    Is it really true that Permakills are no longer permanent? I've overheard GMs giving some players permission (besides sala, of course.)

      Yes, but if they merely take a break from the character longer than a week directly after a death, it's automatically a perma.

      Someone says they're character's death is perma, it should be perma. If you're unsure, make it clear that they're MIA. Otherwise, you're in for a world of trouble and drama.
