Danny was essentially in charge of player relations, AKA the one tasked with being the face of the Admin Team for the players and acting as a liaison between the community and Administration. However, it's my opinion that this role allowed for the other Admins to sort of stay in the shadows and do their own things without having to deal with the community, leading to a variety of complaints from the players and the GMs alike. Thus, we will all sort of be sharing Danny's role and hopefully participating as often as we can.

Great question, Overland98! While releasing them publicly is an option, I will have to discuss it more with the team leaders (as we may prefer to keep some of the information private). However, when I finish the progress report spreadsheet for each team I will have a better idea of what information can be presented.

We have not yet decided if someone will be taking the place of Danny or not. However, the question we should be asking is "Do we need an admin committed to maintaining player relations?" Shouldn't it be each admin's duty to ensure that the relationship between the community and staff is healthy and strong? To answer your second question, it's still up for debate. While an odd number is often preferred, we have to ensure that the fifth person is the right man or woman for the job -- we don't want to rush it.
