Anyone else ever have those "Down for no reason" days?

I ย feel it completely. Probably just good for you to attempt and talk to someone about it. I've been having one of those days today, except this is slight reason. Go watch a video, listen to music, read or do something else to take your mind off it. Breathing and simply closing your eyes and relaxing really helps! If all else fails, I don't know you but I'm here if you need someone to talk to! (Even though I'm going to bed.) Have a nice evening and smile! :D
