This event proposal has not been filled out properly, also lore on dragons is in quite a disputed place at the current moment. In it's current state, it definitely would not be considered by the ET because of the lack of depth and also its potential to cause alot of strife among the LMs and ETs respectively.

Hopefully both, it depends on the amount of ET I can get to help me to spread it around timezones or not.
