What makes a person suited for the position? I'm interested but I don't really know what you're looking for.

Good question! For the magic side of things, you need to have a good grasp on magic lore (it can be specialized such as clerics or it can be something broad, such as general voidal). You will be expected to handle TAs and things of that nature, so you will need to know these magics well. In addition, the magics you know will be something that you will be expected to help moderate if an issue if a powergamer or somethign comes up, provide input on future magic lore that involves said lore, things of that nature.

For the lore sect, you'll be expected to be able to write lore for various projects (for example, for new maps the LT will be responsible with writing lore for sections of it) which is expected to mesh with our current lore or help update outdated lore. So we'll need competent and flexible writers who are capable of meeting deadlines, essentially. In addition to this, the lore sect also votes on lore with the magic sect, discussing if a piece is balanced, if it fits the current canon, what the issues are, et cetera.

That's a brief overview and I'm probably forgetting something though, I'll add on to this after I finish eating if I remember anything.

Just as an update to my fans, we were close to a compromise but he would not budge on me not being able to have a banner ontop of the stream that said '**** LEOWARRIOR' and 'LERIC IS AN -expletive-' so we couldn't come to an agreement sadly.
