  1. 1. Which Calendar System should we go with?

    • Option 1: 30.4 Year System (8 month)
      21
    • Option 2: 30.4 Year System (12 month)
      55
    • Option 3: 26 Year System (14 month)
      85
    • Option 4: 52 Year System (7 month)
      141
    • Option 5: Other

I know I'm alone when I say I'd appreciate a 12 year system.

Alas, that would never happen. Number 3 seems fair. Not everyone can play every day, and well, it makes little sense if months and months go by missing a few days IG. *shrug*

The problem is that this will happen no matter what system is chosen, including the 12 year system that you want to go for. The only way to prevent this would be if we literally made 1 IRL day = 1 IC day, which is so far out of the question that I'm surprised I even mentioned it. Don't fret though, people have conversations that last days IC, so I'm sure missing a few months IC won't seem like a big deal.

Well it has always been a week for a year as far as I'm concerned, no matter what you do, I'm not thinking otherwise. Change all you want but in my head it is always 1 week.

I'm sticking with option 3. In my opinion it's far fairer then option four and as said by other people so far, not everyone can be on at all times. Option four is in my opinion going to penalize people since their characters if human will live much shorter lives which they might not be able to rp fully due to Real life issues.

I personally prefer option 3, I don't want to see characters forced into aging too rapidly, it feels unnatural and allows little time for those who enjoy playing younger characters to savor the youthful roleplay.

I'd like to go with option three. I feel like that's the right speed to age and in my opinion one week equalling a year is too fast.

True Dat, in about a year IRL, my character would be 200 years old... VERY fast aging.

OPTION TWO IS THE BEST!

Option 4 has my vote. I believe it is simple and easy to go by.

One week is way too short, and two weeks seems a little too long. I think 12 days is a good length of time, although two weeks might be easier to keep track of. However, 12 days/months matches our RL calendar, so that helps for tracking time as well. And of course, Ever's calendar is already using 12 months, so I'm gonna go with option 2.

Option 4 is my choice. Its how I have been aging since I joined.

Option 4 seems to be the best. The longer the year is, the better!

Option 4 is the one with the shortest year, fyi.

Seriously? People are wanting one week is one year? That is radically fast. For a human it would mean you can only play your character for about a year before they are old or dying.

Arzota once more sides with Ever! Though option 4 may be easier, option 2 would make more sense in the way that we get more rp years.

If the community chooses option 4, it better be ready to kill of their characters at the appropriate times then~ Just saying ^^

After taking a good, long look at all of the options and everyone's opinions, Firestar is going with option 2! It seems like a good choice, I'd just have to work with my current aging system(1 week = 1 year) so I would be able to age my characters on certain date(s) without forgetting.

Now I have stated my choice, Firestar out.~
