((I have nothing against you Dawn, I even fought for Salvus in the World War. I am just saying, your first Dawn was a baker who owned a very popular bakery called Dawn's Bakery and you were Queen Dawn of Salvus where you also owned a bakery in. And that there are still people who are alive in an RP sense that could realistically remember all those details and could possibly discover that there is in fact another baker named Dawn, who owns a shop called Dawn's Bakery in Salvus. You have nothing to fear me, I have tribals, Drakes, and who knows what else to worry about spilling from the North.))

(( I am not really worried about anyone, so far everyone has been welcoming and warm. I am not sure how many years have passed since the last Perea died, but to me, a woman born long after those events, being named "Dawn" and running a bakery as one of the few forms of entrepreneurship available to women in the time period, is not that out of place. I chose the name because it is my choice to make. I chose the profession to earn an income and do something I really enjoy. Any OOC issues related to Asulon can just remain in the past, as far as I am concerned.))

(( I have had such a great time tonight on the server. Its been so much fun to RP with so many new members and see many old friends and I want to thank you all for the warm welcomes.

For some of you that may be confused, please let me clarify this. My current character's name IS Dawn. Dawn is my IRL name and most people call me by it already, so I chose to use it again in RP. Her last name is Ashby...its a bit of a joke based on the fact that the old "Dawn" character died by fire. I, the real life woman, has always enjoyed the RP that the bakeries have created and I wished to do what I enjoyed the most, again. The parallels to my old character come only from this RL influence. My current character is in no way related to the Pereas of the past. I hope this clears up any confusion and hope that this post announcing my new bakery does not become a home for trolls. I hope to see everyone in the bakery soon! :D))

((but it must be ok to rply be confused about it? I mean, as a tavern keeper in kal'azgoth, on the other side of Anthos, it must surely be twisted rumours changing the story. For me, I'll gossip it as if you'd be the old Dawn Perea :-P

"Perhaps I will try this bakery,

Mid sentence she freezes as she hears the strange shouting of witches and poison, a sly grin lighting up her face~

 

"I knew it! I knew it! These 

bakeries are trouble, I tell 

you! Trouble!"

 

She nods to herself, ignoring the rest of the speakers, glad she now has something to gossip about.

James walks down the road, hearing the news about this Dawn's Bakery. He scowls and raises his fist in anger, waving it back and forth. He steps up on the platform and yells.

"The witch has returned! Burn her before she consumes our children in the middle of the night!"

He steps down from the platform and pulls his dagger from its sheath, it is raised into the air and he looks down to the crowd again.

"Let us burn the witch once more!"

Cinder stares at the group, twitching a bit, before growling, his pale face, and porcalin mask reflecting sullenly in the moonlight, as he looks to the group with clear disdain marking his face, striding to a make-shift podum, a mailbox, or something akin, and warily stepping upon it's able top, calling out to them with a growl, and a grimmace

 

"AND  YOU'LL KILL THIS DAWN TOO, AS YOU SHAMED AND KILLED A WOMAN OF THE PEOPLE? You have no shame! Go bash in Uruk land, or Malinor, but do not bash a small little halfling who has barely an idea who dawn Perea is!"

 

He says this in a loud, and authoritative tone, once he finishes he steps down, shrugging.

"Idjits, the lot of you."

*Walking through Salvus, Silent notices the man speaking of the new bakery, and then sees his friend, Botar, and begins to walk over to the crowd*

 

"Ah. Been a long time since I've heard of a baker with the name Dawn. I remember the first time I entered the bakery of Dawn Perea in Alk'hazar's docks, then again in Salvus back in Asulon."

 

*Gives a faint smile*

 

"Perhaps this new Dawn Ashby can compare to the skills and wonderful personality of the Dawn I knew... Alas, I guess just as in the past, I'll have to stop on by to see for myself."

 

*Hears several of the men getting confused about who this Dawn is, then sees one of them raise a dagger, and steps over to them*

 

"I see in you the same type of blindly led hate that was in the eyes of those who incinerated Dawn Perea in her own room, along with the corpse of my dear friend Edward, whom was killed trying to protect her. You are the scum that led to the death of kind hearted woman who saught only peace."

 

*Begins to talk in a more calm voice, "You are lucky that I am not a lesser willed and blindly led man like you, or I would end your life right here and now."

 

*Starts to walk out of the crowd and towards the bakery*

By a coincidence, Strom decides to head into the city of Salvus after hearing all the shouting and talking within the walls. He looks around at the people, scratching his head.

"Dawn hath returned, who knows, mayhaps she is the witch of Salvus!" a young lad shouted near the lion statue, the crowd eagerly litening to the arguing.

"Are ye all gits? O' course not! Why do ye all assume that? Because her name be "Dawn"? Yer all gits aye...", a tall, middle-aged bearded man with a deep voice replied, shaking his head.

The shouting went back and forth, everyone discussing the arrival of the new local woman.

Strom frowned slightly, moving his hand down to scratch his beard. He mumbled under his breath. "If ah eveh ge' eh daughter, ah sure will nae' name 'er Dawn, har har!"

(( It's been a long time since Salvus, and I'm glad to see that you've returned! Looking forward to be visiting the bakery at some point. ))

Thrasybulos looks around at the people, his eyes filled with confusion. "Who is this Dawn Perea you all speak of?" He questions the crowd of people.

Elindor, who had fallen asleep whilst standing in the crowd, sniffs and wakes himself up with a snorting sound.

"Indeed, an oak be an oak whether it is brown or blue. Whether the name 'Ashby' be a mirage is yet to be confirmed, but a bakery owner by the name of Dawn brings back bitter sweet memories of the now charred Al'Khazar."

*Zahrer the dwarf hears shouts of some form of food related things. Coming closer he smells the fresh bread and other bakery items.

"Feck it. If it ain' meat ah'm n't guin t' eat it!"

*Swearing loudly he turns and heads off to find a butcher.
