Couriers bearing the Imperial Seal return to those who have pledged support to the proposal, each delivering a letter bearing the Imperial Seal: proof of the letter's validity. Meanwhile, a company of criers are also commissioned to display the reminder to the noble and loyaly subjects of the Empire.

To remind those that have pledged support to this proposal,

Blessings upon you and your House.

Due to the current official recognition of war between the Holy Oren Empire and the Princedom of Malinor, and with all military forces of the Empire required to consolidate their resources to Oren's overall cause instead of their own hereby requires, and demands, that the current crown authority be maintained. It therefore declares this proposal to be placed on standby until peace can be made with the current external belligerents threatening the stability and well-being of our most illustrious Empire. It must also be reminded that this does not nullify this proposal, and its full consideration will be made to His Imperial Majesty when the Empire is once again at peace.

Thoughtful, Godwein reads the note, one of his men brought to him. Sitting in the small throne room in Shadowcastle, he orders a scribe to begin writing...

"House Stafyr shares the current opinion of House Ishikawa and shall remain neutral towards this proposal. Yet by best will and thought, House Stafyr wishes to note that infighting is not what we require, as there are and will be enough enemies to fight against outside of the Holy Empire of Oren. Unity is a valuable good and we shall not run low on it. It would be best meant advice not to sign the proposal, yet shall his Imperial Majesty see fit to approve of it, then House Stafyr will likely accept the Emperor's decision as it is."

*Ivan hears word of this plan*

*He goes home and writes a letter to Lord Chivay. He seals it and sends it off to Lord Chivay with a courier*

"Dear Lord Chivay,

I, Ivan Bronte requests to remain neutral in this proposition. I am not of nobility as you know but I do run a military order so I thought it would still be important to write this letter to you. I back whatever His Imperial Majesty decides. Although personally I do like the idea of this, but I hope we will all stay loyal to His Imperial Majesty in the days to come.

Your truly,

-Ivan Bronte"

For unknown reasons a courier arrives with a letter bearing the seal of House Greymane, inside the letter it states that the Greymane's are going back on their previous statement and wish to contain a presence of neutrality in the proposal, therefore withdrawing from pact amongst the Houses.

Seeing as no one is home, Boiendl opens the letter and reads it quietly. He shrugs and says "By the Creator, people wish to decrease our beloved Emperor's power. They wish to destabilize the government, oh dark days fast approach! Dark Days! Soon dark elfs will be good men and no longer thieving whores. Soon dwarves will grow to the size of large trees and not just their stump!"He frowns a bit and walks away, saddened.

Uthor walks into his manor resting his helmet in his arms as he makes his way upstairs to his quarters. He opens the door as Boiendl opens the letter not knowing his Great-Uncle is once again messing with his letters, notices, posters and such as he walks up the stairs to the top floor. As Boiendl starts muttering to himself Uthor raises a brow then chuckles as Boiendl finishes walking up behind him patting him on the back "More **** mail Uncle?" Boiendl first spazing out and slightly panicking that he was randomly touched and spoken to as he thought he was alone and finishes with a shout of "GAH!" before he sees Uthor and grumbles handing him the notice, Uthor only shooting Boiendl a glare for looking at private letters of House Lords and not for Crazy insane old family members.

"By the Light, They wish to lower the crown authority? Do they not know that we are at war nor do they remember the time when we did have it low when Renatus was by itself and how it almost collapsed the Kingdom and Empire from the inside?" He shakes his head as he remembers his days as a Lieutenant of the Knightly Order and the chaos he had to face when he first joined the Empire in the title of a Knight. As he shoos Boiendl out of his desk and room as he goes to write a letter to The one leading the request.

"House Silverblade and its Vassals of Stafyr's, Ishikiawa, Bealish, and Greymane shall remain neutral on this request and support what ever his Imperial Majesty Godfrey the first of House Horen Decides. I pray to the ones who were back in the old days of the Kingdom of Renatus and early days of the Empire know the strife and tragedies of what is being asked caused. And that the reprucsuions that are spoken do not weaken the Empire not even by a Sliver. We are all sons and daughters of Horen and loyal fighters of the Empire, and we are currently at war with the Elven Kingdom and the War Nation, we should not be bickering on the crown levels at this time until peace is brought between us or until our foes are crushed underneath our boot heels."

-His Grace, Duke Uthor Silverblade the Second.

Uthor takes his wstamp putting his Houses' wax seal on the letter before sending it off.

With the signing of the Treaty of Dalroi, the Empire is once again at peace, and the Emperor is once again given the proposal to consider, with no legal or official impediment holding back his decision.

Caln McHarnish reads the letter and rubs his beard for a moment. He begins to write a letter back.

"The McHarnishs and Rangers of Al'Ildic support this although, we will agree with what the Emperor states."
