  there are people on the team that i would not be able to / refuse to work with for personal reasons
  
  i dont play the server enough to be a good/viable choice
  
  i dont care enough about the server to want to generate the effort and drive required to make the server better
  
  my own mental stability is know where near sound enough to balance that, school, personal life issues etc etc
