  1. Guards being able to determine if a fight within the city is RP or PVP is absolute garbage!

      @Penguin Guards have usually been the defender in most situations.  So the rule with them getting to decide what happens no matter what is rather dumb. There's been a few situations where the guards have taken things too far, making them seem like the bad guy

      I'd say that's a luxury, but also the employment of this rule deprives users of roleplay based attack methods very little room to defend theirselves against a corrupt or biased guard force that determines attack based upon someones racial features or simply OOC hate. So I say perhaps allowing guards to choose PVP/RP if the person be banished or wanted is perfectly respectable and understandable, but I ask for sub rules to be added to this rule to determine when such a guard could over rule the defensive/offensive parties choice on weather a battle or brawl be PVP or RP.

      Unworkable. Subrules for defender default make it more and more complex. This is the kind of inefficiency that you have to deal with when choosing defender default. We can have pvp default if you prefer?
