the High elven town for he wasn't accepted into their society.

Zelphar said his goodbyes to the high elves one by one and they wished him luck on his journey. Then Zelphar went to say goodbye to Ebs a High Elf council member, and Ebs stopped Zelphar and said that Zelphar was a Knowledgable and Valuable worker and that he respected Zelphar for speaking his mind. Ebs went on to ask if Zelphar would bathe in the gold springs once the high elves find the springs. Zelphar gladly accepted to bathe in the gold springs to become a high elf once they find the springs but in reality Zelphar was not sure if he wanted to give the thing that made him unique away. Zelphar told Ebs to send him a bird when they find the springs but Ebs suggested Zelphar stay in the town and live there and then bathe in the springs once they find them to become a high elf. Zelphar asked where he would live if he were to stay and ebs said A tower of course for free. Zelphar asked why Ebs was rejecting Zelphar awhile ago and now he was offering him to stay in the town for free in a tower and Ebs simply said that he had a change of heart and realizes that Zelphar is truly pure.

But Zelphar knew that Ebs was just offering him this because Zelphar had agreed to bathe in the gold springs when they find them. Zelphar accepted the offer and realized that there is still a chance to become Marahel and change the High Elve's bigot ways. Zelphar is still unsure about bathing in the gold springs and giving up his Detrononian blood though. Zelphar was now 151 years old still and was living in High Elven tower while mining and supplying the high elves slowly trying to rise in the High Elven ranks each day.

A few monthes later Zelphar encountered Marahel Dio Astore. Dio and Zelphar have crossed paths before and got along, Zelphar talked to Dio about the future of the high elves and Dio assigned him a job... to go to the Elven capital of Elandriel and tell high elves about Haelun'or to attract them to the city. Zelphar travelled to Elandriel but only saw ignorant elves bickering and fighting...he knew these elves were not fit to be a true high elf. Zelphar then travelled to the Moriquessir Entrance and was instantly chased away by the inhabitants. Zelphar ran back to the high elf city. Zelphar took a Half dark elf half wood elf man in as his personal servant and paid him in minas and made him live under his home in the basement. The man was named Taiyl and Zelphar told him that his true plan was to act like a racist bigot to gain rank in the high elf hierarchy and then eventually advance to Marahel where he would lead the high elves out of their racist ways. Zelphar now was 152 years old and he lived with his servant Taiyl while acting like a bigot and racist slowly gaining status and power in the High elf Society.

A year later a man Zelphar knew before named Letholdus arrived at Zelphar's home and challenged him to a duel. Zelphar accepted and was beating Letholdus until Letholdus ran away. Zelphar though all was good and let his gaurd down but then Letholdus came up from behind and slashed his back then ran away. Zelphar was wounded and the high elves chased Letholdus out of the town. Zelphar eventually healed his wound, while resting in his home Saadiya came running to his door yelling for Zelphar. Zelphar opened the door to find his old friend Argos at the door. Argos and Zelphar were happy and they hugged eachother. After the warm reunion they updated eachother on their recent exploits and talked until a note slipped in through the second floor window of Zelphar's home. The note was from Taiyl and it read "Zelphar I am sorry but I am leaving you for this town is full of racists and you dishonor me when you call me your servant in public, goodbye Zelphar." Zelphar was saddened for he thought him and Taiyl were developing a liking for one another. But he was wrong. Now Zelphar was still acting racist and bigotted to act high elf while living in his high elf house trying to gain rank to Marahel still. He was now 153 years old.

The Autumnfire Slave Chronicle

The Prolouge

A Few monthes later Zelphar had to go to Elandriel the elven capital to consult with the high prince on orders of the Marahel, Zelphar found the high prince and asked him about the plans for mori invasions and he said it is private and that he'd rather speak with the Marahel. So Zelphar and the High prince travelled to the high elf city and the high prince spoke with the Marahel. Zelphar was no longer needed for the time being so he decided to go to the tavern at Elandriel. There he met Andil and greeted him warmly but Andil did not remember Zelphar. Zelphar opened his astral eye and searched andil's interior body to see what was wrong and found a poison that spreaded to the brain. Zelphar then raised the vibrations of the poison to astral matter making andil remember everything. Andil and Zelphar then went to the Elandriel message board to drink milk and talk about their good times. But then two Mori came and took Zelphar away. They beat him and blindfolded him one was a male and one was a female. They bounded his hands and pulled him deep into the Mori'quessir caverns where he was then thrown in a cell.

The blind fold was taken off and Zelphar saw the cell and realized he was about to die. Zelphar panicked and the Dominant female mori removed her armor showing a beautiful woman. She called Zelphar a cow and proclaimed that he was now slave to the house of Cressa'mtor. Zelphar swallowed his dignity and protected his life by nodding and reciting "I am your slave." Zelphar was panicked inside but tried to keep calm on the outside. The woman then branded him with a bleeding crescent moon on his back after forcing his shirt off of him. Then they locked Zelphar in the cell and forced him to throw away his clothes and wear a collar with red and grey loincloth which are the colors of the house. All of Zelphar's high elf ambitions to liberate the high elves are far away now and Zelphar is just focusing on surviving the Caverns of Menorcress as a slave. Zelphar was now a slave to the Mori'Quessir house of Cress'mtor and he was 154 years old.

While Zelphar was a slave for the Cress'mtor he would be whipped into mining and hunting by his slave master Mithiriel. Zelphar found an undying beauty in Mithiriel and when he looked at her as she turned to swing her whip for that split second...he felt like all of his troubles were truly faded and that he wasn't a slave but when the whip cracked on Zelphar's back he was pulled back to the harsh reality he was living and he quickly got back to his task. Mithiriel and the other house members of Cress'mtor would order Zelphar around commanding him to deliver drink or food when they were feasting or when a guest was over. Zelphar would receive beatings from Mirthiel and any House member that saw fit to beat Zelphar and the other slaves. This place was pure hell for the slaves. At the end of the 7th day of slavery Zelphar was allowed to join the general slave population in the Cress'mtor slave quarters, there Zelphar wasn't accepted too kindly.

Chapter 1: Slave Glory

As soon as Zelphar walked into the dim lit sandstone room he saw filthy cots lined up along the wall and naked slaves bathing in the bathing area which was in the corner of the room. Zelphar felt uneasy as he was instantly overwhelmed by a disgusting mix of numerous odors, as Zelphar walked deeper into the room he saw groups of slaves huddled together gambling, slaves fighting eachother, 2 wood elf slaves sadistically pulling apart a dead dwarf slave in a dark part of the room, and he also saw an orc male slave and a halfling female slave having intercourse in the back of the room. Zelphar put his head down to avoid the sights and he walked to the corner of the room to take a bath but he was almost instantly approached by a Northerner Slave that was about Zelphar's height which was 6 foot 3, had a bulky muscular build, long bright red hair with a short groomed red beard, a cress'mtor crescent moon branding on his chest, green emerald eyes, pale northerner skin, freckles dotting his face and body, and a gold necklace with the words "Cress'mtor Champion" engraved along it's chains. He had scars all over his body and one big scar on his right eye, and he wore nothing but a red and grey loin cloth. The Northerner walked up to Zelphar and said in a malicious tone "You think ye be safe with other slaves...Twiggie?"

Zelphar tried to reply as pleasant as he could with "Well honestly, I thought I would be safe with the other slaves...i thought there was a mutual understanding and fellowship amongst slaves...but by your tone and...*Zelphar looks to the dead dwarf slave being torn apart by two sadistic elves in the back of the room* by the looks of that mutilated slave in the back of the room...im guessing there isn't."

The Northerner looked back at his group of friends consisting of a tall dark elf about 6ft 6 with a lean muscular build, light grey skin, one violet eye, one green eye, dark black short hair, a large scar across his abdomen, a cress'mtor crescent branding on his neck and the same red and grey loincloth that the northerner had on. Also a hulking 7ft tall brute of an orc with an eyepatch on his right eye, two pronounced bottom tooth fangs protruding from his mouth, bald head, pale green skin, blue left eye, bulky muscular build, huge burn mark spanning his entire chest, small stab scars on his body, cress'mtor crescent branding on his abdomen, and the same red and grey loincloth as the northerner, and the dark elf. The Northerner then laughed and said "This Twiggie is a funny twiggie, I bet he wrote poems and studied the Mojo before he was captured." The Northerner laughed then went to shake Zelphar's hand but when Zelphar went to shake his hand the Northerner kneed Zelphar in the gut and Zelphar fell to the stone floor. The Northerner then said "Your witty remarks and jests won't keep you alive here Twiggie Yahae." Zelphar coughed and slowly tried to get up but the Northerner kicked him in the jaw knocking Zelphar back down.

Zelphar lay on the stone floor with blood coming from his lip and the Northerner laughed then he tried to stomp on Zelphar's face but Zelphar rolled out of the way and quickly threw some sand from the ground in the Northerner's eyes disorienting him. The Northerner flailed his big fists around blindly trying to hit Zelphar but he kept missing. Zelphar tackled the Northerner onto a stone bench and broke it into pieces, as Zelphar was ontop of the Northerner he punched the Northerner in the face about 2 times and then the Northerner kneed Zelphar in the back of his crotch. Zelphar then fell over on his back off of the Northerner and then the Northerner smiled and put his hands around Zelphar's throat trying to choke him to death. Suddenly a whip instantly tied around the Northerner's neck from behind and pulled him off of Zelphar. Zelphar gasped for air and got up to see Mirthiel the slave master. Mirthiel said in fluent common to the Northerner "What did I tell you about trying to kill the fresh skin Helst?" Zelphar now knew the Northerner's name was Helst. Helst tried his best to reply while being choked by the whip "I...wa..s...just...jes..ting..." Mirthiel pulled Helst closer to her and kneed him in the back of his head, knocking him out, then Mirthiel dragged Helst's unconcious body away to his room.

Zelphar stood light headed and dizzy from Helst's tight grasp around his neck. The disgusting odors of the room only made Zelphar feel worse. Zelphar wiped blood off of his lip and nose then turned to the baths again to take a bath. As Zelphar was about to remove his loincloth Helst's two companions grabbed Zelphar from behind and threw him into the dead dwarf slave that was being torn apart. Zelphar was covered in blood and gore, he was utterly disgusted by this and instantly jumped up from the mutilated corpse as Helst's two companions laughed. The two sadistic elves that were tearing apart the dwarven corpse stopped what they were doing and sorrounded Zelphar. They sniffed him all over and whispered to eachother in fragmented common mixed with mori "Darthiir...seem...Nind(they) know what udos(we) like..."

Zelphar stared into the eyes of the insane elves and saw that they had hunger in them...for his flesh. One of the elves took out a small dagger and was about to stab Zelphar in his back but then Helst's orc companion yelled "WE NO DONE WITH LATZ YET TWIGGY!" and charged the two elves, picking them both up by their necks and repeatedly smashing their heads into the sandstone floor until wood elven blood and brain decorated the floor. The two elves lay on the sandstone floor with their heads smashed into it and their frail bodies twitching. Zelphar looked up at the Orc in fear that he would soon join the two elves on the sandstone floor. Helst's Dark elf companion was skinning the two dead elves while the orc companion picked up Zelphar with two hands by his neck and yelled "LATZ WHITEWASH, LATZ DIE NOW!"

Helst's Dark elf companion was laughing while watching and skinning the two dead elves, but suddenly Zelphar heard the dark elf's laughter come to a sudden stop. Zelphar peeked over the Orc's shoulder and saw the Dark elf knocked unconcious while laying on top of the two dead partially skinned elves, he also saw a 5 foot 7 human male that had blue eyes, brown short hair, rugged skin, an athletic muscular build, a scar on his forehead, a large scar on his right arm, a cress'mtor crescent branding on his left arm, the same red and grey loincloth, and looked about the age of 55. The man was standing over the dark elf's unconcious body with a piece of slightly bloody coal in his hand. Helst's orc companion continued to hold Zelphar by the neck and turned his head to the man. The orc frowned and squeezed Zelphar's neck tighter while looking at the man.

The man said calmly "Let the elf go Grolak." Zelphar now knew that Helst's orc companion was named Grolak.

Grolak yelled to the man "BUT TWIGGY NO BUBHOSH, TWIGGY BE WHITEWASH!"

The man then smiled and said with a rising tone "I...said...let the elf..go." Grolak sighed deeply and dropped Zelphar to the sandstone floor then picked up the dark elf companion and walked off.

Zelphar felt his neck and jokingly said to the man "Damn...they really...like to strangle."

The man helped Zelphar up and smirked then said "That's because they don't have their weapons."

Zelphar was confused and asked while pulling himself up to his feet "Weapons...?"

The man sighed and explained "The three you just met are the three best gladiators in the Cress'mtor house, they are entered into various gladiatorial games amongst the Mori'quessir Noble houses, they are of course owned by the Cress'mtor only."

Zelphar then asked the man while dusting himself off "How do gladiator games benefit the noble houses?"

The man then replied "Well...gladiatorial games quench the mori'quessir people's thirst for blood and serve as entertainment here, this brings popularity and status to the noble houses that win the games with their gladiators, it also brings money to the noble houses that win the games, the Editor of the games rewards the noble house that win a gladiatorial game with a sum of coin, while the losing noble house of the games is forced to pay a sum of coin to the Editor."

Zelphar understands the concept and asks "How many Gladiators does each house have?"

The man takes out an apple and starts to peel it then says "That all depends on how many aspiring gladiators survive the training it takes to become a gladiator, but at this time gladiators are abundant amongst the Noble houses, but sadly the Cres'mtor house has the lowest number of Gladiators...a mere 12 gladiators, including me, Helst, Grolak, and the Dark elf T'ilos."

Zelphar then says "Ah...so that's the Dark elf's name..T'ilos...can you tell me about Helst, Grolak, and T'ilos?" The man cuts a piece out of his apple and eats it then he hands a piece to Zelphar and motions for Zelphar to walk with him. Zelphar walks with the man while chewing his slice of apple. The man takes Zelphar down many corridors leading deeper underground and into the Cress'mtor Slave area to a giant room with a huge glowstone hanging ball on the ceiling illuminating the entire room, Zelphar marvels at the room and is blinded a bit by the instant intense light. Zelphar sees the three great gladiators Helst, Grolak, and T'ilos training with wooden weapons. The Floor in the room is covered with sand and almost looks like a desert area on the surface of Asulon.

The man hands Zelphar another Slice of apple and explains "This is the training ground of the Cress'mtor Gladiators. we are required to be here training when the horn sounds from main house, Helst and his companions are just early for training...it is going to start soon though."

Zelphar chews on his slice of apple and says "Thank you for saving me from Grolak...but the horn is going to sound soon and that also means I must go to the main house to serve the Cress'mtor nobles."

The man is dissapointed and says "Ah...your a house slave..of course,I didn't tell you about Helst, Grolak, and T'ilo's stories yet."

Zelphar says "Ah but you said the horn will sound soon...so I must go..."

The man smiled and said "I see soon a bit longer then you do, I think I have time to inform you about Helst and his Companions."

Zelphar gets comfortable then walks over to the shadows of the room and sits down againest the wall with the man, Zelphar then smiles and says "Let words flow from tongue."

The Man smiles and points to T'ilos "The Dark elf, T'ilos, his father M'ilos opened up a brothel in Menorcress and the prostitutes there sometimes dressed up as the Valsharess, this was a giant sign of disrespect to the Valsharess, so she sent her soliders to raid the Brothel and put M'ilos to death in the Arena. M'ilos faced me in the arena, I remember it...so vividly...*goes into a flashback* I was adorned in Mori'quessir ceremonial armor and powdered with coal dust to look like a Mori, I rose my two maces in the air and the crowd cheered as I entered the arena, I was introduced by the editor as Zanunder, their patriarchal god, I saw that M'ilos was unarmored and only armed with a wooden sword, so I removed my armor and tossed him the Iron mace I held with my left hand for I am an honorable fighter, M'ilos smiled and then charged me without proper form or technique, so I swiftly swung my iron mace on to the back of his charging head and he was instantly a corpse on the sand, his body crashed down to the sand and the crowd cheered, T'ilos was a 16 year old at the time and was taken by the Valsharess's soliders to arena that day to watch me slaughter his own father, T'ilos of course was angered by this so he took a bow from a nearby gaurd in the arena spectator area and shot an arrow at me, the arrow barely missed my fore head, the arrow left this scar *points to a scar on his forehead*, this of course excited the mori people and instead of instantly slaughtering T'ilos the Editor demanded that T'ilos be given to the Cress'mtor house, at the time it was the rival house of the house that I was champion for which was the Alean'dar house, after a behind the curtains bet where I was sold to the Cress'mtor house to become a gladiator years later, I saw T'ilos as a full grown man, he didn't die from the Gladiator training or tests and he proved to be the best at dual wielding scimitars out of the Cress'mtor gladiators. He still seeks revenge on me though...he doesn't show it...but I sense it."

Zelphar nods and says "What about Grolak?"

The man sighs and explains "Grolak was an overconfident orc grunt that served Mogroka years ago, Grolak was never seen as a strong orc...he was always one of the "Whitewash" but he was was still a "bruddah", Grolak couldn't take how little the other orcs thought of his strength and combat prowess, so he set out to Menorcress to bring back 10 mori heads to Mogroka in hopes of gaining respect, when Grolak arrived at the Menorcress gates in full diamond armor and an iron axe in his right hand the mori saw this as a threat and attacked him, I was there at the time...I was a common house slave at the time and was being escorted in the night by an Alean'dar house gaurd while I got water from the nearby lake outside Menorcress, *goes into a flashback* I watched as Grolak swung his axe around as if it was a quill and the Mori gaurds were his parchment, he decapitated about 2 mori gaurds and chopped off another mori gaurd's legs, Grolak then was going to cut the dead mori gaurd's heads off to bring back to Mogroka but then Gra'lus a High elf gladiator from the house of Mierllis that wielded a trident and net lit his net on fire and threw it againest Grolak's chest, Grolak was then captured and put to slavery in the Cress'mtor house, Grolak proved a great gladiator in using one axe without a shield or dual wielding."

Zelphar then points to Helst and asks "What about Helst?"

The man then explains "Ah..the northerner...I remember when I first met him...he was born into the Cress'mtor house...when two northerner slaves had him, the two parents were executed for pro creation of slaves and Helst was used as a common house slave for years, eventually Lieris the former champion of the Cress'mtor house took Helst under his wing and trained him in the fighting style of sword and shield, Helst eventually passed the gladiator tests and won many games, the bout that ensured Helst as champion of Cress'mtor was called the Protege Games in common, Helst killed Lieris after a long bout with a swift stab to the heart, words of thanks and tears were exchanged and then Helst dropped Lieris to the sand, now Helst is the champion of the Cress'mtor house."

Zelphar smiles and says "Thank you for everything, by the way...what is your name?"

The man smiles and says "My name is Larkos, and yours?"

Zelphar replies "My name is Zelphar...Zelphar...Autumnfire."

The horn sounds and Larkos says "I must go to the training ground...I will see you again soon I hope, also remember...if you wish to be come a gladiator...come to me, but remember the training is truly a challenge."

Zelphar says with rejection "Ah...I am a man of peace...the last person I killed was when I was 7 years old...other than that I only really have slain brainless skeletons and zombies in the wilderness, I will just stay as a house slave and earn...my freedom...for I am not a man of Violence."

Larkos sighs deeply and says "Well I will see you soon, Zelphar."

Zelphar says "Goodbye Larkos."

Zelphar walks to the main house while Larkos walks to the training ground.

Chapter 2: More Red than Grey

`After navigating the dim redstone torch lit corridors that connected the slave quarters to the main Cress'mtor house Zelphar finally reached the extravagant living area of the Cress'mtor main house. As Zelphar entered the living space he noticed that only Cress'mtor house members were lounging on the extravagant red wool beds and blankets while indulging in carnal desires such as lust, and hunger. As Zelphar was standing idle observing the behavior of these exotic luxury lustful fiends two Cress'mtor house gaurds prodded him with the hilts of their blades motioning him to move forward into the center of the main house where all of the Cress'mtor house members could see him. Zelphar walked to the center of the living area and watched as the seductively adorned Cress'mtor Matriarch Tishzia Denthanus got up from her red wool bed and walked to Zelphar, as Tishzia approached Zelphar he tensed up and beads of sweat ran down his bare chest as she ran her sharp silver dagger along his chest and cheek.

Zelphar gulped and tried to keep his composure when Tishzia swiftly cut the bindings of his loincloth and let it fall to the marble floor leaving Zelphar completely naked. The rest of the Cress'mtor members laughed as they saw Zelphar's naked body. Zelphar ignored the sounds around him and stood almost as stiff as a statue while staring into the eyes of the Cress'mtor nobles as they drank their exotic alcholic beverages and inhaled strange drugs that Zelphar had never witnessed. Amongst the laughter a malnourished wood elf woman that was serving a Noble his drink let out a small chuckle. The noble that the wood elf woman was serving back hand smacked her and grabbed the woman by the hair then tossed her into a marble pillar. Zelphar then watched as the twisted noble smiled a smile of insanity and bloodlust before mercilessly stomping on the woman's bloodied head until her brains adorned the marble floor. Zelphar shedded a tear for the woman while the noble raised his mug in cheers and chugged his drink. Tishzia noticed Zelphar's tear and back hand smacked Zelphar then yelled in mori "-TEARS, MY SLAVES WILL NOT SHED TEARS-!" ( - indicates mori language is being spoken)

Zelphar did not understand what Tishzia had yelled but if he had...he would of been certain that the moment was his untimely end. Zelphar stood silent and still completely unharmed by Tishzia's smack. Tishzia then walked back to her wool bed and projected her voice to all of the nobles, in perfect mori Tishzia said "-Elf looks a bit...strong, but not strong enough to be my personal slave, *Tishzia looks to Zelphar's exposed genitals and laughs* also lacking in size.-"

The Cress'mtor nobles laughed at Tishzia's words and Tishzia nodded to her Cress'mtor gaurds to take Zelphar out of her view. Zelphar was roughly grabbed from behind by two Cress'mtor house gaurds and pulled to the dim lit area that sorrounded the center. Zelphar was confused and instantly put on his loincloth then began to scrub the marble floor. As Zelphar was scrubbing the floor he looked over to the center and saw another slave being brought in front of Tishzia. This slave was a 4,11 dwarf with a heavy build and blue dwarven clan markings all over his bare chest. The dwarf flexed his muscles as hard as he could infront of Tishzia with hopes of impressing her. The nobles snickered at the dwarf and made comments in mori about his small stature and obvious determination to become Tishzia's personal slave. One of the nobles joyfully cried out in mori after taking a swig of his drink "-THE DWARF REMINDS ME OF MY YOUNG SON TU'LINAK AND HES ONLY 4 YEARS OF AGE!-"

Zelphar was confused as to why the nobles laughed at the dwarf, the dwarf presented impressive muscle and deserved a bit of respect. Zelphar got up and walked to a different spot to scrub, as Zelphar crouched down to scrub the marble floor he heard the dwarf infront of Tishzia speak a mori phrase "-I will serve you honourabally-"

Silence filled the Living area and Tishzia was enraged at the Dwarf, Zelphar knew what was going to happen and it pained him that he couldn't do anything to save the Dwarf, so Zelphar just tried to block out the sounds and kept his head down looking at the marble floor and scrubbed. Tishzia snapped her fingers and the nobles of the Cress'mtor house rose from their beds and laughed maniacally as they bombarded the dwarf with fists, daggers, and their own teeth. The Dwarf struggled to fight back but it was to no avail. When the Dwarf threw a fist at one noble another noble would come up from behind him and stab him. The dwarf was bleeding profusely and crawled around the marble floor. As the dwarf crawled Zelphar looked to the dwarf and realized that the dwarf was crawling towards him. Zelphar looked into the eyes of the tortured dwarf and shed a tear as the dwarf's eyes glistened one last time...but that last time was in a pool of blood. The dwarf closed his eyes and his head was falling in a dramatic way towards the marble floor infront of Zelphar, the dramatic death came to an abrupt stop as a noble swiftly decapitated the dwarf with a silver shortsword. The dwarf's head rolled back to the center of the living area and Tishzia mounted the dwarf's head on her blade and raised it in the air laughing, the other nobles also laughed while the decapitated dwarf's body lay on the marble floor spewing blood. Zelphar was in a trance while he stared into the spot on the dwarf's body that once held a head full of memories of better times, and emotions...but the dwarf's last emotion...was fear.

Zelphar wiped a tear away and continued scrubbing the floor. As Zelphar scrubbed the floor he noticed the Nobles and Tishzia walking out of the living area and to a balcony overlooking the Gladiator training grounds. Zelphar got up and brought drinks to the nobles at the balcony so he could see what was going to happen. Zelphar found himself curious...as to what these blood thirsty beings would do next...he found himself in a twisted state of mind for a second, Zelphar then snapped out of it and put the drinks down then walked back to the living area to scrub. As Zelphar walked away a noble pointed to the decapitated dwarf and threatened in the best common he could muster "Darthirr...wish to end like...Stout fellow?"

Zelphar shook his head and said "I do not."

The Noble then motioned for Zelphar to come over and said in the best common he could speak "Den...serve..drink...yahae."

Zelphar nodded and reluctantly said "Yes." Zelphar walked back to the balcony and picked up the drinks while watching the gladiators training with wooden weapons below. Zelphar spotted Larkos training with a wooden mace on a new hansetian gladiator that used a double edged spear. Zelphar watched Larkos and the Hansetian train. Larkos smirked at the hansetian and said "Never charge without form...pup."

The hansetian nodded, took a deep breath and charged with his double edged wooden spear swiftly trying to strike Larkos in the head and body. Larkos was gracefully dodging and blocking the hansetian's attacks. The hansetian smiled and stopped attacking getting into a more defensive position. Larkos then swiped at the hansetian's groin with his left hand mace, the hansetian put all of his attention to Larko's left handed swing whiled Larkos came up with a powerful right handed mace strike to the hansetian's abdomen. The hansetian staggered back and gasped for air for the wind was knocked out of him. Larkos backed up and hit his two wooden maces together in a taunting but joking way and smiled. Larkos then said "Never expect attacks to be true to the movement of your opponent, always be aware of a false strike." while pointing at the hansetian with his right handed wooden mace.

The hansetian nodded and got his breath. Zelphar smirked at the two training and sensed a friendly vibe between Larkos and the hansetian. The mori at the balcony were bored and annoyed by the absence of blood. Tishzia noticed Zelphar watching Larkos and the hansetian training so she yelled in mori while pointing to Larkos and the hansetian "-Equip those humans with iron weapons, I am not amused by the childish games they play with wooden weapons.-" Zelphar cannot believe the immense bloodlust of these people, he didn't understand how any sane being would have the immorality to turn a friendly training session between a veteran gladiator and a new gladiator into a fight to the death. Larkos understood Tishzia's words for he has been there long enough to understand Mori. Larkos sighed deeply and looked into the hansetian's eyes.

The hansetian kept smiling and joked with Larkos saying "What, you can't handle my combat prowess?" then laughed.

Larkos looked into the hansetian's eyes with hopeless eyes and said loud enough for only the hansetian to hear "I am sorry...friend...but they require us to fight to the death, *holds back a tear* use what you briefly learned...one of us will be free from this world, give me an honorable death if you slay me... as I will give you an honorable death."

The hansetian was in shock and knew he could not defeat Larkos, he was in panic and yelled with passion while looking up to the balcony "NO, I WILL NOT FIGHT A FELLOW HUMAN FOR YOUR SICK ENTERTAINMENT!"

The nobles on the balcony laughed as equipment slaves handed Larkos two iron maces and the hansetian an iron double edged spear. The hansetian took the spear and stabbed the equipment slave that handed it to him in a fury then ran for the gaurds. The hansetian charged a Cress'mtor gaurd and was instantly shot with an arrow through his eye from a gaurd on the balcony. The hansetian fell in the sand with the arrow fully through his eye and sticking out the back of his head. The Cress'mtor nobles cheered and drank while Larkos dropped his maces and looked at the dead hansetian and sighed deeply. Larkos looked up to Zelphar with eyes of suggestion. It was as if Larkos was trying to tell Zelphar to join the gladiators and stop this from happening. Zelphar wasn't certain that Larkos was trying to tell him that so he simply stared into Larko's eyes from the balcony.

Chapter 3: Honoring the Dead

Zelphar awakes from a short slumber to the sound of the slave horn echoing through out the slave quarters. Zelphar stumbles in the dark slave room trying to find his satchel so he could eat a quick breakfast before going up to the main house. After fully waking up and searching thoroughly in and around his bed Zelphar could not find his satchel. A surge of anger flowed into Zelphar's soul as his stomach growled and he clenched his fist. Zelphar snapped himself out of the anger and was startled by the feeling. After regaining his calm demeanor Zelphar got up from his bed and walked around the slave quarters to look for his satchel, upon seeing a human slave that had a wolf skin tied around his abdomen Zelphar politely asked "Excuse me...did you happen to see my satchel around here, or who might have taken it?"

The human looked at Zelphar with eyes of despair and said while weeping "I wish...finding a satchel was...the most of my worries..."

Zelphar felt bad for the human and said sympathetically "What worries you friend?"

The human looked down at the sandstone floor and said under his breath while weeping "I...can't..."

the human then untied the wolfskin and screamed in agony as his intestines fell onto the sandstone floor and blood splattered on Zelphar's feet. Zelphar looked down at his feet and then at the human who had a huge opening in his abdomen with blood spewing out like a fountain of crimson water. Zelphar felt angry at himself that he couldn't save the human. Zelphar sobbed and smashed his fist againest his own head in a rage.

Meanwhile at the main house, slavemaster Mirthiel lined up all of the house slaves in the center of the living area where the dwarf was decapitated, Mirthiel paced infront of the statuelike slaves. Finally Mirthiel stopped and cracked her whip in the air to indicate that she was about to speak. The slaves flinched in sudden suprise as the sound of the whip pierced their ears. A Cress'mtor noble in the far corner of the living are yelled back to Mirthiel "-I beg of you to limit the amount of times that you crack that awful whip of yours *digs his finger in his right ear* one more crack of that whip and I fear I won't even be able to hear myself think *chuckles a bit and continues drinking*"

Mirthiel ignores the noble and projects her voice to the slaves in the best common she could speak "Slaves, I will go down the line and as I walk by you will state your name." Mirthiel starts to walk down the line.

A male dwarven slave at the front of the line calls out "Gorik Stonebeard."

A female high elf slave with tears running down her face calls out "Relain'Tav.."

Mirthiel stops at the female high elf and places her finger under the high elf's eyes letting a tear drop to the tip of her finger. Mirthiel then smiles as the high elf tries to hide her face. The high elf is then ignored and Mirthiel continues down the line.

Meanwhile in the Slave Quarters Zelphar still frantically is searching for his satchel. Zelphar runs through the slave quarters almost panicking with fear that he will never find his satchel, the horn stopped blowing minutes ago and Zelphar is almost oblivious to the fact that he is required to go to the main house. After running through the slave quarters Zelphar stops at a faint assortment of low murmurs coming from a heavy wooden door that he was about to pass by. Zelphar slowly walks towards the door and pulls on the handle using a bit of strength to open the heavy door Zelphar says under his breath "Damn...heavy doors, it's like their forged from obsidian." Zelphar peeked his head into the room behind the door and saw a sewer system with sewage flowing around a corner. Zelphar walked along the cobble walkway next to the flowing sewage and the murmurs grew a bit louder. As Zelphar turned the corner he witnessed Larkos and two other gladiators holding torches infront of the corpse of the Hansetian that the Cress'mtor gaurd killed and a giant pile of rubble was blocking off the rest of the sewer passages. The gladiator to the right of Larkos was a dwarven male with long black hair, pale skin, a cress'mtor loincloth, a Cress'mtor branding on his back and scars on his body.

The gladiator to the left of Larkos was a tall High elven man that stood at about 6,7 and had a lean muscular build to him, a bald head that brought out his long ears, light gold skin, a cress'mtor branding on his back, a cress'mtor loin cloth and scars all over his body.

As Zelphar walked towards the three gladiators while still staying in the shadows so they couldn't see him he heard what Larkos was saying. Larkos was saying with almost no emotion and while staring into the open eyes of the lifeless hansetian " This man...did not want this, this man did not ask to be slain in a dishonorable way such as this, *sighs deeply* he probably had a family at home, he probably had children that hoped for his return ever since he was taken by the bloodthirsty Cress'mtor dogs...and those children are still hoping...*keeps his stern look while he stares into the eyes of the hansetian* most of all, he probably had someone who loved him and counted on him to pull them through the most horrid times *slowly turns his gaze to the high elf gladiator to his left and smiles intimately towards him as the high elf smiles back*."

The dwarven gladiator smirks and says "Alright, alright Larkos, get back to what you were saying Larkos, we're not going to let this man be dishonored even more when a short southernor like you and a tall High elf like Meleroth have infertile love infront of his lifeless corpse!" the dwarf laughs while holding his side.

Zelphar smirks at the remark and continues to watch from a distance. Larkos smiles and gives the dwarf a playful jab to his belly then looks back to the Hansetian's eyes and continues to say " The soul of this man watches over us now and will aid us in the constant test that our lives have become, we honor him by letting our next three opponents in any games we may be forced to enter survive at our weapon's end, granting mercy." Larkos says with a bold voice.

Meleroth sighs and puts his arms on Larko's shoulders saying with certainty "Larkos...we do not determine who lives or dies, it is the decision of the editor of the games."

Larkos feels comforted by Meleroth's touch and sighs then says "Meleroth...if I am not allowed to grant my next three opponents mercy...then I might as well paint myself with coal dust and become one of the Mori."

Zelphar walks out of the shadows and hesitates to speak for he feels that he might be intruding but the dwarven gladiator greets Zelpahr warmly and exclaims "AH, there you are! My name's Calgur...Calgur Irondar, 'ol Larkos been telli'n me all about ye pink skin!"

Zelphar smiles and is confused because he knows that he hasn't really told Larkos anything about his life so it intrigued him as to how Larkos would be telling Calgur anything. Larkos smiled at Zelphar and said with joy "Hello there Zel, don't listen to Irondar he doesn't know what he's talking about!"

Calgur then laughs and says "Oh...I really meant that you were talking about Zel's Pink skin Larkos!" Calgur laughs again while giving Larkos a playful jab to the shoulder. Larkos chuckles and starts to grapple with Calgur.

Zelphar looks to Meleroth and says "Greetings, and What is your name?" Zelphar says with not a single care about Meleroth's name since he already heard Calgur call him it, but Zelphar just doesn't want to make it seem like he was hiding in the shadows watching them...which he was.

Meleroth smirks and exclaims with pride "I am Meleroth the Maheral of Death!"

Zelphar is suprised and says "Wait...did I hear correctly or am I witnessing a high elf being prideful of being called the Maheral of Death?"

Meleroth sighs and says " Zel, I've been here for 2 years now, I gave up trying to escape and stand for my long gone high elven pride long ago, unlike Larkos *looks over to Larkos and Calgur wrestling and smiles, then turns back to Zelphar* I accept my fate and understand that I am never leaving this place alive...so I might aswell make the best of it." Zelphar doesn't know what to say to that and he worries that he will become like Meleroth in time. Meleroth smirks and says "Have this...let us share meal while Larkos and Irondar act like children *chuckles*" Zelphar takes the bread and chuckles at Meleroth's remark then starts to eat.

Meanwhile at the Main house Mirthriel is in an outrage when she realizes that Zelphar is missing from the line, she yells "-WHERE IS THE DAMNED PINK SKIN!-" her voice echoes throughout the halls of the main house.

Matriarch Tishzia sighs and smiles a seductive smile while walking to Mirthiriel after being awoken by the yelling. Tishzia puts her lips close to Mirthiel's right ear as fear flows through Mirthiriel's soul, Tishzia then whispers with words piercing the very being of Mirthriel "-If...you ever...awake me from my slumber...I will be sure to feed you to N'thos-"

Mirthiel is filled with anxiety but keeps a calm exterior and looks straight into the dimly lit back of the room where Cress'mtor nobles lounge. Mirthiel then opens her mouth and says "Yes..my-" then is interrupted abruptly by a swift back hand smack by Tishzia's hand. Tishzia's back hand againest Mirthriel's cheek makes a startling sound as it cracks like Mirthiriel's whip throughout the living area and out to the balcony where Cress'mtor nobles watch the training gladiators below. Mirthiel staggers and trips to the marble floor hitting her elbow on the hard surface, Mirthiel's right cheek is bruised and she is in a crawling position facing Tishzia. Tishzia shows no sign of anger but instead bends down and gently kisses Mirthiel on the lips then pulls away with a smirk and walks towards the balcony to watch the gladiators train. Mirthiel is confused and dazed, her whip lay free on the floor by her side while the slaves look straight into the darkness of the living area maintaining their statuesque form, but in their minds they lost a bit of fear from Mirthiriel and she sensed this...she knew this. Mirthriel got up and tried to act as dignified as possible while picking up her fallen whip. Mirthiel calmed herself and said gently to the line of slaves in common "Get...to work." The slaves instantly got to their tasks and Tishzia ordered Mirthiel to come to the balcony.

Mirthiel walked over to the balcony without hesitation and stood beside Tishzia while being sure not to speak one word. Tishzia sipped from her goblet of drink and gestured over to the gladiators in a joyful manner while exclaiming sarcastically to Mirthiel "I see all of the gladiators are here for training..."

Mirthiel doesn't notice Tishzia's sarcasm at first and nods not bothering to count how many there are because she is still thinking of the indignity Tishzia delivered her. Tishzia is annoyed at Mirthiel's nod and takes it as a sign of disrespect. Tishzia grabs Mirthiel by her neck with fury and yells "-WHERE IS LARKOS, CALGUR, AND MELEROTH?-"

Mirthiel trembled and cried out "-I do not know! Please...Matriarch understand that the Veldaris trains the gladiators and is responsible for keeping them in line!-"

Tishzia looks down to the Veldaris training the gladiators and turns back to Mirthiel and says "-The Veldaris has much on his hands...he trains the ones who destined to make the Cress'mtor house proud and rich with coin...you are the one who makes sure the slaves and gladiators get to their place.-" Tishzia then lets go of Mirthiriel and commands "-Get out of my sight, I want Larkos, Calgur, and Meleroth back to the training grounds NOW!-"

Mirthiel gasped for air and said "What about Zelphar?"

Tishzia snickered and said "-Zelphar isn't a gladiator...he makes us no coin, you will get Zelphar back to the main house after you return the three gladiators, *looks to the Valdaris as he yells "Day's training is dismissed, come back at the second horn for night training...of course we can't tell...because all there is to give us light is that giant glowstone ball on the ceiling..."* well it looks like day's training is over...get the gladiators back by night training and bring back Zelphar...I will teach him not to ignore the horn." Mirthiel nods then walks off.

Meanwhile in the sewers of the Cress'mtor house Zelphar, Meleroth, Larkos, and Calgur are all having a good time. Meleroth kisses Larkos on the cheek and says with joy "You are attracted to me, so you might also like Zel for he is also an elf!"

Larkos chuckles and ponts to Zelphar then says "I prefer gold skin over pink skin *chuckles* sorry Zelphar."

Zelphar smirks and says "Ah...it is ok Larkos...I find that Mirthiel catches my eye."

Calgur laughs and says "Ah... that wench! If she didn't have that whip...I'd...-" The wooden door opens and the creaks from it interrupt Calgur's vulgar comment. Larkos looks around the corner to see who it is and he sees Helst, Grolak, and T'ilos. Larkos stands up and motions for Meleroth and Calgur to also rise. Zelphar sits down and watches while eating bread.

Helst notices the hansetian's body layed down with candles around him and says with a disgusted tone "Gah...what are you doing to the poor pup down here...violating his lifeless corpse?" Helst then laughs hysterically then Grolak and T'ilos laugh.

Larkos puts his hand up as a gentle gesture and says peacefully "We do not wish for trouble...we were just sending this man away with joy and honoring him for he did not deserve to die like this."

Helst then misinterprets Larko's words and says "Indeed...he should of died like a true man...in the arena."

Larkos then corrected Helst and said "That's not what I meant...Helst, we don't deserve this constant test."

Helst laughs at Larkos and then T'ilos gets infuriated and gets into Larkos face yelling "DID MY FATHER DESERVE IT!? DID HE?"

Larkos sighs and says "I ha-"

Larkos is interrupted by a swift punch to the jaw by T'ilos, Larkos staggers back and looks up at T'ilos then says "You ruin a day of honor with...ignorant violence."

T'ilos ignores Larko's remark and charges Larkos, Larkos then sighs and crashes his knee into T'ilo's head then backs up. T'ilos flips over into the sewage and slowly emerges from the sewage with blood trickling down his forehead and nose. Larks says "We can stop this now ...brother."

T'ilos gets even more infuriated and yells "YOU ARE NOT A BROTHER TO ME!" T'ilos then does a backflip out of the sewage and wall jumps to the wall next to Larkos then swiftly attempts to kick Larkos in his face. Larkos quickly parries the kick and grabs T'ilos foot in the air and slams him to the stone floor.

Larkos puts his hands around T'ilo's neck and yells "I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS!" T'ilos ignores Larkos and presses on. T'ilos bites down on Larko's wrist and Larkos lets go in pain. T'ilos then throws a flurry of punches to Larko's face striking him in his eyes and cheeks. Larkos is bloodied and Zelphar gasps at the sight. Larkos then is backed up againest the stone wall with T'ilos punching him in the gut repeatedly. Larkos coughs blood into T'ilo's eyes and headbutts him in the head. Then Larkos sweeps T'ilos off of his feet with a swift kick to the ankles. T'ilos crashes down to the stone floor and two Cress'mtor gaurds and Mirthiel come in the room. Mirthiel walks up to Larkos and smashes him in the head with a baton knocking him out, then she cracks her whip againest Meleroth and Calgur, they don't put up a fight and they surrender. The two gaurds take the gladiators to the training grounds while Zelphar sits there looking up at Mirthiel with no emotion. Mirthiel then strikes Zelphar in the abdomen with her foot and Zelphar rolls over in agony as Mirthiriel ties his hands together and brings him to the torture chamber...below.

Chapter 4: Crimson Water for N'thos

Zelphar opens his eyes and he is tied up to a post being stabbed with spears by masked torturers, he watches as his blood drips down to the dark pit below his hanging feet...Zelphar fully awakens when he sees 8 big red glowing eyes in the pit below. One of the executioners laugh and say in common "N'thos is going to devour this pink elf."

Zelphar is in too much pain and has lost too much blood to care for what the torturers said. Zelphar turns his head away from the pit oblivious to the giant glowing eyes he just saw and he screams in pain as the second torturer cuts Zelphar's abdomen with his spear. Zelphar watches as more of his own blood crashes down to the pit below. One of the Masked torturers laughs maniacally and says while looking to the other torturer "So what's this elf here for anyways?"

The other Torturer replies " Mirthiel brought him down here with three gladiators...the gladiators were about to be tortured to but Tishzia came down and put Mirthiel in line, she specifically said that the pink skinned house slave is to be *cuts Zelphar's thigh* tortured here while the three gladiators resume training." Zelphar cries in pain and tries to clench his cut thigh but his hands are tied above his head to the post.

One of the Masked torturers asks "Are we supposed to torture him to death...or torture him to teach him a lesson?"

The other torturer shrugs and says "Tishzia didn't specify...hmmm let just torture him to death and wear his face and skin to disguise as him." both Torturers laugh hysterically and at the same time thrust their spears towards Zelphar's neck.

Zelphar screams "NO!" then swiftly jerks his head to the left causing the spears to miss and hit the post. Zelphar yells "YOU WON'T KILL ME!" Anger and hatred creeps into Zelphar's mind and his soul takes the form of an unknown side of Zelphar that he has never unleashed. Zelphar flails his legs that are dangling over the pit and yells with anger "RELEASE ME DAMN YOU!" Zelphar grits his teeth as one of the torturers throw a pointed stone at Zelphar's head. The pointed stone soars across the pit and crashes down onto Zelphar's forehead. Zelphar's whole head shocks at the impact and his jaw tightens as the rock bounces off of his forehead with a hint of blood on its pointed edge. Zelphar becomes dazed and starts to see blurry, the Torturers chuckle and a greater surge of anger floods Zelphar's mind thoughts of death and revenge, images unknown to Zelphar quickly flash in and out of Zelphar's mind. Images of him in places he has yet to go and meeting people he has yet to see. Zelphar then gets a quick image of himself with a bloody axe in his hand with a wide twisted smile on his face. Zelphar slowly emulates that twisted smile and tries to look up towards the torturers but a soft voice in Zelphar's mind says "Father...this isn't you." Zelphar is startled at the voice of his own son from long ago and looks around to see where the voice came from. Zelphar is breathing heavily as he looks around the dimly lit room with anticipation of seeing his son as the evil thoughts recede from his mind.

Zelphar is then smashed across his head with the wooden butt of the spear and is forced to look down to the pit below. The voice echoes from the pit below "Father...do you feel the loneliness...*the voice sobs from the pit below* the cold...utter loneliness...years upon years of watching...alone, all...alone." the Voice gets louder as it says "Alone...alone...alone...alone...*starts to get louder and more aggressive* ALONE...ALONE...ALONE FATHER...*starts to get louder and sounds demonic* ALONE...ALONE...ALONE WITH MILLIONS OF EVIL SPIRITS TRYING TO TAKE ME FATHER...BUT I AM ALONE IN DEATH FATHER!" Zelphar screams in fear of the evil voice and cries hysterically, his tears crash down into the dark pit below.

Zelphar yells "XANPHER I AM SORRY!!! FORGIVE ME SON!!!"

A decaying elf with iron armor, long ears, blonde hair, green eyes, and an arrow stuck through his neck floats over to Zelphar's blood and tear soaked face. Zelphar looks up towards the elf and says softly "Xanpher...my son..."

The elf sighs and says with anger "Father...you have forsaken me father, when you left I had no one to turn to...and I was one of many proud Detrononians who fell at the hands of the Mitter'Nacht Legion...all of our people died...father, Saelerus escaped... that is all I wish to say to you for you have forsaken me." Xanpher fades into the darkness and Zelphar is in shock. Zelphar doesn't know what to think of all of this and he feels his astral body slowly parting from his physical body. Zelphar panics and knows that he is about to die at the spears of the torturers. Zelphar puts all of his willpower and might into keeping his astral body from leaving his physical body. Sweat and tears fill Zelphar's eyes as he screams in pain while desperately trying to keep his astral body within his physical body. Zelphar cannot see because sweat fills his eyes, so he flails his body and legs around partially wrapping himself around the post. Zelphar feels the chains on his hands slowly scratching at the post so Zelphar keeps swinging his body and legs around the post as the chains on his hands violently scrapes againest the wood post. Eventually the chains on Zelphar's hands break and Zelphar plummets down the dark pit. As Zelphar is falling through utter darkness he tries to grab onto a nearby wall or ledge. Falling through darkness and not knowing when he will hit the bottom of the pit Zelphar lands in a soft net suspended in between the sides of the pit. Zelphar is comforted by this soft net but the stab wounds and cuts still bleed. Zelphar shivers and loses his pink complextion from the loss of blood, then curls up into a ball within the net and weeps.

As Zelphar weeps he hears another noise in between his cries. It's a peculiar sound to Zelphar's ears so he gets up and looks around in the darkness. As Zelphar walks across this net and puts his hands out hoping to feel something in the darkness the noise gets louder "ssssss, ssss" Zelphar jumps back at the noise and four glowing red eyes shine in the darkness infront of him. The eyes slowly rise until they are 6 ft above him. Strange appendages embrace Zelphar and panic ensues.

Zelphar realizes that this is some sort of titanic spider since the appendages around him feel exactly like the spiders that he has killed on the surface. One of the appendages picks up Zelphar and throws him down into the net that Zelphar now knows is really a giant spider web. Zelphar crashes down againest the web with the red glowing eyes out of sight. The web below him shakes rapidly and starts to mold around his body attempting to wrap him in a sort of cocoon. Zelphar struggles to get out of this web and as hes struggling he hears the echo of one of the masked torturers yelling from the top of the pit "LOOKS LIKE THERES GOING TO BE MORE CRIMSON WATER FOR N'THOS!" Zelphar realizes that this is the beast that the Cress'mtor house speak of...N'thos.

Meanwhile at the gladiator training ground- Larkos and Melethor train together, Larkos smiles as he swings the wooden mace he holds in his left hand vigorously at Melethor's abdomen. Melethor jumps back and barely dodges Larko's strike. Melethor smiles and then swings his wooden sword that is in his right hand towards Larko's chest. Larkos skillfully brings his left wooden mace down onto Melethor's wooden sword causing the sword to shatter. Melethor instantly thrusts his circular wooden shield into Larko's face as Larkos is distracted by the shattering of the sword. The wooden shield impacts Larko's cheek with immense force and causes Larkos to stagger while blood trickels down from his cheek and onto the sand. While Larkos is staggered Melethor grabs his shield with two hands and swiftly swings it at Larko's feet hoping to make Larkos come crashing down to the sand. Larkos uses the momentum that he gained from the staggering and rolls backwards away from the shield. As Larkos rolls backwards he drops his left hand mace and subtley gathers some sand in his left hand as he rolls. Melethor finishes his swing and brings the shield back up to his body. Larkos motions for Melethor to charge and says "Come...elf...*smirks* lets see your true worth." Melethor laughs and runs towards Larkos then swings his shield towards Larko's face with ferocity. Larkos steps back from the swing and brings his mace down upon the shield knocking it to the sand, then Larkos throws the sand in his left hand into Melethor's eyes as he swings and Melethor is blinded. While Melethor is blinded Larkos Throws a powerful left hand uppercut to Melethor's chin. Melethor is dazed by the uppercut and flails his fists around blindly.

Larkos keeps his distance from the blind fists and throws himself into Melethor's hips tackling him to the sand. While Larkos is on top of Melethor he wipes the sand out of Melethor's eyes and gets up while keeping one foot on Melethor's chest. Larkos then smiles and puts his right hand wooden mace to Melethor's head and says "If this wasn't training...I fear I'd lose my high elven love." Larkos intimately smiles at Melethor and Melethor smiles back from the ground.

Helst, Grolak, and T'ilos sit in the shade eating bread while watching from afar, too far for Larkos and Melethor to hear their voices. As Larkos helps Melethor up they exchange a short kiss. Helst speaks while chewing and looking towards them "Damned...Larkos...when will he understand his glory days are past him and that his little ***** Melethor won't change that." Grolak laughs at Helst's words while T'ilos stays silent because his pride was taken from him when Larkos bested him in the sewers.

Grolak looks to T'ilos and playfully jabs him in the arm then says "Latz no speak much...explain."

T'ilos looks away from Grolak and continues to eat his bread while Grolak still expects an answer.

Grolak gets a bit annoyed and says with rising anger "Latz...explain." T'ilos stays silent and looks at the ground.

Helst puts his hand on Grolak's shoulder and says "Come brother, T'ilos needs some time to recover from his damaged pride." Helst pats T'ilos on the back as him and grolak walk to the sands. T'ilos stares at Larkos with eyes of vengeance...vengeance for his father...and vengeance for himself.

Meanwhile in the pits of N'thos- Zelphar is fully wrapped in the silky web of N'thos and his only source of breathing is the small slit in the cocoon by his nose. Voices flood Zelphar's mind saying "It can't be time...not yet, so much more...to do."

Zelphar weeps and the tears seep through the web cocoon. A strange hissing voice screeches in Zelphar's mind saying "Pink...Darthiir...ssss."

Zelphar responds in his mind "Who are you?"

The voice replies "ssss...N'thos is my....name...Darthirr."

Zelphar is suprised that this beast is sentient and can communicate telepathically and knows he could use this to his advantage. As soon as the thought of using it to his advantage comes to his mind N'thos telepathically screeches "ssss...No advantage for you...Darthiir."

Zelphar is terrified at how N'thos could read his thoughts with such accuracy, so he thinks of the web being unwoven and millions of slaves falling down the pit into N'tho's web. N'thos telepathically says with excitement "More...food...for N'thos..."

Zelphar says in his mind "Yes...if you let me go, there will be more people for you to devour."

N'thos sinks his appendages into the cocoon and rips it open. Zelphar's mind fills with happiness as he tumbles out of the cocoon. A quick thought in Zelphar's mind that says "That was too easy." comes in his mind and N'thos senses it. As soon as it comes into Zelphar's mind Zelphar runs from N'thos bouncing on the web and onto the wall of the pit. N'thos climbs after Zelphar as he navigates up the pit wall bricks climbing for his life. Zelphar is grabbed at the foot by one of N'tho's appendages just as he was nearing the top of the pit. In a desperate attempt to escape Zelphar sends an image to N'tho's mind of himself without a foot and N'thos lets go of Zelphar's foot thinking that Zelphar lost his foot. Zelphar's arms give out just hes about to reach the top of the pit but he pushes himself and climbs up and out of the pit. The masked torturers have their throats slit and they lay on the ground lifeless while Tishzia stands over them.

Tishzia looks into Zelphar's pale face and says in the best common she could muster "A slave that escaped the grasp of N'thos deserves to live."

Zelphar smiled and asked "Freedom?"

Tishzia's vibe turned to a dark one and she smacked Zelphar in his face then yelled in common "NO FREEDOM...GET BACK TO THE MAIN HOUSE DAMNIT!"

Zelphar Walked back to the main house while rubbing his face.

Chapter 5: The Games

Four days of slavery later- Zelphar is awoken to loud banter coming from the gladiator training grounds. Zelphar goes to see what is going on and he arrives to the sight of the 12 gladiators that the Cress'mtor house possesses crowding around a sign post with words of the common language etched onto it trying to get a good look at it. Helst pushes his way to the front of the crowd and yells " EVERYONE! SHUT THE **** UP!" the crowd respects Helst for he is the champion of the house of Cress'mtor. Helst rips the sign from it's post and read it out loud " Title: The Legacy games, the legacy games will be held today in the Menorcress arena, these games will be an honorable contest where the Noble house of Aleandar and the Noble house of Cress'mtor will pit their best gladiators againest eachother. There will be a total of four bouts, may Nemillsae guide you all. Bouts:

Bout 1: Cress'mtor Champion Helst versus Aleandar Upper Gladiator Stei', *Grolak and T'ilos cheer*

Bout 2: Cress'mtor Upper Gladiator Grolak versus Aleandar Upper Gladiator Grus'Rok *Grolak hits his chest and roars*

Bout 3: Cress'mtor Upper Gladiator T'ilos versus Aleandar Upper Gladiator Throdus.

Bout 4: Cress'mtor Upper Gladiator Larkos versus...*Helst hesitates to read the opponent* **** !!! *Helst throws the sign to the sand and walks off in anger. Grolak and T'ilos follow Helst while the other gladiators train while disappointed that they weren't picked. Larkos walks over to the fallen sign and reads it while Melethor and Calgur train near him. Larkos reads " Bout 4: Cress'mtor Upper Gladiator Larkos versus Aleandar Champion Rexintar"

Larkos smiles after reading the bout and Melethor stops training to embrace Larkos with joy. As Melethor approaches Larkos the Valdaris swings his whip and Melethor crashes down face first into the sand as the whip ties around his two feet.

The Valdaris yells "KEEP TRAINING YAHAE!" Larkos shakes his head and smirks as Melethor slowly gets up from the sand . Melethor smiles and nods to Larkos before walking back to train with Calgur.

Larkos then walks towards the shade where Zelphar is watching from. Zelphar sighs and says " Aleandar champion...how are you so calm?"

Larkos looks to Zelphar and pridefully says " The title of champion only says that you've killed many, I was also the champion of the Aleandar House... I have sparred with Rexintar on the sands of the Aleandar training grounds years ago , I am sure that he will not add me to the list of gladiators he has slain .... Nor will I, for I will honor the Hansetian that has passed and spare the next three gladiators that I face if I best them."

Zelphar smiles and asks " Why don't you just spare all of the gladiators that you best?"

Larko's tone gets somber and he says "The Mori want blood, three spared gladiators would be a death sentence for a lesser gladiator like Melethor or Calgur, but it might be just one day in the torture chamber for me."

Zelphar is in utter shock and exclaims "JUST....ONE DAY??? I stayed there for less than a day and I'm scarred for life!"

Larkos pats Zelphar on the back then chuckles and says " You have much to learn Zel."

Zelphar sighs and says " I know many things, I am proud to say that gladiator values and combat skill isn't any of the things I know."

Larkos sighs and says "Well I must get ready for the Legacy Games."

Larkos walks away and Zelphar hears the horn sound. Then Zelphar navigates his way up to the main house. As Zelphar enters the living area of the main house he sees the patriarch of the Aleandar house Tathyraen speaking with Matriarch Tishzia. Tishzia calls for an Orc slave to come to the center. The orc slave fearfully walks to the center of the living area. Tishzia gets up and walks up behind the Orc slave then seductively presses her breasts againest his wide green back and reaches down into the orc's loin cloth and gently strokes his genitals. The Orc relaxes and gets comfortable, Tishzia then takes out her dagger as the Orc is about to climax and slits the orc's throat then takes her hand out of the orc's loincloth and wipes off her hands. The Orc's body crashes down to the marble floor with his throat slit spewing blood and a smile on his face. Tishzia smiles then drinks her beverage and then says in mori "-Let that represent how these games will play out on this day! Pleasure in the viewing of blood sport.-"

Tathyraen smiles intimately towards Tishzia after what he saw and then he raises his drink in the air and joyfully says in mori "- Let there be blood !!-"

Tishzia and Tathyraen drink their beverages while the nobles of both houses drink and indulge.

Tathyraen remembers something he has to tell Tishzia and the editor of the games. Tathyraen motions for the editor to come over to him an Tishzia, they notice that the editor doesn't have a place to sit so Tishzia yells in common "Pink skin elf get over here, the editor needs a seat !"

The editor is an average height fat male with short pale white hair perfectly groomed, he wears 4 golden rings with different color jewels in them on each hand, has a haughty vibe to him, has light purple skin, blue eyes, is adorned in an extravagant knee high blue silk robe with gold trim, and brown sandals.

Zelphar walks over to them and gets on his hands and knees waiting for the editor to sit down on his back. When the editor sits on Zelphar's back he feels a sudden urge to rise up and dominate the editor, a wave of intense anger floods Zelphar's mind but he quickly snaps himself out of it. Zelphar hears the voice of Vanyariel in his mind whisper "Don't let this consume you Zelphar"

Vanyariel's voice is interrupted by a sinister voice that whispers " The darkness seeps into your soul..."

Zelphar frantically sweats and then rids his mind of the voice, snapping back to reality. The editor speaks in mori "-What is it that you wish to discuss most noble Tathyraen?-"

Tathyraen shifts in his seat and leans in closer to the editor then says in mori "-I have a proposal, the proposal is that if you could graciously allow me to decide the fate of the fallen gladiators that belong to my house?-"

The editor leans in and whispers to Tathyraen with a hint of fear in mori "-Sorry Patriarch, I cannot let you decide the fate on your own fallen gladiators, it will lower my popularity amongst the people and be seen as unfair.-"

Tathyraen leans back onto his arm on his red wool couch and takes a long sip of his drink while staring at the editor with eyes of understanding but deep inside...there is annoyance. Meanwhile at the training grounds- The gladiators that aren't to fight in the Legacy games are lined up in the shade watching the chosen few stand in the center under the Glowstone light. Helst, Grolak, T'ilos, and Larkos stand shoulder to shoulder looking towards the Val'daris.

Helst is holding an Iron helmet with small holes on it's face and a spike on the top in his right hand, he is wearing a heavy iron chestplate with the Cress'mtor Crescent moon encrusted in the center indicating that he is the Cress'mtor champion, Helst also wears a short red and grey cape on his back with the cress'mtor crescent on it, has leather arm sleeves, one red an grey iron shoulder plate on his left shoulder, no greaves but instead chain mail that reached down to the thighs, Helst also had a large leather belt around his waist supported by light iron plates, iron boots, Helst also held a large rectangular shield with the Cress'mtor crescent sign encrusted on the front of it in his left hand, and an iron shortsword sheathed on his right.

Grolak stands shoulder to shoulder with Helst on his right and wears no chestplate, leather leggings, a short red and grey cape with the cress'mtor crescent moon on it, a wide leather belt with metal plates protecting his abdomen, leather boots, iron gauntlets, and Grolak holds one iron axe in his right hand.

To the left of Helst stands T'ilos wearing a leather chestplate, leather shouldergaurds, a short red and grey cape with the cress'mtor crescent moon on it, chain mail leggings, leather, boots, iron gauntlets, a double horned iron helmet that leaves his eyes exposed but covers his mouth with only 4 slits to breath through, and T'ilos holds one curved iron scimitar in each hand.

To the right of Grolak stands Larkos wearing a full faced iron helmet with a visor, 5 slits at the mouth to breath, a fin on the top of the helmet, and two holes in the shape of eyes for Larkos to see. Larkos also wears an iron chestplate, no sleeves, no gauntlets, leather leggings, iron boots, a short red and grey cape with the Cress'mtor crescent moon on it, and Larkos wields one Iron mace in each hand.

The Valdaris paces back and forth infront of the 4 gladiators and yells " TODAY YOU SHALL BRING HONOR TO THIS HOUSE AND LET BLOOD SPILL ONTO THE SANDS!"

Helst yells out of anger "IF I AM TO BRING HONOR TO THIS HOUSE WHY DOES A PUP LIKE LARKOS GET TO FIGHT THE CHAMPION OF ALEANDAR AND NOT I?"

Larkos ignores Helst's remark and smiles in his full face helmet while shaking his head and staring at the ground thinking of how he will best the Aleandar Champion Rexintar. Valdaris shakes his head and says "I ask myself that question also Helst, but do not underestimate your opponent, ever."

Helst crashes his shield down into the sand in a rage and yells "THIS IS AN INSULT TO EVERYTHING I STAND FOR!" Tishzia and Tathyraen walk to the balcony when they hear the commotion. The Editor pushes himself off of Zelphar and follows while Zelphar is knocked to the floor. Zelphar rises from the floor and starts to scrub the floor while looking over towards the balcony in disgust.

Tishzia yells in common "What is the meaning of this commotion?"

Helst looks up to Tishzia and says in a calmer tone "Matriarch...I am angered at the fact that I am to fight an Aleandar Upper Gladiator and not the Aleandar Champion."

Tathyraen shakes his head and facepalms then Tishzia says "Obey the Legacy games and bring honor to both houses...that is all you need to do, there will be no further talk of this." Tishzia walks back into the main house with Tathyraen and the Editor.

Helst accepts the fact and says under his breath "Then...let there be blood."

Tishzia asks Tathyraen while inside the main house in mori "-Why...isn't Helst fighting your champion?-"

Tathyraen sighs, leans in close and whispers in mori "-My champion is valuable to me...I will not have him killed in the Arena on this day, I assume the former champion of my own house, Larkos has had his glory days and it is time for him to be put to rest.-"

Tishzia is offended by the insult and says in mori "-You insult Larkos, he could probably slaughter all of your men...you pick slaves like you choose drink...stale and flavorless.-" Tishzia smashes Tathyraen's jug of drink to the floor in a rage.

The room grows silent and Andaer looks down at the broken jug then looks up and says in mori "-Oh...Tishzia, such an impulsive mind...almost like a slave's mind.-" Tathyraen smirks and snaps his fingers for his gaurds to follow him as he leaves the Cress'mtor House. Tathyraen then stops and turns his head towards Tishzia over his shoulder and shouts in mori "-Oh...and one more thing, THERE WILL BE NO MERCY IN THIS CONTEST!-" Tathyraen storms out with his gaurds slamming the doors behind him.

Tishzia is confused to the remark and asks the editor in mori "-What does he mean...?-"

The Editor sighs and says in mori "-Im sorry Tishzia...but he demands that no mercy is given to fallen gladiators, all gladiators that lose a bout...will be given no chance of mercy, I must honor his demands because I've already rejected one of his demands and also you caused aggression it's only fair, I will take my leave to the arena, send your gladiators through the tunnel and meet me at the games in the Noble balcony, farewell Tishzia, let the Legacy games honor both houses.-" The Editor smiles and walks out of the Cress'mtor house with two personal bodygaurd slaves.

Mirthiel whips Zelphar in his back and commands "Clean up the damned mess!" Zelphar winces in pain and then walks over to the shattered jug pieces and reluctantly starts to clean it all up.

Tishzia goes to the balcony and looks down upon the 4 gladiators then yells in mori "-VALDARIS, MIRTHIRIEL, GAURDS, ESCORT THESE MEN TO THE ARENA THROUGH THE TUNNELS!-" Tishzia then makes leave for the Arena.

Four gaurds, the Valdaris, and Mirthiel escort the 4 gladiators to a 10 ft tall double iron door with a lock on it, Mirthiel unlocks the door with a silver key and they walk through the door into a dimly lit tunnel. The walk takes an hour and at the end of the tunnel there is a large room with a 20 ft gate leading to the arena sands. The Valdaris lines up the 4 gladiators and yells "HELST, YOU ARE FIRST!"

Helst nods and walks towards the large gate. As Helst moves towards the gate Grolak and T'ilos pound their chest and nod to him as a sign of respect. Larkos calls out to Helst as Helst walks "Good luck, may your northerner gods guide you!"

Helst turns around and points his sword to Larkos then shouts "May your gods grant you an honorable death for I am sure that the Aleandar Champion will slay you." Helst then puts on his helmet and stands waiting for the gate to open infront of him. Larkos sighs and practices his form.

The Editor projects his voice throughout the arena yelling in mori "-CITIZENS OF MENORCRESS I PRESENT TO YOU THE CHAMPION OF THE CRESS'MTOR HOUSE, HELST THE DEVASTATOR!-" The gates open infront of Helst and he runs out into the center of the arena sands. Helst raises his sword and shield up then looks around at the shaded crowd. The arena is filled with the light of a huge glowstone ball on the high cavern ceiling, shade fills the spectator seats and noble balcony as awnings protect the mori spectators from the light. The Editor then points to the gate on the other side and yells in mori "-HIS OPPONENT IS A SKILLED COMBATENT FROM THE HOUSE OF ALEANDAR, I BRING YOU... STEI' THE DARK DEATH!-" The gate on the other side of the arena opens and a gladiator the same height as Helst emerges from the darkness wearing an iron full face helmet with holes for the eyes, 5 slits at the mouth for breathing, and a visor. Stei' also wears an iron chestplate, leather sleeves, no gauntlets, Chain mail that reaches down to his thighs, a large rectangular shield with the Aleandar symbol on it, a short blue cape with the Aleandar symbol on it, a wide leather belt fastened down by metal plates to protect his abdomen and wields iron shortsword. Stei' has the exact fighting style and armor class as Helst.

Helst and Stei' get in position 5 feet away from eachother and the Editor sounds the horn to begin contest. Helst and Stei' charge at the same time, Helst swiftly swings his sword at Stei's exposed shin while holding his shield up and charging. Stei' is sliced at his shin and screams in pain as his body lurches forward from the slice. As Stei' lurches forward Helst crashes his shield down onto the back of Stei's head with anger and powerful force. Stei's head smashes into the sand and his body crashes down face first. The crowd roars in suprise at how quick Helst could disable Stei'. Helst distances himself from Stei' watching as Stei' slowly gets up from the sand. As Stei' is getting up Helst takes off his own helmet and laughs while pointing to the crowd. Helst yells "YOU CALL THIS A CHALLENGE?" Helst then runs and powerfully kicks stei' in his ribs with his iron boots sending a shell shock through Stei's chestplate as he tries to get up sending Stei' crashing back down to the sand on his side. Stei' coughs and gasps for air after having the wind knocked out of him while Helst walks towards him with a haughty smile.

As Helst walks towards Stei' he desperately swings his blade at Helst's legs from the ground but Helst jumps and the blade misses, Helst then lands on Stei's wrist and blade with both his feet with his iron boots breaking Stei's hand and wrist. Stei' screams in agony and Helst kicks Stei's blade to the side and swings his blade at Stei's other wrist that's holding the shield. Stei' swiftly brings his shield to Helst's sword and deflects the strike smashing his shield againest the iron sword it falls from Helst's hand and the crowd roars. Helst is angered and will not be embarassed by a lower ranked gladiator so viciously smashes his shield down repeatedly onto Stei's helmet putting a large dent in the face of the helmet. Stei screams in pain as the dent gets deeper and the iron of the helmet starts to smash into his own face. Helst does not stop bashing Stei's helmet into his own face and blood seeps from the holes in the helmet. The helmet looks like a crumpled up piece of soft iron with blood all over it by the time the Editor yells in common "YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELF!" Blood adorns the sand around Stei's smashed head and his leg twitches one last time as Helst walks away without a victory gesture. Helst picks up his fallen blade as he walks back towards the gate.

Tathyraen sits in the noble balcony high above the spectators and arena looking down with Tishzia and the Editor at his side. Tishzia sees Tathyraen's leg shake vigorously and she puts her hand on his leg then sarcasticly says in mori "-Its alright...he put up a good fight.-"

Tathyraen looks at Tishzia with anger and says in with anger in mori "-Watch your tongue...for my champion will put your old man Larkos in the grave.-" Tathyraen then looks back to the sands as Stei's lifeless body is dragged away.

Helst walks back to the gate and it opens before him, he walks into the room and grabs Grolak by the shoulder and whispers "I wish the gods to aid your opponent...but the gods can't even help the man fighting a beast like you *Helst smiles and gives Grolak a bump with his shield before walking away*"

Grolak laughs and yells "ME BUBHOSH ME FLAT DA WHITEWASH!!"

Grolak sprints to the gate as it opens infront of him, as Grolak runs through the archway of the opened gate the Editor yells in mori "-I BRING YOU CRESS'MTOR UPPER GLADIATOR GROLAK THE WARCHIEF!!!-" Grolak runs to the center and raises his axe in the air.

Grolak then yells "BRING THE WHITEWASH DUMMY!"

The gate on the other side opens and an orc a bit taller than Grolak with an open face horned iron helmet, a heavy iron chestplate, a short blue cape with the Aleandar symbol on it, iron greaves, iron boots, iron gauntlets, no sleeves, and wielding a large two handed iron warhammer with a sleek brown leather hilt walks out from the opened gate. As the gladiator walks out to the center the editor yells in mori "-I PRESENT TO YOU ALEANDAR UPPER GLADIATOR GRUS'ROK THE TORMENTOR!-"

Grus'rok stands 5 feet away from Grolak in a battle ready position while Grolak beats his chest and yells "START CONTEST!"

Behind the Cress'mtor gladiator closed gate T'ilos stands at the bars of the gate with the Valdaris and says with worry "I fear this may be the end of Grolak...for he is out armored, this is a cowardly action on the Aleandar's part."

The Valdaris puts his hand on T'ilo's shoulder and says "Grolak will fight with honor, you should not worry of him...but worry of your own fate in the next bout."

The editor sounds the horn and Grolak instantly distances himself from Grus'rok while Grus'rok slowly stomps towards Grolak while hindered in speed by his heavy armor. Grolak laughs as he has a standoff with Grus'rok both of them circling eachother at the center of the arena while the Crowd waits in suspense. Grolak motions for Grus'rok to charge him and Grus'rok roars in anger and smashes his hammer onto the sand creating a cloud of sand and dust blinding Grolak. As Grolak is disoriented Grus'rok sprints towards Grolak and tackles him to the floor, Grus'rok's two horns on his helmet combined with the force of the tackle shatter the main metal plate on Grolak's leather belt forcing it to fall to the sand. Grolak roars in a rage and sprawls Grus'rok by putting all of his weight down onto Grus'rok's back and neck with his chest forcing them both to the sand.

Grolak is ontop of Grus'rok and he throws his left arm around Grus'rok's neck and forces Grus'rok's head up looking towards the crowd. Grus'rok viciously grips Grolak's ankle and uses momentum to break free of Grolak's grip and throw a powerful punch with his iron gauntlet to Grolak's face. Grolak raises his iron gauntlet up and the punch smashes into his gauntlet deflecting it. Grus'rok tries to stand up but Grolak takes his axe and bashes it into the back of Grus'rok's helmet knocking it off and into the sand. Grus'rok roars in anger and stands up causing Grolak to crash down to the sand. As Grolak falls to the sand he rolls backwards and back to his feet standing in a ready position while Grus'rok swings his heavy warhammer at Grolak's legs. Grolak barely dodges the swing and rolls to the side and gathers some sand in his hand as he rolls. Grus'rok approaches Grolak and smashes his warhammer towards him. Grolak throws the sand into Grus'rok's eyes and then rolls backwards away from the warhammer then jumps up and as Grus'rok is raising his warhammer from the sand again he slashes at Grus'rok's left wrist and instantly slices off Grus'rok's left hand forcing Grus'rok to hold the warhammer with only his right hand. Grus'rok's entire body lurches to the right overwhelmed by the weight of the warhammer that is meant to be held with two hands.

Grus'rok is down to one knee and is in intense pain from his severed hand and slowly tries to get up but Grolak punches Grus'rok in his face with his iron gauntlet dazing Grus'rok and causing him to bleed from his mouth and causing his nose to break. Grus'rok sees blur and looks up to Grolak while the glowstone makes his eyes water profusely. Grolak puts his axe to Grus'rok's neck and leans in close to Grus'rok's ear then whispers with sorrow "Sorry Bruddah." Grolak sheds a tear but hides it by wiping his eye on Grus'rok's bloody cheek as he pulls away from Grus'rok. Grolak pulls back his axe and powerfully swings at Grus'rok's neck sending his head flying and crashing down to the sand. Grus'rok's headless body stays in its position and Grolak kicks it to the ground then raises his axe in victory and yells "GROLAK BUBHOSH!" The crowd roars as Grus'rok's headless body spews blood onto the sand at Grolak's feet.

Tathyraen smashes his fist againest the stone wall beside him and says in mori under his breath "-****!-"

The Editor yells in mori "-VICTOR IS CRESS'MTOR UPPER GLADIATOR GROLAK THE WARCHIEF!!!-" Grolak runs back to the gate as it opens and roars in triumph as Helst smiles and gives him a head butt.

T'ilos jogs in place and then sprints out to the center of the arena as the gates are about to close. The Editor yells in mori "-I PRESENT YOU CRESS'MTOR UPPER GLADIATOR T'ILOS THE MAD!-"

T'ilos adjusts his helmet as he stands in the center awaiting the gate on the other side to open. The gate opens and a 6ft 8 tall high elven gladiator with one large iron arm sleeve with a distinct iron shoulder gaurd with the face of an orc carved into it on his right arm and shoulder, a full face helmet with four long slits down the face of it for sight and breathing, a short blue cape with the Aleandar symbol on it, a chainmail skirt reaching his thighs, sandals, no sleeves on his left arm or shoulder gaurd, a leather chest piece, and a trident in his right hand with a large net in his left hand walk out towards the center.

The editor yells in mori "-I PRESENT TO YOU ALEANDAR UPPER GLADIATOR THRODUS THE WEB!-"

Throdus runs to the center and distances himself 5 feet from T'ilos then gets in a ready position. T'ilos is nervous for he has never faced a gladiator that wielded a net and trident before. The horn sounds and Throdus instantly rolls to the side while swinging his net at T'ilo's feet. T'ilos tries to jump over the net but it catches his feet and he crashes down to the sand. Throdus sprints to T'ilos while he is on the sand struggling to get his feet out of the net and thrusts his trident towards T'ilo's exposed eyes. T'ilos swiftly brings his two scimitars up to the trident and crosses them trapping the trident in between the two scimitars. Throdus puts all of his strength into pushing the trident through T'ilo's two scimitars and T'ilos puts all of his might into keeping the trident in between the scimitars. The iron weapons scrape together as the two men struggle to win this battle of strength.

T'ilo sweats madly and roars as his arms start to give out. The trident gets closer to T'ilos eyes and before it could reach T'ilo's eyes T'ilos thrusts his right foot onto Throdus's knee and uses Throdus's momentum to flip him over sending Throdus falling forward and over T'ilos. Throdus falls to the sand and T'ilos crawls over to Throdus and smashes his right handed scimitar into Throdus's chest. Throdus's leather chest piece weakens and is penetrated by T'ilo's scimtar but just before T'ilos penetrates Throdus's skin Throdus brings his trident over his chest and up into T'ilo's right shoulder causing T'ilos to pull away and stand up. T'ilos clenches his right shoulder as he stands up and swings at Throdus while hes in the sand with his left scimitar. Throdus rolls out of the way and up on to his feet. Throdus swings his trident at T'ilos while T'ilos is still bringing up his scimitar. T'ilos is struck with the side of the trident on the right side of his helmet and shell shocked. T'ilo's head is shocked by the impact and he staggers back dazed. Throdus charges T'ilos and swings his net over T'ilo's upper body trapping him in the net. While T'ilos struggles to get out of the net and is dazed Throdus runs towards T'ilos and jumps into the air and kicks him in the chest with both feet. T'ilos is sent crashing down to the sand with the net still over him and Throdus also falls to the sand after the kick but quickly gets back up. Throdus approaches T'ilos as he is on the ground and laughs then says "Now let me slaughter you as I would a fish in a net."

Helst and Grolak run to the closed gate bars and Helst yells "PERSERVERE MY BROTHER!"

Grolak yells "BRUDDAH!!"

T'ilos looks over slowly towards the gate and sees Larkos training on a wooden dummy in the dim lit room behind the gate, he realizes that he cannot end like this for he still has to slaughter Larkos, so his mind set changes to pure rage and as Throdus is about to stab T'ilos through the chest T'ilos kicks Throdus in the genitals and extends both of his arms with one scimitar in each and and cuts open the net that traps him in a fury. T'ilos roars and jumps up to his feet. Throdus is in extreme pain from the kick to the genitals and swings a slow swing with his trident at T'ilo's helmet. T'ilos brings both of his scimitars down onto the wooden handle of the trident breaking it in to two. Then T'ilos dodges a punch from Throdus and thrusts his two scimitars through Throdus's stomach penetrating the skin and the leather. Throdus coughs blood through the slits in his helmet and lurches forward about to die. T'ilos says "Oh..no im not letting you go with honor."

T'ilos drops his left hand scimitar and puts his left hand on Throdus's head forcing him down to his knees and then takes off Throdus's helmet. Throdus is barely alive but manages to say while drowning in his own blood "Please... end me with honor...fellow elf."

T'ilos laughs and says with a sick twisted voice "NOW YOU WANT TO CALL ME A FELLOW ELF DAMNIT!?" T'ilos looks to Larkos and drops his right handed scimitar then picks up the broken part of the trident handle that holds the iron trident head on it with his right hand and thrusts the trident into Throdus's eyes. The left point going into Throdus's left eye, the right point going into Throdus's right eye and the middle point thrusting into the middle of Throdus's head where the two eyebrows part. T'ilos ignores Throdus's cringeful screams of pain and looks to Larkos while jamming the trident deeper into Throdus's head and eyes until the trident isn't visbile anymore and it is lodged deep into Throdus's brain. Blood splatters all over T'ilo's leather chest piece as he lets go of the trident and Throdus falls backwards to the sand. The crowd roars and T'ilos picks up both of his scimitars from the floor and walks back to the gate.

The Editor yells in mori "-CRESS'MTOR UPPER GLADIATOR T'ILOS THE MAD WINS THIS BOUT!-" T'ilos walks back into the room as the gate opens and the body of Throdus is dragged away.

Tathyraen rises with frustration and looks to Tishzia and says in mori "-Just you wait...my champion will have Larko's head in the next bout.-"

Larkos puts on his helmet and runs out through the opened gate to the center of the arena. Larkos kneels down and bows his head to his knee and meditates while awaiting for his opponent to arrive.

The Editor yells in mori "-THIS BOUT IS THE FINAL BOUT OF THE LEGACY GAMES ON THIS DAY, ALEANDAR'S WARRIORS FOUGHT AND DIED WITH HONOR TODAY BUT THE CRESS'MTOR SEEM TO BE PREVAILING...COULD THIS BOUT BE IN THE ALEANDAR'S FAVOR SINCE CRESS'MTOR UPPER GLADIATOR LARKOS THE BLUDGEON WILL FACE THE ALEANDAR CHAMPION REXINTAR THE GREAT!" The gates on the other side fly open and Rexintar exits the darkness of the Aleandar Gladiator room behind the gates he is 6ft tall, southernon, and is wearing a full faced iron helmet with a crest on the forehead of the Aleandar symbol, two holes for sight, and two holes at the mouth and nose for breathing, Rexintar also wears an iron chestplate with the Aleandar symbol engraved into it, a short blue cape with the aleandar symbol on it, leather leggings, iron boots, no sleeves, no gauntlets, Rexintar also wields a sword in each hand.

Rexintar walks up to Larkos and says "Well it looks like the gods themselves brought us here to face eachother in an honorable fight to the death old friend."

Larkos says back "The gods would not bring two men to fight to the death for the sick bloodlust of the Mori'quessir...also I will not kill you, I am going to grant you mercy when I best you."

Rexintar laughs and says with rising anger "Mercy...keeping me alive with the shame you put me through is a curse within itself, I live to slaughter your ******* soul Larkos."

The Editor lets the two gladiators continue to speak.

Larkos shakes his head and says calmly "I will say this once more friend...I never wanted any of the things that happened to us in the past...I taught you how to be a gladiator so you could take charge and stop being so submissive towards me...the shame was brought upon by yourself, you were a house slave and I was the Aleandar champion, I...don't know what to say, but now we stand facing eachother with weapons of death in our hands...the crowd expects for you to quickly dispose of me, if you are so shamed by past transgressions then slay me, but remember that I never aimed to shame you. Lift your helm Rexintar."

Rexintar has a tear coming from his eye as he lifts his helmet and the crowd gets impatient roaring for contest but the Editor yells in "-LET THEM SAY THEIR WORDS!-"

Larkos lifts his own helmet up and grabs Rexintar with his left hand by the back of his head and passionately kisses Rexintar. Rexintar is suprised and says "Larkos...prepare...to kiss the sand and die."

Larkos nods and says "Melethor is my love now anyways." then Larkos puts his helmet back down.

Rexintar is angered at Larko's words and he puts his helmet down then instantly charges Larkos swinging his two swords in a vicious flurry of rage. The crowd roars and Larkos is struck across his chestplate 4 times causing a huge dent that touches knocks the wind out of Larkos. Larkos gasps for air and smashes his right hand mace onto Rexintar's right hand blade deflecting a swing but is instantly hit under the chin with the hilt of Rexintar's left hand blade. Larkos staggers back and backs away from Rexintar then says "Do not think that I will kill you, I will give yo-*Larkos is interrupted by a right hand blade swing from Rexintar* *Larkos barely dodges the swing and forcefully crashes his iron mace into the right side of Rexintar's helmet as Rexintar misses the swing* Mercy!" The crowd roars and is suprised at how Larkos countered the Aleandar champion.

Tathyraen shifts in his seat and yells in common "DAMNIT REX COME ON...****!" Andaer's personal slave puts her hand on Tathyraen's back to console him but Tathyraen yells in common "GET THE **** OFF OF ME *****!" then

grabs her hand and forces her down to the floor. She hits the stone floor on her elbow and holds back tears then crawls away.

Rexintar staggers back from the iron mace hit and is shell shocked. Larkos circles Rexintar in ready stance and says "I do not see rank...or merit, for I was also the champion of Aleandar, I see you as a student and this is the final lesson before you can fully pass my test...*Larkos backs away from Rexintar and keeps circling him* and the only way to pass my test...is to slay me in combat, but if you fail there will be another time for I will grant you mercy."

Rexintar yells "SHUT YOUR DAMNED MOUTH AND FIGHT ME!" Rexintar charges Larkos while yelling and swings his right hand blade at Larko's chest but Larkos smashes his left hand mace to the blade knocking out of Rexintar's hand and onto the sand. Rexintar then stomps on Larko's kneecap then swings at Larko's leather adorned left leg. Larko's left leg is struck and the leather is penetrated to the skin, blood spews from the thigh onto Rexintar's foot. Larkos grunts in pain and stumbles back into the stone wall of the arena pit. Larkos acts like he is going to hit Rexintar in the head with his left hand mace but instead crashes his right hand mace into the right side of Rexintar's chestplate. Rexintar stumbles to the left and clenches his right side only to feel a dent piercing his skin from the inside. Larkos swings both maces at Rexintar and Rexintar ducks the right hand swing then brings his left hand blade up to the Larko's left handed mace strike and pushes the mace forward into the stone wall causing Larko's left arm to be pushed to the stone wall. Larkos then swings his right hand mace into the back of both of Rexintar's calves aiming to take him out from under. Rexintar feels the impact of the mace swing and he roars in pain but still holds his ground. Rexintar then keeps holding his left hand blade againest Larko's left handed mace to the wall along with Larko's arm. Larkos pushes his left handed mace againest Rexintar's force as hard as he could but Rexintar's strength overpowers him and the left hand mace and Larko's left arm are sent crashing back into the stone wall. Rexintar laughs and ducks as Larkos swings his right handed mace at Rexintar's head. Rexintar rolls backwards letting Larko's left arm go and grabs his right hand sword then gets back to his feet.

Larkos says "You have become more formidable since the last time we sparred." Rexintar doesn't say a word but he charges Larkos with vigor swinging both of his blades. Larkos smashes the stone wall behind him with his two maces and it creates two big holes for Larkos to place his feet. Larkos jumps up a bit and let his two feet slide into the two holes he smashed into the wall just when Rexintar is about to reach him. Larkos then throws his left hand mace at Rexintar's helmet forcing him to stagger backwards and become dazed, then Larkos jumps up and grabs a torch stand with his open left hand and hangs onto it. Rexintar is shell shocked from the hit with the thrown mace and he looks up to Larkos in a blur and Larkos jumps down from the torch stand landing on Rexintar and tackling him to the floor. Rexintar and Larkos roll around in the sand trying to strike eachother. Rexintar smashes the hilt of his blade into the bottom of Larko's helmet as their rolling forcing it to roll out onto the sand. Larkos panics and thrusts his entire body into Rexintar as their rolling forcing Rexintar off of him and onto the sand. Rexintar gets up from the sand and distances himself from Larkos then circles him.

Larkos charges Rexintar and swings his right hand mace at Rexintar's chestplate then his left hand mace at his head. Rexintar ducks the left hand swing but is smashed in his helmet by the right hand swing and sent rolling down into the sand. Larkos approaches Rexintar and while Larkos is approaching Rexintar he crawls away while facing Larkos and subtley gathering sand. Larkos swings his right hand mace at Rexintar on the floor but Rexintar wraps his feet around the mace and pulls Larkos down to the floor with him. Larkos swings his left hand mace at Rexintar but hits the wall on the way down instead. Rexintar then throws the sand into Larko's eyes and Larkos is disoriented on the way down. Larkos falls to the left side of Rexintar and still cannot see. Rexintar swings at Larko's face on the ground but Larko's frantic rolling and disorientation caused Rexintar to barely scrape Larkos leaving a bloody cut on Larko's left cheek. Larko's maces are on the sand and he is panicking. Larkos manages to see through one eye just as Rexintar is about to strike him so Larkos rolls out of the way of the strike and bumps into something metallic on the sand. Larkos opens his other eye and realizes its his helmet. As Rexintar approaches Larkos with menancing eyes Larkos picks up the helmet and reflects the intense glowstone light into Rexintar's eyes blinding him for a moment. Rexintar screams at the blinding and Larkos jumps up then throws a powerful punch to Rexintar's jaw knocking to the floor. Rexintar falls to the sand and a cloud of sand arises around him. Larkos keeps his right iron boot on Rexintar's chest and punches Rexintar in the eye to daze him some more. Larkos then takes Rexintar's blades from him and puts the blades in a scissor position to Rexintar's neck. Larkos looks up to the Editor and yells "I LET THIS ONE LIVE!"

Tathyraen is in total horror at the sight and the crowd grows silent as the Aleandar champion is at the mercy at an upper gladiator. Tathyraen begs the editor in mori "-Please...ignore what I said about no mercy back in the Cress'mtor house, I was acting on impulse...you must understand!-"

The Editor sighs and says with a bit of fear in mori "-I apologize but the parchment was filled when you made the demand and the Valsharess expects these games to contain only blood now.-"

Tathyraen sinks his head into his hands and screams a muffled scream of frustration as the editor stands from his chair and yells in mori "-THERE IS NO MERCY IN THIS CONTEST!-" The Editor then repeats it in common for Larkos and Rexintar to hear even though they understand Mori language from years of being slaves "THERE IS NO MERCY IN THIS CONTEST!"

Larkos looks up to the Editor with eyes of defiance and yells "I CANNOT!" Tishzia gasps and the crowd is suprised. The Editor looks towards the Mori gaurds around the arena walls and nods towards Larkos. Larkos watches as the gaurds aim their bows ready to kill Larkos. Larkos swallows his pride and sheds a tear then yells with sorrow "FINE!"

Larkos looks down to Rexintar's eyes and sheds a tear then says with sorrow "I'll...see you again some day my friend...in the afterlife...where there *sheds a tear* aren't any mori and there isn't any bloodshed...no more suffering, we'll have a cottage by a gleaming lake and the birds will sing tunes in the morning *Larkos smiles and Rexintar smiles back while bleeding from his mouth* but...for now my friend, I must...*sheds another tear* goodbye friend." Larkos Looks into Rexintar's eyes and sheds another tear as he draws back the left hand blade and stabs Rexintar through his Iron chesplate and through his heart. Blood poured from Rexintar's chest as Larkos pulles the blade out of Rexintar's chest.

Larkos drops the two blades to the floor and picks up his two iron maces as he walks towards the gate leaving his helmet behind. The Editor yells in mori "-THE CRESS'MTOR SEIZE THE LEGACY GAMES ON THIS DAY, MAY BOTH HOUSES FOREVER TRIUMPH AS THE FUTURE HOLDS MANY MORE CHANCES FOR THE ALEANDAR TO RECLAIM THEIR HONOR...BUT THIS DAY BELONGS TO THE CRESS'MTOR!" Tishzia stands up and waves to the spectators as they cheer. Tathyraen gets up and gives a glare of rage towards Larkos then walks away with his personal slaves trying to hide his shame.

Upon arrival of the 4 gladiators back to the Cress'mtor training grounds they witness the gladiators training. The Valdaris cracks his whip in the air and yells "YOUR VICTORIOUS BROTHERS HAVE ARRIVED!"

the gladiators halt training and clap in while looking upon the four victorious gladiators. Of course most of the applauding gladiators are jealous but Melethor is ecstatic that Larkos beat the Aleandar champion and he runs up to Larkos with open arms embracing him tightly. The Valdaris lets Larkos have his embrace for he has proven himself. Helst glares at Larkos with anger while he embraces Melethor. Helst spits onto the floor and he walks off to the shade, Grolak and T'ilos follow. Helst sits down againest the sorrounding wall in the shade with Grolak and T'ilos.

Helst whispers to the two while staring at Larkos with a mind full of violent thoughts " Larkos... and his ***** should savor their...**** tonight for it may be the last time Melethor will ever be able to touch Larkos."

T'ilos looks to Helst wanting to say that Larkos is his to kill but fears Helst would beat him to death. T'ilos instead whispers "What grudge do you have againest Larkos?"

Helst turns to T'ilos and whispers "His success againest Rexintar caused me to lose the people's interest...and instill the thought that Larkos is more fit to be the champion of the Cress'mtor house than I am."

T'ilos whispers "Well...what if these thoughts are only of you being paranoid and the people still honor you as Champion over Larkos?"

Helst sighs and whispers "Just in case...my thoughts are true, I must prove myself againest Larkos...in the arena."

T'ilos stays silent and looks down at the sand at his feet with his mind racing as to how he will stop Helst from killing Larkos, so he could avenge his father.

Larkos strokes Melethor's cheek and walks off with him to his private quarters as Helst watches with violent intent.

Chapter 6: Vengeance

Dust settles as Helst rolls out of the way of Grolak's wooden practice axe as it smashes down towards him. Grolak quickly rolls forward into his swing, while Helst gets up from his roll and back into a stance. As Grolak is rolling Helst hurls his large wooden rectangular shield towards Grolak and the bottom of the shield smashes againest Grolak's back as he rolls causing him to fall face forward into the sand. Grolak smirks and lays on the ground as Helst laughs while putting his wooden sword to the back of Grolak's neck. Grolak is covered in sweat and sand while Helst hasn't even broken a sweat. Helst imitates the editor of the games and yells "FINISH HIM!" Helst then acts as if he is responding to the editor and says jokingly "If it is your will editor!"

Grolak laughs and yells "OH NUB LATZ DON'T!" Grolak kicks up the back of his leg into Helst's groin causing him to drop his sword and fall to the training ground sands. Helst yells in pain and clenches his testicles with his right hand while on the sands.

Helst yells while smiling "YOU ALWAYS WERE A PUTRID COWARD GROLAK!" Grolak laughs then helps Helst up. Helst bashes Grolak in his cheek with his fist and Grolak staggers a bit rubbing his face. Helst says with a smirk "Don't try that again when I have you at my mercy Uruk."

Grolak chuckles and shoves Helst then playfully says "If latz ever are able to get mi at latz mercy again 'umie!"

Helst walks over to the shade with Grolak and says with frustration "Damn...I know I haven't broke a sweat but where does a Champion find some drink over 'ere!?"

Grolak points to a long haired wood elf male with a feminine form sitting down drinking a jug of water in the shade and whispers to Helst "Dat Twiggie 'as drink."

Helst smirks and walks over to the wood elf and strokes his light brown hair then says with a slightly threatening voice with a hint of lust "Ey Twiggie...I've never seen ye around here, if I 'ave ye would of been awaiting me in my quarters now for me seed to take away yer non existant dignity."

Grolak rolls his eyes at Helst's lustful endeavor and is fanning himself off with his wooden axe. The wood elf looks up at Helst and parts his bangs away from his eyes then says with a timid voice "Uh...I..uhm am...Boix from Elandriel I was given to Larkos as a reward for his victory againest the former Alean'dar champion, but Larkos requested that I am given to Helst the Cress'mtor Champion instead."

Grolak smiles then nudges Helst and whispers "It looks 'ike latz dreams come true."

Helst is overcome by anger and shoves Grolak away then snatches the jug of water out of the wood elf's hands and hands it to Grolak while keeping his eyes on the wood elf. Grolak quickly chugs the water jug like he has never seen water. Helst vigorously grabs the Wood elf's neck with two hands and lifts him up to his feet and backs him up into the stone wall. Grolak watches in anticipation while drinking his water. The wood elf squirms trying to struggle but Helst keeps him in place and says with anger in a low rageful tone to the Wood elf "Ye...******* ***** tell me why that YAHAE Larkos gave you to me!?"

The wood elf says with pure fear "I assume you are Helst then...*looks at Helst's bare chest and arms up and down* well...you sure are strapping."

Helst smacks the wood elf with his back hand and yells with rage and impatience "TELL ME WHY DAMNIT!"

The Wood elf cries in pain and says with quick rapid breathes "I...don't know...but I heard him...tell Mirthiel...that...you deserved some type of reward...and not to forget your...previous victories completely!"

Helst is flooded with rage and throws the wood elf to the stone floor then snatches the jug from Grolak's hands and drinks what's left of it. Helst takes a seat on a stone slab near Grolak and stares at Larkos from afar for a bit then says with anger "The ******* ***** thinks I am just a novelty...I will show him in the arena that I am still the champion of Cress'mtor."

Grolak pats Helst on the back and says "Latz bubhosh and Larkos whitewash...Latz will get chance to Flat Larkos."

Helst almost completely ignores Grolak and in impulse he rises from the stone slab and walks onto the sands yelling with rage "LARKOS, YE SEND ME A ***** AND ASSURE MIRTHIEL THAT I AM NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN? I WILL NOT BE ******* FORGOTTEN AND EVERY SINGLE GLADIATOR, *****, HOUSE SLAVE, AND MASTER KNOWS THIS!"

Larkos swipes Calgur off of his feet and to the sand with a swift swing of his two wooden maces then turns to Helst with a smile and open arms approaching him as Calgur gets up smirking. Larkos gently says "Brother Helst, you are a fellow gladiator so I shall see to it that you have your own boy to pleasure you!" Larkos points to the wood elf in the shade and looks back to Helst.

Helst is even more enraged and he yells "YOU MOCK MY NAME LARKOS, THE VERY CHAMPION THAT BROUGHT THIS HOUSE TO GLORY YEAR AFTER YEAR!"

T'ilos hears the banter and bashes Melethor in the jaw with his left handed wooden scimitar then walks over to the shade and sits next to Grolak on a stone slab. T'ilos sips a cup of water and whispers to Grolak "So is this...the part when Helst takes revenge on Larkos?"

Grolak unexpectedly responds with annoyance and whispers "Damnit T'ilos if it is, it is, Helst is the Champion not latz, he deserves to take revenge more than latz do!"

T'ilos growls lowly in anger and continues to sip his water while plotting how to prevent Helst from taking revenge on Larkos before he does. Larkos then sighs and looks deep into Helst's eyes and says with a calm voice "Please brother, take your gift from me and enjoy...I wish not to quarrell."

Helst yells with anger towards T'ilos "GET ME A DAMNED IRON SWORD, I AM GOING TO KILL THIS SON OF A *****!"

T'ilos hesitates and looks to Helst with partially defiant eyes. Helst gives T'ilos a threatening look and nods towards the weapons rack and Grolak shoves T'ilos off of the slab and says with anger "GET THE DAMNED ZULT T'ILOS!"

T'ilos is filled with sadness as he realizes that he can never avenge his father's death and he reluctantly goes to the weapons rack and picks up an iron sword then tosses it to Helst. Helst catches the sword and approaches Larkos with deadly purpose. Larkos backs up and says with sorrow "Brother...please you don't wish to do this!"

Helst approaches Larkos with sword drawn and yells "YOU AREN'T MY BROTHER!"

As Helst raises his sword the Valdaris raises his whip and wraps it around Helst's sword pulling the sword from his hands. Helst is in shock and has no words but instead falls to one knee. The Valdaris yells with anger "DO NOT USE IRON WEAPONS ON THE TRAINING GROUNDS UNLESS I INSTRUCT YOU TO DO SO!"

Helst says with masked rage "Yes...Valdaris."

Helst goes back to training with Grolak and Larkos continues training with Calgur while T'ilos goes back to train with Melethor. Zelphar is in the shade filling up the jugs with water and he sees the shaken and bruised wood elf Boix in a dark corner sobbing. Zelphar fills up the last jug and walks over to Boix then sits down next to him. Boix doesn't look to Zelphar but instead keeps his head buried in his hands. Zelphar says gently "What is wrong..."

Boix sobs and says with sorrow without knowing it is Zelphar "Go away...gladiator I would rather die than be abused by one of you...so either stab me in the head already or leave!"

Zelphar rubs boix's back and says in a calming voice "It is...me Zelphar I am a house slave...do you always get abused?"

Boix looks up and wipes his tears a bit then says with shame "Yes...ever since I was captured I have been sent to different gladiators across the houses of Menorcress to be a sexual gift... I have escaped many sexual encounters through words or befriending the gladiator in a platonic way...but my charm didn't work for 2 gladiators of the Mierllis house, they used me for the purpose I was sent to fufill and they also physically abused me just like Helst did...at least Helst forgot about me as a gift."

Zelphar is awaken to a bitter taste in his mouth, a taste of some sort of metal in his mouth. Zelphar tries to move his tongue but his tongue is stopped by a cold metallic point in his mouth. A nervous whisper comes from the darkness infront of Zelphar saying "Don't move Elf...or your mouth is split open, follow me." Zelphar realizes that a sword's tip is in his mouth so he waits for the sword to leave his mouth then he slowly gets up and goes in the direction that he is prodded in the back towards. Zelphar walks through darkness in the sleeping slave quarters until reaching a dimly lit redstone alley in the corridor connecting the slave quarters to the Cress'mtor main house. Zelphar tries to turn around to face his captor but he is punched in the back of the head and told to keep walking.

Zelphar is prodded down the corridor and to the Cress'mtor living space. A Cress'mtor gaurd and the Cress'mtor gaurd captain L'eilus are conversing by at the center of the living space. L'eilus stands at 6ft tall and dons a Cress'mtor cape, wears a diamond chestplate with leather straps fastening it to his chest, a leather skirt (imagine a roman solider skirt), leather bracers, red and grey cloth tucked into his skirt and chestplate, violet eyes, dark skin, white hair, and a muscular build. L'elius wasn't wearing a helmet but the other gaurd was wearing a Cress'mtor gaurd helmet which was a steel plate helmet with two eye holes, three large slits at the mouth for breathing, and a crescent moon crest on the forehead of the helmet.

L'ielus slowly turns around and meets his eyes with the hooded captor. L'ielus says in common with a demanding voice "Get back to your quarters slaves." The captor

In the first part maybe get rid of all the spaces between lines? It gets annoying to read.

At least Larkos didnt die... He is like a good main character the one who is still basically sane. Even if he had to kill his good freind. Yet I have a gut feeling that Larkos may die in some other chapter.

Cress'mtor win end of story. All the coin and glory to them. Keelah Si'Lai

Bring on "Chapter 6: Vengeance through lust"
