Orcish Clan Guideline

Warhammer_WAAAGH_Orks_by_faroldjo.jpg

6 Active Players [Not Including Wargoth] = Eligible for Wargoth Clan

4 Active Players [Not Including Chieftain] = Eligible For Chieftain Clan / Challenge for Wargoth Clan

Alternate Accounts DO NOT count for an Active Player [X]

Chieftain Clan vs. Wargoth Clan

  • Chieftain Clan : An Orcish clan which does not meet the qualifications of a Wargoth Clan, small say in politics.
  • An entire Chieftain Clan must be able to defeat an entire Wargoth Clan in an open fight to the death in order to become a Wargoth Clan.
  • Chieftain clans will be battling with each others and PvPing with each other but once time of war comes you will not be
  • In the open combat, no outside alliances with members of another race, including whitewash Orcs, can participate. [X]

Other rules: Clans cannot continue to be at war while fighting in an outside war. The Rex cannot be challenged or disputed during that time.

How does one become Rex?

Step 1.) Chieftain Clan must have 5 people, said clan must be blessed by the Goj to become a Chieftain Clan.

Step 2.) Chieftain Clans expand influence, recruit. Make alliances and deals and wars with other Chieftain Clans. These clans would eventually challenge a Wargoth Clan to become a Wargoth Clan and take away the Wargoth powers of the old Wargoth Clan.

Simplified: If Ugluk Clan challenges Gorkil Clan, EVERY SINGLE Ugluk will fight EVERY SINGLE Gorkil in open combat, all at once. Winner is Wargoth Clan. NO FORTS OR EXTRA DEFENCE

Step 3.) Once you become a Wargoth Clan, the Chieftain of the old Chieftain Clan becomes a Wargoth and the old Wargoth Clan will fall out of favor and become a Chieftain clan. [X]

Step 4.) The Wargoth of the new Wargoth Clan then has the ability to challenge the Rex for his position. If you are an Elder in a Wargoth clan (Apart from the Rex clan) you can challenge the Wargoth for the Wargoth title in the Clan.

Open battles:

Each clan would supply themselves with armor and weaponry. The battle will be on an open-field area with some obstacles etc (Arranged to meet the needs of the Rex-Klomps in 3.0). Each side will be given at least a 5 day notice before hand so the challenging clan has to tell the Rex they are going to Klomp (At this date, where, when and why) Numbers will not be equal, If people aren’t on adjustments would be made but aside from that if your clan has only 5 active members and the Rex Clan has 7 it will be 5 v 7.

Consequences:

If a Rex Klomp is lost the opponent for the second time they will be branded on their back with the banner of the clan they lost against (Wargoth only). It would be a permanent scar to show defeat and humiliation. The clan who lost would lose respect and honour if they were to lose. This would also mean they cannot challenge the rex for another 2 months (Including the first challenge) (The losing clan). If the Wargoth challenges a third time they will be banished as the Rex has the right to banish them.

They will be branded because if they lose the first time they should respect the rex and understand that he is the better leader, if they challenge twice they will be dishonouring the Rex hence being branded as punishment.

Krughai:

The Krughai is gone, each clan leader will be incharge of training their people and once war or battle comes the Rex will rally a horde of all the clan leaders who will control their own small warbands (their clan). If they do not follow the Rex’s orders in War or battle then war would be declared on the clan and they will be forced into submission. The Wargoth of each clan is basically a Targoth of their clan and train them etc. All clans will integrate previous ranks such as Runts, Nobs, Warboss’s etc into their clan to whom they seem fit. The Rex will be in charge of wars/battles/military and can order other clan members from other clans as he seems fit. This means raids, battles, wars etc. They will follow the Rex any of these.

Define:

Active Player:

Keep in mind, if you have to work, have school, or have some other circumstance that prevents you from playing, it would be acceptable to not be around. We would hope that you inform whoever is in charge of your clan that you will be unavailable in order to make sure you are not inactive. Must be more active than an average player in order to really become an important member of society.

New Player [Fresh from Application]:

Must be consistently [Define Consistently] on for a week, of course exceptions can be made and lenience for newer players is acceptable

New Player [New Character, Had previous Character]:

Need to be consistent for two weeks, seen for at least three days in a row for 2 hours a day.

Alternative Character:

Do not count for population of the entire Orcs or a Chieftain or Wargoth Clan. If you are an alternative account you cannot achieve a rank of extreme power [ie. Rex, Chieftain, Wargoth, etc.]

Orcs with Clan / Clanless Orcs

Clanless Orcs:
Are slightly looked down upon in RP, however they are acceptable.

Suggestions:
It is suggested that a new Orc player join a clan within the first three days of becoming an Orc. This is because at this point your roleplay will become rather stale and repetitive and you will not be able to be apart of some of the more in depth experiences in Orcish Roleplay. If possible, you should try to contact a leader of a clan to be born into it rather than being adopted.

Current Clans

Rex Clan
Gorkil

Wargoth Clan(s)
Lur

Chieftain Clan(s)
Kapul | Ugluk | Azog | Dom | Dakh |

Exiled Clan(s)
Bahr

Clans will be responsible for their own resources.

TLDR:

Challenge once a month.
If they lose they get branded with the other clan’s sigil.
If they win, they become the Rex clan.
Gov. = Clan Based
Krughai = Dissolved/Gone.
During an Outside Battle (Other Nations) the Rex rallies the Horde, he’s the General, ONLY HIM.
While Wargoths act as sort of Commanders, and Chieftains are under them.

Braduks still exist but are in a state of weakness only having 3-4 members.

Pok told me you re-integrated with the Ugluks and became the leader of them. Or something like that, that's why I only put Ugluk down.

Two of my original members, who I have known OOCly for years didnt want to rejoin Ugluks like I did. So, for reasons that wont be disclosed as of right now clan Braduk is still alive, though barely.

And my mistake, we have six members but only three that are active.

EDIT: Braduks have been added as a Chieftain clan.

Is there a specific way of joining clans or does it vary from clan to clan?

It does vary. Usually you'll go through 1-several rp rituals but it could take IRL days for others.

And Braduks are extinct because they killed eachother.

This needs to be unpinned and moved to an archive as it is very outdated.
