Put your all into making your roleplay enjoyable for others, and don't feed the trolls.

You don't have to change the whole server, just the server that's around you. I doubt anyone can single-handedly change a community, but each single positive interaction can make things a wee better for anyone in your vicinity. However, people come and people go, and sometimes it's all you can do to be glad they found what they were looking for, even if it's elsewhere. ~<3

Don't make a topic about it. Those have been tried and failed. More often then not, not helping the community at all but damaging it.
