  2. Looks pretty good tbf, just the Gms need to know what they're doing and make sure people don't swap items around or burn items while the GM isn't looking, maybe have 2 Gms watching over a heist.
  3. @Dreek In-Game Name: Anderssn Request: Move Vrakai Subforum from Renatus to Human/Independant section. And change title from Republic of Vrakai to State of Vrakai. The republic of Vrakai was split in half, Belvitz and the southern side was given to Adria who are vassals of Renatus while the Northern side of Vrakai remained independent as a mercenary state.   4. @501warhead@Knox You claim to have plans to do a lot of stuff with the teams, but we don't see that. This post sure is the first step but we've been seeing these "first steps towards better communications" several times the past two years. I know my attitude as WD was probably a tiny bit toxic and my rants are usually that. But heres a suggestion for real. Make an openly available schedule, or a General development Roadmap for lotc. Put it on the front page of the forums/website and keep updating as things change etc. Not only will it give the community a general idea of whats going on and whats to come, and what the staff are doing. Link posts to each topic on the schedule or somewhere with an explanation to each, and try to elaborate and go directly to business with them, as you can see it only aggravates us when the communication coming from the staff is mainly misdirection or avoiding the actual issue(s) at hand. You don't have to wait for the project to start to post about it, if you have an idea and a potential solution to one of the servers many issues, inform the community and give a rough estimated time frame for it. Something like this could put some pace into the work schedule too, give time limits and deadlines for team's projects to make them actually work their sloth asses. There's no denying the staff at least the GMs tend to work extremely slowly. Like when you guys set a date for raid rules release 5 weeks ahead, the GMs didn't touch the google drive for 4 weeks and basically completed all of the rules within the last week because it was the deadline. Just give a the real needed amount of time for them to complete the task, if they don't stick to time limit then whip their asses and warn their director. Td;lr Roadmap/schedule for all staff and server projects available to everyone.

    Much of the administration care so much about the server they fail to see that its their gigantic ego and overprotectiveness that causes so many issues especially for the staff's work environment. F

  8. THE CONTRACT OF GOLD AND ONYX, 8th of Amber Cold, 1667 Information spread quick, the Reivers subjugating underneath the Kingdom of Courland. It did not take long after this before Charles issued a meeting with the Reivers long-term feuding enemies - The Reiters. Upon the meeting, a contract was quickly reached between the two parties. With that, the Reiters would join the coalition against the proclaimed Kingdom of Courland. The Terms, agreed upon by both nations, are as followed: The Reiter Company agree to the basic terms of a form of alliance between the two groups. They shall fight side-by-side against the common foes. The Reiter Company and the Kingdom of Renatus-Marna and the subsequent soldiers, citizens and mercenaries underneath each group will not commence in conflict or any actions of aggression towards one another for the duration of the contract. The Reiter Company will sully their forces forth for sieges, skirmishes and raids if called upon during the war against the A.R.A. Agreed, and additionally for the battlefields, 6 hours is way too long and it will force everyone to camp and sit for several hours and will probably get really boring as soon as the other side stops trying, while taking a break will put the flag at risk. So lower battlefield times please. Also another concern of mine is that unless we get a mechanic way to set the respawn timers, it would be very hard to keep track of everyone's 10 minutes. As for CBs, one issue is that right now there are no different types of WAR. It's always conquest or destruction. CBs should be the base for different types of War, not a way to limit war. And with several different types of CBs combined you can make out your war goals. Religious Wars: Schism/Crusade with relative CB(s) where goals may be limited to forcing or banning a certain religion. Aggression Wars: Conquest for territory or subjugation etc. War of Succession/Civil wars, when the seat of power is contested by many. Rebellion/Revolution/Independence War. Humiliation and Pillage. You get the idea. Also will the sides have forts like in warzones and how will you tackle retreating from battle(/mainsend?) Personally I'd prefer no forts or very limited forts, something you can't just camp or hide in, but works as a spawn location.

  12. At least the layout is better, but I think it's still a bit too messy and confusing for new players. Also sucks that everyone is cutting the iron price way low as usual.

  14. I like the idea but with no pet protection someone might just steal your pots without any rp at all and run off, and if it's a crowd theres no telling who took them. Pet plugin and decent horses when?

Should've regioned central tiles of the map, have nations at more relative and equal distances when possible (CT -> Marna and CT -> Orcs are ideal distances for nations) And only allowed freebuild on outer tiles of the map. Limited plots for purchase on the central tiles with activity checks if there were regioned tiles. Activity checks on nations and nuke the 1 man nations. die
