Before the fall of Malinor, there lay a Cleric within it’s forests, one who bore witness to the horrors of the Scourge countless times before. She had no reason to truly fight them, nor did she have the power to do so. It was during the decay of the grand forest, that the one named Naeri had begun her personal movement against the Scourge. [

So she began training endlessly, still knowing she held no true power to kill or even fight off the scourge, the wails of the dying and the visages of the corrupted beings that the Scourges Alchemists had made only fueled her further into the conquest that would lead to her immediate encounter.

Before the encounter would happen, she ran into one of the Harbingers, and engaged in combat with many onlookers. The fight broke into a stalemate, Naeri was frozen, and the armored Harbinger had fled. She, with the help of Warden Kristan Von Craw had made an impact and help save hundreds of innocents. She would have died if it wasn’t for her Cleric Brother Hosper, who had came at the end of the fight and had saved Naeri from the certain death.

It was only an Elven week, where her thirst for knowledge would prove to be her downfall, running into one named The Judge, who had tricked her. A devious scheme that had her leak out some of her more personal magical related secrets. Using their dark devices to attach wings upon the back of Naeri, in hopes that she would turn Chimera and join the Scourge.

But the plans backfired, Hosper and Naeri’s lover had rushed in to try and free the captive Naeri, the alchemists fearing for their life, set her free from their grasp before the actual corruption could spring forth into her mind. Instead of corruption, a sense of need filling her entire essence, the need to be stronger, the need to defend the people from the horrors and atrocities committed.

So she trained endlessly into the night, researching the corruption, training her hands to be quick moving. She had no choice but to push the limits of her mind and force herself to near exhaustion while the scourge hunted her down. But the fruits of her labor would blossom later.

After the.. not quite successful Anthosian Commonwealth had tried to unite the nations, Naeri had no other choice, she knew that one woman alone could not take down the mightiest of their ranks, and therefore decided to create the Scions, an organization dealing with greater evils within the realm of Anthos.

With this, Naeri had set off to Abresi to speak with the King, who had declared war upon their grasp of Lenfarthing, when stopped by Kaelys Hightower, a remnant of the former Queen’s past. His identity unknown to her, she and the man had spotted a Harbinger. They decided that to protect the people, the threat had to be neutralized. This was the moment that Naeri had hoped for, Naeri and the Harbinger talked. Naeri with her cunning tricked the Northern beast, a tactic she would only use on the creatures, using the secret tactic, the harbinger was defeated and the absolutely tied Naeri had won, her research paid off in spades.

It was this battle where Naeri realized the tabled had indeed turned, and that to continue, she would need the unification of the Anthosian races to finish the job once and for all.

 
 
Our purpose is simple, fight the Scourge at their doorstep, reclaim land lost and taken by the scourge. Though it may seem simple, we need the full support of the nations, in order to make this dream, a reality.
 
We accept anyone who wishes to fight to remove the Scourge, We do not discriminate, no matter what.

The Leader and main diplomat of the Scions, this person is still an Equal in the eyes of the others, and may speak openly to him or her. Their duties include the primary threats of Anthos, the Scourge, learning how to deal with them. Inviting new Scions to the cause, calling for meetings, and finally, uniting the races as one.

This is a rank held by Naeri. The Founder of the Scions.
 

They are the fighters, the miners, the hunters and gatherers, the Scions come from all walks of life, in an attempt to protect those who can not from the scourge. They can be non-combative as well as not working (either or). For all that is needed to become a Scion is the ability to either fight, or gather rations for any needed missions.
