  4. ╔════════════《✧》════════════╗ It was just after the Hyspia Social Season's Debut event. Panya quickly ran home to change out of her dress and put on her armor. Stashing away her countless items and suit up. The panic of the Rah'tumans to get weapons, armor, and shields. And at the last moment, a few bottles of Auric oil. ╚════════════《✧》════════════╝ . . . ╔════════════《✧》════════════╗ Despite the efforts of Panya, and her multiple attempts to pull her new brother backwards. Bones continued to rip out of her grasp, at one point in the fight she realized that she may be holding him back. So she let go. Upon splitting up with her brother, she continued to keep her eye on him. As one of the Anchors had been taken out with the Auric oil of Bones, she was quick to climb down and lay on her stomach to crawl to the end of the roof. In which, she went on to hand him the Auric oil. As she was laying down, her defenses off her mother for just a moment, Akeketah was thrown into her godfather. An attack was attempted, but Panya had no luck. Her blades simply sliding off of Draz. Within just seconds of her running to her family, she tilts her head to the side to her a yell coming from the direction of her brother. “FUR RAH’TUMA!!!” A Yell that echoed throughout the lands, her eye grew wide to see such a small, 3'0 feet Goblin. At the mere age of ten, be able to skewer someone so strong. Within moments, she runs off the roof to hug and congratulate Bones. Even a month later, at the Hyspia Social Season, She continues to brag about her brothers accomplishments. Someone she had went up to, and offered a home. Someone she thought would need training and patience, proving himself within a mere matter of days.   6. Akeketah Luceran read over the missive with a proud smile, a tear streaming down her cheek. She did not cry of sadness, but she cried of proudness for her newly adopted goblin child. The mother was gifted with yet another child destined for greatness. "Bones - I have truly been blessed with your arrival. I am proud to call you my son," she says aloud to the young child and pulling him into a hug. "All my children shall prosper in the lands of Ka'tau! Heketa Ka'tau! Heketah Oti! Heketa Amaunet!   10. [!] Bones had rallied to Uncle O’s outpost with the rest of the Rah’muns, taking up a cannon in the boar they drove to breach the city. After successfully breaching the city wall with cannonballs, Bones narrowly avoided being clobbered by one of the many demons which held the city, raising his shield to protect himself. With one swing of his war axe, it was reduced to ash. Inside the city, Bones moved to the front line as he saw a large wave of armored foes, readying his mace. Right as he moved to attack, a wave of malflame appeared behind him and his comrades, burning him as he fell to the ground. All this pain did was enrage him. He felt the desire to spill his enemies blood. He moved forth and felled several armored Kozun demons, before staying back to protect his Pharaoh as the demon king Draz-Kalthazar became more active. As the battle went on, he saw a bottle of auric oil dismantle one of the anchors holding the ritual in place. Having one on his person as well, he and the Pharaoh moved towards the ritual. Before they could strike, Draz-Kalthazar struck the Pharaoh, sending him flying across the battlefield. Enraged that he could not stop this, Bones threw his bottle on the anchor, watching its evil magic fade into nothingness. He ran to his sister, Panya, to retrieve another bottle, only to see the last anchor diminished as well. Two Rah’mun priests, Nebkhet-Sha and Akeketah, screamed mighty prayers to Lord Oti, King of Moonlight, and Amauent, lady of vitality and Heka, exhorting their aid to strike the demon king with spiritual judgment. Akeketah’s spell manifested into her hand as an ethereal crescent moon, the Priestess commanding it to arc across the sky and strike true against the demons flesh. Oti’s Heka caused the sun to strike against Kalthazar, his skin furiously singed by the spell. The demon king then struck against the Rah’mun priests, tossing Akeketah into Nebkhet, now endangering the rest of the Rah’mun assault. Two Rah’mun priest-magicians casting spells at Draz-Kulthazar Bones witnessed these events with horror which motivated him to decisive action. He knew what to do. To protect his family, his city, and his Pharaoh, Bones would slay this blight on the land. Pouring the oil on his spear, he ran forth at the demon king. Yelling with all the fury and vigor he had in him, Bones called out; “FUR RAH’TUMA!!!” As he skewered Draz Kalthazar clean through his chest, ending the demon king's existence. Watching him melt away into nothing but ash. Templars, heroes, warriors, and divines all tried to end the Isfetian King, but only Bone’s strike truly ended the beast. Bones was then hailed as a champion of Kalthet, the great spirit of Wit and Strategy in war, and canonized in the long history of Rah’mun machimoi heroes. [!] A missive is distributed across Aevos and especially the country of Koyuni, placed by unknown couriers presumably under the influence of the Rah’mun morale. The missive is sealed with a golden ankh cross which is surrounded by a set of hieroglyphs that are shaped like a cowhead and lioness head. The following is seen upon opening the missive Leh-iy to the denizens of Aevos. I am Pharaoh Atemu-Ta, voice of Ka’tau and leader of the Rah’mun peoples. I write to you with good news that should settle the troubled Ib of all pure peoples across Aevos. There is much darkness across this world in light of recent events. The draconic Isfetians and their cursed father arise from the north, Iket - known as Gashadokuro - claims domain over the blossoms of Koyuni, and the Harrower threatens the safety of all descendants. In light of these horrific Isfetian evils, hopelessness becomes a common response to those of us who value safety, truth, and purity for our nations. But the Gods of Ka’tau are raising mighty champions to meet the occasion we find ourselves in. Bones, a goblin child who recently became a member of Rah’mun civilization, is responsible for the felling of the Isfetian monarch known as Draz-Kalthazar. Kalthazar assisted Iket in overtaking Sakagakura with hordes of demons and other manner of Isfetians, and then held the territory under a tyrannical rule for many moons. Under the guidance of Kalthet and Tetu, two mighty Rah’mun gods of battle, Bones defied the odds and landed the killing blow on the demonic king, single-handedly ending his influence over the mortal world and sending his men into retreat. The extraordinary fact is Bones’s age - they are little more than a child by normal standards, and yet their soul is a mighty testament to the power of the Gods. Bones’s victory over this ancient evil proves that our people are uniquely positioned to restore the spiritual law of Ka’tau - order, truth, justice, harmony - over the whole of creation once more. All who follow the path of Ka’tau and venerate our Gods can also take up the banner of their causes and wield divine gifts towards righteous ends. Every Isfetian at every reach of Aevos will eventually know the wrathful sting of Ka’tau upon their souls delivered by the champions of the Gods. May Champion Bones’s name be sung throughout the realms and his achievements be immortalized in Rah’mun history. Iket, his foul Hexicanum will fall next to the wrath of the Gods. May the forces of purity march with spears held high and Khopeshes at the ready. May Isfet be doomed to defeat. Through a breach made by the Oyashi Super Weapon SEIDAINA INOSHISHI, fighters from the Sakuragakure Ashigaru, the Rah’tuman, Númenedain and Reinmaren warbands were able to enter the village with minimal destruction to the integrity of the occupied capital and secure Ugokoyama Castle immediately before eradicating all demonic threats that were not routed including the occupying general of Gashadokuro’s forces, sent to oblivion for 1,000 years by the hand of the Rah’tuman BONES. In truth Gashadokuro comes from a legacy that has long followed and plagued the Oyashi and Li-ren before Hirano Shinji became who he was. He is the son of the Laughing Hag, a vampyric horror who terrorized the Jade State of Yopinawa beginning one hundred and fifty years ago. It is a shameful era to speak of when from the outside world Oyashi and Li-ren were snatched up by racist hakujin Savoyards to be crucified along their bridge in long rows of death and embarrassment. From inside our homes where respite was meant to be found though, yokai terrorized and tortured us the same. And our people could not come together to solve these problems. It was when I became Shugo with the loss of Tetsugawa at the hands of the Mori years after Yopinawa did I make a vow; NEVER AGAIN. Never again would we allow an injustice to our people go unanswered. Never again would a debt to us go unpaid. Never again would we experience a century of humiliation at the hands of racist white devils and yokai. And never again could we as a people tolerate the darkness within our own. What was the reason for leaving Oyashima and the Lu-Zhou peninsula if we will abuse the same means that have blighted our home? As a result of this lesson unlearned by some though, Hirano Shinji ushers in THE SECOND ECLIPSE and damns the descendants of Ai-zho. While the Mani exist within Aspectism as servants of the Aspects, it does not involve the reverence of the Mani, as such customs are upheld by the Wild Faith. He is revered for instilling the necessity of the balance through the death and recycling of living matter. His duties are often witnessed in the primal instincts of predators as they stalk and hunt their prey, and the nourishment of dying fauna and flora upon the surrounding environment. Thus, some rituals are dedicated to both Aspects, to call upon their might and blessings in recognition of their union. Essence of War A ritual for warriors preparing for battle, spoken after consuming a vial of boar’s blood, deemed the essence of Cernunnos. The Three Tenets After the schisms of the children of Malin, Irrin Sirame emerged to guide the faithful of Malin’s kin into the forests to adapt pure, natural lifestyles as the Aspects had originally intended. These elves and their Seeds would eventually bow to the guidance of the druidic dragaar Taynei’hiylu, a creature in direct service to the Aspects themselves, who became their prophet and dictated the three tenets of Aspectism. I. Prayer and Offering “Always worship the mother and father. Hold them dear to your heart. Have their names upon your lips when you experience fortune, and pray to them when you face suffering. Leave offerings, material or symbolic, before their sacred fire.” The first tenet of Aspectism is that of worship to the Aspects themselves. Such worship not only honours the deities that created the natural realm, but also honours the memory of Malin himself, who held the Aspects in close reverence. Offerings are thus granted at Aspectist shrines; altars nestled beneath statues or depictions of the Lord and Lady with a burning brazier for sacrifice. Offerings are placed either within bowls of water or flames whilst prayers are spoken, seeking boons and blessings from the Mother and Father in times of need, or to show thankfulness with achievements. II. Bodily Purity “There exist powers pulled into this world from other plains. Taint not your body with these arcane corruptions, for the veil between the void and the Aspect’s realm is fragile. Taint not your body with the afflictions of the undead or the cursed, for their very nature defies the balance of the wild.” During her address to the Aspectist Seeds, Taynei’hiylu delivered warnings against the arts of the Void, the Dark, and the Corrupt. She spoke of the disastrous effects it could have upon the world the Aspects had cultivated; that the veil between the mortal plane and the void, if permanently broken, could swallow up the world entirely. Taynei’hiylu decreed that to be a true Aspectist is to abstain from the Void, the Dark, and the Corrupt. To do what is necessary to stop its spread upon the natural realm, and purge its taint and blight from the living. Bodily Purity is thus - to keep your soul and form pure of otherworldly taint, though some Aspectist Creeds take this ideal of purity even further. III. Upholding the Balance “Be you gentle like the Mother, or fierce like the Father, always remember that as an Aspectist, your duty is to the wild. Warriors, take up arms against that which threatens it. Healers, nurture it so it may run its natural course. Everyone must submit themselves to live with the ebb and flow of the cycle of life.” To uphold the Balance is to live in reverence and respect of the natural world and its delicate ecosystems, though this service can be as simple or as grand as the Aspectist wishes. A more intense follower could actively hunt magicians of dark arts and the void, whilst others might simply take care in not over hunting or overfarming. Aspectists must thus be consistently aware of how their actions may outwardly affect the world around them, both presently and for the coming future. They must respect the natural fauna and flora, and be accepting of death as it approaches, as is the natural course of life. The Balance The Balance of Nature The balance of nature is most often described as a scale in which everything must be equally distributed at all times. When prey flourish, predators cull. When weeds grow, grass withers. When the light of the sun fades, the light of the moon emerges. To describe this balance as a two-way scale, in regards to Cerridwen and Cernunnos being of life and death respectively, is an incorrect portrayal. In truth, such a balance is so consistently interwoven with the world around it that aiding or adjusting even one aspect could have unknown results on the surrounding realm. It would be more apt to compare the balance to a web, with each individual part adding to and affecting a variety of factors around it. Thus, seeking to uphold and maintain the balance is not as simple as keeping everything as it is. The balance is everflowing, everchanging; pulsing akin to the tide. To uphold the balance is to be malleable and evolving, and to reflect this in one’s duties and understanding of the natural realm. Something that may have worked a decade ago may not have the same results in the modern day. The Tayna “Tayna. The soul of life. It is the living energy that contains all.” The Tayna is the living energy that encompasses all natural, living entities. It exists within flora and fauna, connected and interwoven, and capable of being manipulated by the Aspects themselves. We see their work within the passage of this energy from a dying elk to the surrounding flora, nourishing and enriching the soil with new life and nutrients. The Tayna, within Awaiti Sirame’s writings “The Scroll of the Tayna”, is said to be capable of being harmed just the same as any descendant—but also of healing, and growing. We see this occur in the cities that are constructed, which wound the earth through the extraction of minerals and resources, and the growth of flora as it overtakes those cities after they have been abandoned, creating new habitats and homes for a variety of fauna. Druids themselves, those attuned to the natural realm, are capable of glimpsing the Tayna through the art of Greensight. Such a gift grants them a vision of this pulsing, natural energy that flourishes where nature is abundant, and withdraws where natural, living matter cannot be found. Taynei’hiylu Taynei’hiylu, the Transcendent Druid and Dragaar of the Aspects, was the first to dictate the three tenets of Aspectism itself during the first Omentahu (gathering of the Seeds). When the Elven people split, and Irrin Sirame led the ‘ame into the firsts to resume the worship of the Aspects as Malin had originally intended, Taynei’hiylu walked among them in the form of a descendent. She sought to unify the various Seeds under one code of faith, bringing forth the three tenets that continue to serve to this day as the pillars of the Aspectist faith. She herself came into the service of the Aspects when she was rescued by them during a battle against Azdromoth himself, claimed by the earth and born anew as the Transcendant Druid. Currently, she slumbers within the Eternal Forest under the protection of the Aspects themselves, alongside the Demi-Aspect Owl and a handful of other elder druii.
