Blessings upon you and your house.

The Holy Oren Empire has been a bastion of just righteousness and an enclave of humanity for multiple decades, but it has come to the attention of multiple of your most loyal subjects that like a rose infected by disease there are areas of such a body that are so far removed from the rest that corruption and decay lingers like the plague, and in fact is a plague and pestilence. For like a rose these blackened and rotted areas of the Empire in which God’s light does not shine must be pruned for the greater good, even if the last vestigial life remains in them.

Unfortunately the current crown authority does not permit your righteous vassals to do so, and we believe that the continuation of such a crown authority may well be abused and used as a vessel of further corruption and utter heresy. As your loyal subjects, we ask, nay, beg that you lower the crown authority of the Holy Oren Empire. We have, in accordance with this wish, gathered the signatures of the following noble houses within the Empire. We, as an entity, pray that Your Imperial Majesty is convinced by our argument and our numbers.

 

Should your most gracious sovereign refuse, the supporters of this justified and honorable argument will be most disappointed, and repurcussions for the discontent of its supporters will indefinitely follow. Those in support of this document and argument will refuse to fight offensively for any purpose regarding our most illustrious Empire. For the betterment of the Empire and all of its loyal subjects, we ask that you consider.
