    Guards being able to determine if a fight within the city is RP or PVP is absolute garbage!

      Not defender default, Corvoo I approve of defender default. I don't approve of guards being able to determine what a situation turns to if it happens within the limits of their city be it RP or PVP; that is what I disagree with.

      Guards are more often the defenders in a situation. I think guards being able to choose the combat style makes sense with defender default because they are defending their city against those that break crimes. So while they are instigating combat in some moments, it's because the person is breaking laws which could be considered an attack against the settlement.
