((I find that quite ironic, 2 days ago I walked into Vaerhaven to see a man in full chainmaill trying to kill two civilians, had their had been a guard force, I would not of had to have been patrolling to keep things safe. You need a Guard force, not just to help the Kingdom in wars, but to keep your town safe from bandits an assassins etc. Especially considering there are active cannibals in the town aswell.))

 

Yeah, read the addition I added, the pre-existing guard(s) don't do ANYTHING, and need reorganizing/fixing.

((If you would like to complain about a guard force contact me on the forums, teamspeak, or in game and I will gladly talk to you. About your current questions though, in the eyes of the legion, the Talons do not exist, as for the frostshields, they are the military that we supported, Vaerhaven, however, drove them out. I allowed ziko, the new jarl, to organize his new guard force, however, I gave him a deadline which I will now tell you incase he did not. Vaervaven has approximately one and a half weeks to build up a new guard force before they are tested. Vaerhaven's test is to defeat both Kastoria and Brom'kah in a battle, as well as to organize their soldiers into a google doc and present it to myself so that I may keep track of their military. As for your question whoba, the sheriff position is now under the defense commander, roggar.

((I still need to get in touch with the edict leader, and let vaerhaven's guard form, as the only two guard forces that are both stable and that keep me updated are the guard forces of Kal'Halla and that of Brom'Kah.))
