      I agree with Jraie, All the decisions that the staff make are for the good of LOTC, it may not be the "Popular" choice but it is the best choice.

      Shift if it is the staff's call tell the server that all decisions, bans, and server direction is absolutely the staff's call. Right now people do not know if they have an actual say, or if the server is strictly controlled by the staff. Make it clear to them that the staff is the be all end all and that will be the final arguement.
