Your View: The Most Pressing Issues

Hello ladies, folks and others,

 

Just a quick 'Your View' today. I simply want to know what you guys feel we - the entire staff team - should be focusing mainly on currently. It's good for us to have a gauge of what y'all think are the 'big' issues right now, so please do ensure you pop up a post below.

 

Try and keep your posts to the point and not overly-long please, I ain't asking for essays - quick posts outlining your opinion.

 

As usual, do remember however, what's said in this thread doesn't necessarily mean it's exactly what we'll be doing -- we're only asking opinions!

Finally getting the Magic plugin pushed through would be nice. I mean, /really nice/. I've been seeing a lot of new coders work on all these new plugins, and while I DO like them, I feel that the Magic plugin should be taking precedence over these.

Something that keeps mounted horses from disappearing forever on server restarts. Not sure how you'll manage that, but I wish you the best of luck.

Truth be told, I think that the administration is doing quite well and should continue along their current path. If anything, it's the playerbase that still needs to change its mentality.

From what I've heard, the administration needs to be more active with GM's so that they can create more events, items and RP in general.

Magic and the fixing/implementation of all the antagonist related plugins. The lag seems to have been fixed, but we can't get back to doing our thing until we have everything ship shape and ready to go. Until all of this is fixed we can't open the North - which has been delayed for 6 months now. We don't like keeping you waiting, guys, but these things are out of our control.

Get some new admins.

 

They are the roots of the server and everything needs to go through them until the server can improve. Feet dragging is going on and It's not good enough. The other players and I do not care if only two of the four admins want new admins, give us them regardless, because that is the reason why it hasn't happened.

In addition to getting new admins, let's begin phasing out these OOC permission rules which have plagued the server for so long. Lets break the horrible attitudes of players who whine when they lose something.

There hasn't been any new teams added? The rank for Team Leaders isn't a new team, it's a rank that allows them to access the ACP which GMs couldn't - ain't no new team.
