Anywhere. But the main elf cities are linandria for wood elves, ker'nor/warhawke camp (I think kernor is more active rn but not sure) for dark elves, haelun'or for high elves.

Find something your character is interested, and pursue that; see where it takes them. For instance, perhaps you want to become a stonemason, but (x) nation is the only one with the (x) rocks you want to work with. Go to the nation, and then ask around, you'll probably even make some friends along the way too! You don't have to be bound to one area as an elf, and can make little quests for yourself like this to make more interesting RP for you, and others involved. They don't even have to be super grand quests, just day to day things that would make your character happy.
