"If it only were that easy..."

Upon looking greatly upon the letter being written a small frown appears from the side of his face before he turns to one of the wolves standing nigh to him. He begins to kneel before rubbing his head gently as the evening breeze rolls through the sky. Brightened sunlight echoes past mountains before he stands turning back to the letter.

"One must see that some destruction can only create pain and horror upon those the aspects created for ones such as yourself to live. Evocation as you speak is and will only bring destruction and chaos."

he slowly sighs for a moment rubbing the button of the letter for a moment. He begins to raise his hand towards the top before fiddling with the rustles of the tip. he grasps the top before ripping down. the page that was placed upon the cross-road pillar now floating in the wind no longer to be sighted by those that wish to teach and learn destruction.

((Aka: I pulled the letter down))

Elindor walks past the crossroads, his eyes flicking to something taking off in the breeze. He pauses for a moment, estimating velocity and wind resistance. The old man hold out his hand as the note ceases along its path and flicks around, carefully coming to rest upon the wrinkled palm. He reads over it, first laughing, then furrowing his brow with concern. He mutters into his beard.

"This would probably work. These days at least."

Elindor walks over to the edge of the road, places the note upon the ground with a small rock on top to keep it held. He then sits down upon a patch of grass with his legs folded. With his eyes intent upon the note the old man is no longer seen. In his place is a small shrub, oddly glimmering in the sunlight.

Cir'dian can be seen to pause, eyes swiftly scanning through the contents of the paper before a faint smirk appears over his features. He reaches upwards, grasping onto the paper as he then pulls it from the wall. Looking down briefly to it, Cir'dian's right eye twitches as he inhales a calm breath, a darkness forming at the corner of the paper as water is soaked into it. He maintains this until the paper is completely soaked, right eye twitching once more as the paper seems to take on a new sheen. Cir'dian adjusts his grip on the paper before slamming it from corner to corner between his hands, the frozen over paper fragmented as it then drops to the ground.

Cir'dian smirks faintly, shaking his head as he adjusts his grip on his staff before simply turning and making his way down the road. The water within the paper dissipating as he takes his leave.

The glimmering bush has disappeared. Elindor stands over the crumbled remains of the note. Not wanting the young malleable mind in search of magic that wrote it to think that their quest should come to an end, he picks up all the paper fragments and one at a time dissolves them into the void to no longer exist within this realm.

He then draws in the dirt with the end of his staff. A few crude words in the hope the message might get through,

"Those who chase find only tails. A hearts desire comes up heads"

After watching Lavimellia re-write the note and pin it back up, Posco Bramble runs up to the note tears it down, rips it up, and stomps on the little bits of paper left over. As he mashes the rest of the note into the mud with his hairy feet he shouts to himself.

"Ain' no proper 'Alflin' sposed 'o learn any wa'er magic!"

Suddenly Posco stops.

"Wai'."

He mutters to no one in particular.

"If wa'er is a type o' liquid ... and so is ale .. OH BLOODY BRAMBLE BUSH! I've jus' deprived some 'Alflin' from learning' 'ow 'o conjure up ale!"

Posco quickly tries to recover what's left of the note but to no avail. After a quick glance about the area he slowly backs away, then breaking out into a mad dash  hoping that no one saw him commit his crime against ale magic.

The high elf in white and blue robes shakes his head as he looks at the note. "Once again it is here. Maybe I should teach him." He mutters quietly to himself before writing up his own small respond.

"I shall teach you, if you follow my instructions. Get hit by lightning and survive.
Stay completly under the sea for ten days in a row.
Remove a singel lung as it will simply interrupt my teachings.
Lastly, find Void.

-Void"

*walked up to the notes to read the new one, she then wrote a letter and pinned it slightly over it*

Mr/Mrs "void" Or whom ever wrote this note. Firstly Your Requests are Near impossible, The only ones I deem Remotely Plausible is Being Hit by Lightning and Living and being underwater for days, since technically you could dig under the ocean and live quite a while under it. Also if your name is Void, or if Your Playing at words to Determine Wether or not i know what the Void is, Then I know about it. not much But I do know a little. So Thank You, for your consideration.

Yours - Lavimellia Cloacklow

Near glances to the paper, glaring at it for a period of time before crying out and tearing it down. He flips the poster, scrawling in dark lettering,

"I suggest you cease your searching."

He repins the poster with a heavy knife, and then spits, turning to walk away, his mood fouled.

*On her way toward Vaerhaven with a stack of books for the shop Leyu stops and reads the note, sees the crumples of paper upon the ground and the cruel things others have left behind.

*Reaching into her pack she pulls forth a bottle of ink and a piece of carefully crafted parchment.

"Dear child, do not give up hope. If your heart is pure, and your desire earnest you will find the teacher you seek. There are many rocks which one must step over to climb the mountains, but the view makes the effort worth the while."

*She then attaches the letter underneath the note.

Gestahl rides his Swine Steed past the crossroads and spys the notes on the ground and pinned back up.

He shakes his head and laughs. He holds the carrot tied to his magic garden hoe infront of Abner as the piggie continues south toward Urgan lands.

"If only it were that easy"
