Reformation to the Shields

With the loss of our Constable of Training Prince Lancel Has recruited Two new constables in hope of improving the Salvus shields. Constable Alistair Constable of training and Constable Chet Constable of war. There is also reformation coming to the Shields as well there will be two new ranks in the Salvus Shields, The Shield Watchmen and Sergeant of the shields. Here is the Ranks as of now....

Shield Initiate: A new recruit in the shields and has yet to prove himself worthy of promotion and must learn all of the formations to do so. They also serve as basic infantrymen in times of war...

Shield Watchmen: A shield watchmen is an experienced soldier who has proven he has what it take to be in the Shields and must know all of the formations, The watchman's main duty is to man the gate and patrol Solace,and in time's of war they will also serve as basic infantrymen alongside the Initiates.

Shield Footman: Salvus Footman are veteran Soldiers who have proven their Skills in battle and are the backbone of the shields and are expected to fight to the last man if need be, They also are worthy of promotion to Sergeant of the Shields.

Sergeant of the shield's: The Sergeant of the shields is second Highest rank of the shields and is chosen by a constable. There can only be two Sergeant's at a time and the sergeant serves as a second in command when a constable isn't around and command's the shields in battle if the Constable of war is wounded or killed in battle. Sergeants are mostly chosen by Experience and must take an oath of loyalty to Salvus and to the Holy Oren Empire before they are chosen.

Constable: The constable's are the leaders of the Shields chosen by prince lancel himself. There are three constables Constable of defense,Constable of War,and Constable of training. The constable of training oversees the training of Shields and promotions of shields as well. The Constable of defense is in charge of defending Salvus. the constable of war is in charge of leading the Shields into battle and comes up with battle strategies.

There will also be training and intense physical conditioning every elven week to make sure only the strong in the strong are in the Salvus Shields. All Shields will keep there current ranks and can be promoted and demoted based on performance and effort displayed. Report to the Constable of training if you have any questions regarding the new reformation to the Shields and speak to anyone of the constables about recruiting because were always looking for brave lad's and lass's who wish to defend Salvus and the empire....

"What tha' 'ell is this crap?! Prince Lancel, ya' can't jus' be goin' around and throwin' in new positions. We already 'ave a rank between Footman and Constable, it is called man o' war. Also tha' Constable o' defense is tha' one that plans strategies and attacks. The Constable o' war should not be introduced, tha' Shields are ta' be led inta battle by all tha' Constables."

"As o' now I recommend that all ranks and changes in tha' Shields are suspended until we can meet and discuss what we are ta' do 'bout tha' inactivity o' tha' Constable o' Defense and Constable o' Recruitment as well as tha' death o' our Constable o' Trainin'."
