I. Concerning Edginess
 
- Edginess an an increasing issue within the glorious city of Abresi.
 
- Edginess is defined as ability or want to act in a generally ridiculous manner

II. Concerning Levels of Edginess
 
- Edginess will be defined on vary levels of edginess.
 
- Stage One edginess is defined as having an edginess rating of two.
 
​- Stage Two edginess is defined as having an edginess rating of four.
 
- Stage Three edginess is defined as having an edginess rating of six.
 

Edginess Points

- Bearing of Katana                   -> +1 edginess rating [easterners exempt]
- Bearing of hidden blades         -> +1 edginess rating
- Bearing of throwing knives      -> +1 edginess rating
- Wearing a mask                      -> +1 edginess rating
- Wearing a hood                       -> +1 edginess rating
- "Incredible good looks"           -> +1 edginess rating
- Abnormal vertical length          -> +1 edginess rating [+5ft for dwarves, +7ft for humans and elves, +10 ft for orcs]
- Skull on side of hood                -> +5 edginess rating

- Red eyes                                  -> +1 edginess rating [cave dwarves + darkies exempt]

- Hostile brandishing of Kebabs -> +6 edginess rating

- Roof clibming                           -> +1 edginess rating [treasurers + royalty exempt]
 
More may be added without notice.

 

- No exemption may be granted by any individual besides the guard captain or royalty.

III. Concerning Penalties
 
- Stage One edginess is to be punished with a 100 minas fine.
 
- Stage Two edginess is to be punished with a 300 minas fine and perpetuator is to be thrown from the city until such time as the edginess is rectified.
 
- Stage Three edginess is to be punished with execution with no trial.

 

- All city watchmen are given permission to carry out these orders.

((It would actually be very nice and if these were expanded upon and made properly serious. With a little adding and replacing involved it would be a breeze. For example, if edginess were re-termed "Indecency" and you started making laws for women letting their shoulders show, etc.))
