Maybe people could use the NPC heads to disguise themself as other people, I believe that there is and NPC head named Human. You can use that head to configure which Skin head you want it to look like. Lets for instance say that I want to look like Native, so I go into the configuration with my head and then edit it to look like Natives head. You could say that there were something called mask "blacksmiths", they created the mask you wanted, for you. You will have to have a program which grants you the ability to configure the masks like so. Also, the heads will be needed to be spawned in by a GM, cause you can't get the head in default minecraft. Unless someone made a plugin which allowed you to make a crafting recipe to craft the ID of a human head.

While I love the idea of having events halloween night, could we have more the nest couple of days? Seeing as some people, like myself, might be out gathering cans/candy/money for a charitable cause, or even just trick or treating. If it is possible for more events over the next day or so, that would be amazing. (I say this because I really want to attend the Masquerade, but can't :(
