Fredfort (jens6851) 283 Share Posted November 21, 2013 Secondly, a handful of members from each team will be reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure that each team is in a healthy state and that progress (activity) is being achieved. Questions could include their opinion of the team leader, what their recent projects have been or what their recent activity has been committed to, comments on their peers (any troublesome members?) and changes they may dislike. Sounds good. A problem I encountered when I was suddenly thrown into the Event Team, while I at the same time slowly were becoming inactive, was that there was no one to take care or introduce me to anyone. Which made me instantly feel like I had been given the cold shoulder and wasn't really needed at all. This will hopefully ensure that people will fit into the teams and that the teams will also be more considerate to new members as well as old.
