Deep within the Labyrinth of Lin'evral the home of the high elves sits a single piece of parchment. In a curiously glowing silver ink it reads:

 

On this elven day Malinor has once again fallen to the marauding forces of Oren. It therefore is evident that the Old Princedom is no longer capable of providing a stable political and social environment to the mali'aheral and the denizens of Lin'evral. The counts of mistreatment of the mali'aheral by the mali'ker and the princedom's leaders in conjunction with this failure of Malinor reminds us why Haelun'or of Asulon remained a separate entity to Malinor. Before you sits a referendum for the separation of the mali'aheral from Malinor and the restoration of Haelun'or as the nation of Lin'evral. All mali'aheral above the age of fifty are permitted to vote in this referendum.

Silvos grumbles, as he notices one of the gates before the Labyrinth gone. As multiple high elves wander down into it, he follows them still mumbling. He then hastily walks past them, finding Kalenz putting up the referendum. "What the heck do you think you're doing down here!? Can't anyone read signs these days!?"

Swinging his arms about at the people voting, he quickly turns back into another hallway, off to block off the unfinished areas. "No one is to follow me, no one is to come anywhere else then this referendum. And please, next time, do this kind of thing somewhere else for Malin's sake!"

 

Time passes...

After having locked away the unfinished and dangerous areas of the labyrinth, Silvos returns to the table, now finding no one there except Kalenz. Still mumbling, he leaves a note.
