Most of you will have received an email from us that contained a newsletter with some juicy information - if you didn't then you'll receive it within 24 hours (there's a lot going out!) or you've got your privacy settings set wrong! The email may have been sent to your junk / spam mail folder, so mind and check there! Regardless, we're popping up this thread to give a bit more insight into the things the newsletter discussed and to also allow you guys a place to discuss it's contents. If you didn't receive the newsletter via email, we've uploaded it to the website for you, just click here. So - yeah, Anthos is what we're titling the Lord of the Craft 3.0 as, and it's going to be released very soon. We've been working on the map and the new mechanics since early August, so it's been quite a long journey. With Anthos we've taken the good aspects of Aegis and Asulon - and we've mixed them together to create what we think is the perfect Realm for you to roleplay in. Here's a quote directly from the email that covers exactly what I want to say: Now, is the time for you to follow your path to Anthos. Venture into the Realm and discover its many hidden secrets and fantastic surprises. Marvel at the majestic beauty of the mighty cities, and traverse the embellished terrain. Anthos is a Realm which we have had the pleasure of developing especially for you - the player. We have taken the brilliance of Aegis and Asulon and places them side-by-side, to create the ideal Realm. Anthos is not just a new map - it's a new way of roleplaying on The Lord of the Craft. Our various new gameplay mechanics and systems that have been implemented over the previous months have all been in preparation for this wonderous update. So, with that being said - we're also extremely pleased to reveal our Anthos mini-site, which contains all of the information about Anthos we want to give you's! Find it here. The site will be updated regularly with all the new information about the new map - so if you've read it all one day, pop back the next and there should be some new information. We still wont be making any estimated release dates until map development is ceased and we can begin with finalising all mechanics, etc - so it'll be fruitless if you ask about that.
