Minor Empire Issue Completion Act #1 (MEICA #1)

((The document is complete. Any Lord's signatures placed after and including mine will count as a vote for the entire document.))

Four (4) of five (5) Lord signatures are required to make this into an amendment to the articles of Urguan.

1. The permanent removal of the pole and string located in the Merchant's Quarter. *A sketch is attached.* It is very unpleasing to the eye.

2. A one-time bonus of five-thousand (5,000) minas given to each Lord at the beginning of their Lordship.

3. Requests for supply deliveries from the Kingdom to each guild can be made by the Leaders of each guild. Each supply delivery should not be valued at more than two-thousand five-hundred (2,500) minas in goods or five-thousand (5,000) minas in currency. A majority vote of at least 3/5ths by the Lords must follow each request for supplies and/or funding for it to be approved. Only one request per guild can be accepted within one Elven week.

4. Leaders of the King's council are to receive one (1) farm animal of choice from the Kingdom every 2 Elven Weeks. The animal will only be given on request. A farm animal is defined as any animal kept for use or profit.

5. Part 2 of this document is to be abolished immediately.

"Alroight. Now t'at 'erry'uns opinions be counted. Soine below fer t'e acceptance of t'e entire document."

((Note that the reason why I wanted you to put numbers to show your opinion. All signatures to approve the document as a whole will be placed below mine. If you've signed already, please sign again.))

"Ah support t'e MEICA #1!"

Nalro signs the amendment.

((Doom, we're now signing for the document as a whole. This is partially my fault. I should have proposed a draft first then had everyone voice their opinions then sign. My bad. But everyone who has signed after my name is voting for the passage of the ammendment as a whole.))

Nalro crumples up the draft and begins writing the final copy.

((It's become a bit of a mess on my part. I probably should have consulted other lords and the king on these issues. Although I have support, some of the other bits of the amendment have been made irrelevant.))
