[Pending] Processed ruibirum needs to be reworked, as in its current state it is liable to be used for powergaming. The lore simply states it improves focus, and without any context or guidelines this makes it too open-ended.

It's a widely held belief in RP, however the server-wide rule is that any member of the descendant races has the same potential to use magic as any other. So, no, any dwarf can learn magic.

In every single map transition I've been part there has never been a mix up with who gets what boat.

This current Guild has been deemed inactive and has hereby been moved. If you wish to appeal this decision you must present evidence to myself proving the guild is still active.

They've always been hurt by the offensive holy magic such as from war clerics, but they can also be healed by clerics, albeit less effectively. Unless that's also been changed with this post.

That was removed and is one of the things being proposed. The curse being unremovable was part of the original lore, the part where it could be was an addition by Cappy.

They're on the magic list under dark magic. Frost witches still go through the magic app and teaching process. But the method of their creation means they are more like a monster with innate abilities than a mage or wizard practicing a magic. The magic falls under both dark magic and 'deity' magic similar to shamanism. Their power comes from an unknown spirit or deity, and they manipulate the element of ice rather than evoking it, similar to elemental shamans or druids.

I personally just rp my character as distrusting the monks to avoid the awkwardness of reviving, but this is a pretty good solution to the whole thing. +1
