Anthos was found by "Lady Eldecia", sent out by Wilvan Adonan of the Sanctuary Monks and she is "Of the Earth". Just as the three others in the monk Triumvirate lore represent something cosmic. The stars, The Sun and the Moon. Hope this helps !
