The definition of screwing over in this context is. Everyone has access to terrifyingly powerful magics now, with no regulation to make them learn what the hell they are attempting. I believe the only problem with the magic system was the mages hoarding magic and not being willing to teach those who have the ability to understand its gravity in RP. No, I know that. I don't have combat magic. I'm a PvP default type of guy. But I'm going to cringe when I PvP default the once powerful mages and watch as they die because magic is indeed worthless now. It's sad. It's silly and it really takes a **** on magic RP. Magic is inherently not terrifyingly powerful anymore, however. It is equal in terms of combat, and limitless in terms of variety in RP.
