FOR THE GLORY OF FENN

-Description-

The Fenn'sil or The Frozen Blades is the official military force of the Princedom of Fenn, with Mali'fenn, Mali'ker, Mali'ame, Half-Elves, and Humans serving within its ranks. They protect their own and any Mali deemed worthy of protection.

 

-Purpose-

The purpose of the Fenn'sil is to defend their kin and Mali deemed worthy of defending

 

-The Three Laws-

The Fenn'sil hold three valuable laws that they stick to each battle and each control. The Laws insure they maintain profession during their tasks and set example to all that disobey the law.

 

Protection - The Fenn'sil are ordered to keep the public citizens safe from any danger if that be putting their life at risk to say a civilian if an enemy is about to cut them down. The Ivae’fenn are to protect the populace and stop criminals or enemies from harming anyone.

 

Retribution - The Fenn'sil can not let something slip past them. If someone assaults an Ivae’fenn soldier or harms a civilian. Retribution will be made and then offender will be punished. The Fenn'sil will back their own back and as the soldiers say ‘ An eye for an eye ‘

 

Vindication - The Fenn'sil must set an example to the public so that the citizens will not offend. This is not to scare civilians but to show and inform that the Ivae’fenn are in control. This means offenders must be punished to set an example. Many public executions are done to set the example and to make sure no one disobeys the law.

 

 

 

-Ranks-

Lord Commander

The Lord Commander holds a position within the Grand Council and leads the Fenn'sil. It's his duty to oversea all defenses. maintain internal functions within the Fenn'sil, and do all else required in order to benefit the Mali.

 

First Warden

The first among the Wardens, Directs the movements and tasks of the other Wardens and their squads passing along orders from the Lord Commander. Responsible for organizing training exercises, directing other Wardens in their duties, assigning the guard roster. Leading the First Regiment

 

Warden

The Wardens hold equivalent rank to sergeants. There are several of them, and it's their responsibility to train the soldiers and lead them into battle as well. Warden's must have superb leadership skills and vast experience in combat. 

 

First Guardian

The first among the Guardians, each regiment of the Ivae'Fenn has one First Guardian, essentially the units greatest fighter after the units Warden the First Guardian is responsible for protecting the regiment's Warden and assuming command of the Regiment should the Warden fall in battle.

 

Guardian

Guardians are the average soldiers of the Ivae'Fenn. They fight in tight units during battles, guard the Princedom, and do all else the Lord Commander and Wardens require of them. While they are able to lead Initiates, it's rare they are put in positions of leadership.

 

Initiate

Initiates are citizens who have just joined the Ivae'Fenn. During this stage, they are trained in commands, weaponry, and other concepts that will be vital for their success. Until such a time as they are ready, they perform menial labor within the ranks of the Ivae'Fenn, though they shall still fight in battles.

 

Special Combatant

Special Combatants are those who are within the government of the Princedom yet are still willing to fight. In the chain of command, all of them except the Grand Prince is equivalent to a Guardian. The Grand Prince operates alongside the Lord Commander, able to take his place if he is slain, and giving advice.
