    This has gotten to a point where misinformation seems to have spread way too much and having a discussion on this topic seems beyond pointless to me at least. Aiim's ban appeal was properly addressed. This entire issues regarding cyberbullying and what not has been addressed, too. Even the Skype rule set has been addressed and is being reworked as we speak by the GM team. Another informational news post regarding this problem will most-likely be available within the next 24 hours.

    The Halloween atmosphere always makes me remember the Halloween we celebrated in Aegis. Where Undeads would take you to the Nether and show you around, people had tons of fun and the Cloud Temple area was completely changed. I'd sacrifice a virgin to travel back in time just for that

    "Compromise." Heard of it? I think it's a great word in this context. Everyone is getting something out of the new VA system and hey, that's pretty cool. You want to be treated like the wise Gandalf himself, enjoying all the freedom you could ever wish for? Show the staff that everyone in this community is capable of being like that and we're good to go. Rules, "checks" and balances are put in place to regulate and to remain (civil and social) structures. Without them, there'd be chaos & anarchy. In fact, rules and balances are there to ensure things work out rather smoothly for everyone. I don't think there's any point in discussing this any further but I agree with you - only time will show.
