(( Actually, two Adunians did... I have screenshots too. I also specified to you that we were scouting.

((We knew it was Lumi'drim from certain spies, and the fact that we were going to be raided that day in that time expanse.

As well as this, walking into a city and demanding that their citizens reveal themselves as traitors constitutes as a raid. Otherwise we could walk into Malinor city with 20 people and declare it 'Scouting' too.))

(( One, I told Marb OOCly and I hadn't posted it anywhere else so I can tell you that'd be metagame. Your spies weren't playing properly because I hadn't told /anyone/ in-character that but a personal friend who wasn't a Lumi'drin.

Second, me and Vaereroes (two people) were scouting your compound for a long time. We finally got close enough to see some people followed you for a bit, got caught by Corvo and tried to identify him. We were going to flee either way, but, four of you came, so we disengaged even quicker. No one died. No property was damaged. No one was identified, not even me or Vaerus.

Lastly, eight people is also the raid max. Two people is hardly a raid alone.

*a lone dwarf, armored and battle-worn, travels through elven lands. With the war on the dwarves raging nay but a rumor crosses through the Grand Kingdom, but this was more then just a rumor. Traveling through the lands the dwarf could be seen asking question and never staying long. Any to encounter him would find he seemed... Distant, detached from the realitys of this world. His journey would come to an end at new malinor, though staying for some time.*

*Downing an ale Dizzy Irongrinder moves off to find a place to stay in new malinor, hoping to uncover the truth*

(( Marb had told me in RP, and I am under the impression that since I was told IC by him, it will stand as IC. If you wish to report him for Metagaming, feel free too.

However, stalking around, then demanding people to reveal themselves, then counting PVP on us is the sign of a raid bro.))

Elrolas stands, waving of citizens of the Conclave with security concerns before turning around, and brushing himself off as the Duke approaches. At first, his face turns slightly stern as he bends his legs and attempts to look the hood, but his cold emotion lightens up to a smile, then standing straight and offering out hand.

"Good to see you, Duke Vectis, a lot has changed since our last meeting!" He says. "What honours me with your presence today, friend?"

Vectis regarded Elrolas with a nod, reciprocating the glad tidings with a wide grin of his own. Clasping Elrolas's hand was Vectis's mailed gauntlet, giving the cold chill of metal and a shake of the hand. Looking about, the Duke observed his surroundings, taking in the various details. When he had adjusted to the scenery, he replied, "likewise, Elrolas. I am glad to find you and your own are bringing change to your race. I have come to realize that Malin's children have their place in the world."

In the meantime, his Vectori surrounded his flanks and rear in the event a ruckus erupted-...

"Your men's assistance and valor in our war against the dwarves taught this ignorant human that fact," he says, gesturing to himself, a chuckle issuing before he continues.

"I have arrived with my men, war-hardened from the dwarven battlefront, to assist your 'Conclave' in the pursuit of their ideals. We will assist you with pen and sword in hopes we might forge a last friendship between men and elves as this great conjunction of Anthos occurs."

[3:59:51 PM] Ryan Greene [Tarus / Thalin]: -_- You told the Conclave, ICly, that we were going to there place, after I told you OOCly?
[4:00:51 PM] Bram [Cillion]: No, I saw you move towards the Conclave, Cillion's extremely paranoid when a guard runs the other way
[4:01:08 PM] Ryan Greene [Tarus / Thalin]: You saw me move down the road.
[4:01:28 PM] Ryan Greene [Tarus / Thalin]: I told you OOCly where they went and Lima says you told him we were going to raid.
[4:01:42 PM] Bram [Cillion]: Yeah, he asked around New Malinor, nobody knew where you were going
[4:01:43 PM] Bram [Cillion]: Uhm
[4:01:50 PM] Bram [Cillion]: I told lima OOC
[4:02:02 PM] Bram [Cillion]: That they were going to raid

You can sort that out between your men.

((A change to the Warclaim has been made. If the Conclave wins, the City of Malinor will be taken, not the Nation. The Conclave may not abolish the Nation of Malinor until the remaining two towns have either been taken, or have accepted the terms from the Conclave.

If Malinor is taken by the Conclave, the High Council is given the chance to flee to a neighboring Malinorian Town to lick their wounds, and prepare. I feel these edited terms as fair, and can easily be accepted. I will wait Greats responce.))

(( While its not my say, those terms are much better. I wish I could go is all. :/

What is the point of the Archemy plugin if everyone bans potions in all wars....?

Bubbub'Sandru sneaks some potions in secretly without anyone looking. He drinks the potions realizing they are just bottled water and Gra should be flat'd for making non working potions.

((Can you pin/put these rules somewhere the average player is going to see it? I suggest the rules tab.))

Well I can't. I'm an LM, no access to the rules tab for me. Danny was going to put them on there as said in the thread but he's not around any more. I'd suggest PMing an admin about it.

Kalameet completely understands the rules of invasion

If he did, he wouldn't be invading. Only nations can invade, and unless the admin team consider the Conclave a nation...

This is a Civil War, not an invasion, and thus should commence with an open field battle (or as open field as you get in Malinor) rather than an off-the-bat conquest that bypasses Lenniel, which I believe is the adjacent territory.

((The thing is, the conclave is being backed up by the orcs. So it's like half invasion, from the orcs, and civil war.))
