    Haven’t owned land since Anthos. On 7.0 I’m looking to get a farmstead that isn’t way out in freebuild wilds. Anyone have any tips for going about acquiring it?

      I imagine there will be rural settlements in human lands, I’m sure you could approach someone there and they would probably be happy to have you as a tenant.

      1.12 forge is up in a beta build, Can't get optifine working with it, and MPM's old version doesn't seem to be working either. Let me know if anyone finds a fix for either

    Anyone know of any non-war oriented guilds or communities in LotC? Ran around for a bit today after a years hiatus and didn't get much RP.

      Lots of the magical communities tend to stray from combat. You could check out some of the holy orders, or the spook orders.

    Thanks LotC, you've ruined one of the most interesting things in the server that actually gives you something to work for. I honestly don't see much to do in LotC anymore...

      Think of it this way, if magic becomes much more available - it won't take long for people to think it's old news because it will no longer seen as such a status symbol, then it's back to being rare again when the initial excitement dies down.

      tldr; Just play it out or keep the "Criticisms" in the feedback threads!
