    A plugin shouldn't follow every single bit of the weirdo lore, just make it simple with only basic spells of each magic, pew pew.

    I stole some items from an unlocked chest, then I took a fast travel to my home, no one noticed me or cared about me taking some items. But hey at least I'm not banned.

      What you don't seem to understand about how they got banned is they took a fast travel and then stole from some chests, not the other way around. 
      They even returned the **** they stole.

Just don't focus too much on the lore when making a plugin. But for gods sake let us at least see it in action rather than throw in the trash can after a 100 years of promises.

    Loot=Money=Personal Interest, and a reason to raid. Don't add any strict ooc restrictions on raiding, At least if you're at war with someone, there should be little to no ooc restrictions to raiding at all. The consequences of banditry/raiding should be IC, not OOC. If you can't protect yourself, hire mercenaries, if you don't have money or a profitable income, don't run a town. Perhaps implement a system for settlements to call for help within an area. Like farming village is being raided, they sound the *insert realistic roleplay alarm* and the soldiers in the nearby military fortress or larger city would rally to defend the village. And in this case, I think it would be fair for the defenders to simply put on their common status and join the fight(if pvp is going on in the village). I also think Lotc should stop changing the same rules over and over again just to adapt for the current situation, then to be changed again when the nations evolve or fall.

    "In order to engage in PvP you must have sufficient roleplay to do so, even if a player is running from ‘Halt!’ you may not PvP them." Can this be ignored  if you're attacking someone who is banished/KOS or a common enemy? This isn't an attempt to be salty or anything, I'm honestly curious. How much rp do you actually need in these situations? If you start emoting, they'll easily get away by running mcly, but the rule states a "Halt" isn't enough.

      Running away does not start PVP default, it just allows for the other side to down you (you can't turn around and fight back if you are running away). On the other hand, the KOS, banished stuff, if the KOS person is just running around the area, shout for your friends to gather. You need to roleplay to attack him, but it doesn't actually have to be directly to the person. You can roleplay gathering your forces and telling them to apprehend the person which is KOS or banished. Then you need to talk or emote towards the KOS person, but if you have been rp'ing about him before, you don't need more than a line or two before you down them to then revive them and continue rp. If they are banished in a place and are there, then they are roleplaying being there even if they don't emote or talk.

      Yeah it just seems like that was completely ignored in the recent ban report. Feels like they punished the reported players only because they've had an ugly background.

    The thing with minecraft, even if it these days would seem like a game for little kids, you have countless of options how you want to rp. But I would defiantly support a custom launcher with mods and textures. But there will always be issues with modded servers. Of course if someone could pull off a functional custom game made for LOTC with same opportunities then hell yeah.

I've recently been given a place withing what used to be Adria and I can't have perms to my own home? At least give someone from Oren's leadership ownership perms.
