I wish to join the delvers because I would like to be participate in your research and deem it an exiting guild. I know you have a big focus on science and magic, both topics whom interest me greatly. Hopefully it is a place to learn of these topics.

Unison. There must not be /any/ fights or such inside the guild, it will hinder it's operational use.

 

A purpose. A guild must have a purpose, a goal to strive for, or else, it is useless in my eyes.

 

Leadership. Any major organization needs good leadership and a clear set of ranks, or it will not function properly.

 

In your own words describe what you think a delve is:

 

A delve is a scavenge of sorts. It does not have to be for something physical, it can very well be mental, something like, "a delve for knowledge" in which you search and research to find out whatever about a certain topic.

 

If you found an artifact and that artifact could do anything. What would it do?

 

The artifact would show the way to the key of slaying the north. Races and nations may brawl as much as they want, but we must prioritize, for the greatest war of this continent yet, that which will erupt from the north.

Why do you wish to join the Delvers?

 

I spend the vast majority of my time in Ac'talarah anyways and participate in delver activities. I suppose I might as well get a free outfit and housing out of it. I would also like to be able to read in the library without people staring at me for being an outsider.

In your own words describe what you think a delve is:

 

A delve is an activity where a group of people (not to mention floating rocks, walking rocks, and sometimes ghosts) venture into a ruin (more often than not Ac'talarah itself) in order to kill some miracle of nature and bring back some part of its body as a trophy, or go into a ruin and fight monsters to bring back some artifact, or break into a ruin and fight other people to bring back some other thing that may or may not actually be worth anything.

 

If you found an artifact and that artifact could do anything. What would it do?

 

If I found an artifact and that artifact could do anything, the artifact would do everything. Of course, it wouldn't because the world does not bend to my will merely because I want it to (yet).
